Artykuł stanowi propozycję zastosowania perspektywy cyklu życia w badaniach nad wchodzeniem w dorosłość migrantów o nieuregulowanym statusie ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem edukacji. Artykuł zawiera przegląd potencjalnych obszarów związanych z nieudokumentowanym dzie-ciństwem i dorosłością w kontekście edukacji jako ważnej płaszczyzny integracji i włączenia migrantów. Jednocześnie wskazuje na znaczenie zastosowania perspektywy cyklu życia dla po-lityk: imigracyjnej, integracyjnej i oświatowej oraz podkreśla korzyści wynikające ze spojrzenia na nieletnich migrantów z troską o jakość ich życia w dorosłości.

The issue of lifelong learning occupies a prominent position in the education system. Adults, for various reasons, undertake education, which is part of the lifelong learning trend. Foreigners are a special group. They undertake lifelong learning in the Republic of Poland for many reasons. These are professional, family, racial or social reasons.Global migration makes it necessary to undertake education in other countries. The provisions of Polish law met this demand. In legal acts of different rank, the problem is resolved. This article is aimed at analyzing legal provisions relating to lifelong learning of persons who are not Polish citizens.

Until now, Labour Market Institutions (IRP), including Public Employment Services, have based their services on various occupational resources. However, most of those resources cannot keep up with the dynamically changing content of work and legal regulations. In addition, they are not available in one place and they lack uniformity. Unquestionably, a universally recognized model for the description of a profession would create an effective tool to support employees and customers of IRP. The model as well as methodology used for its development would also effectively complement the new systemic solutions, such as the Act on the Integrated Qualifications System or the European Skills/Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO). Consequently, a new way of describing and presenting information about occupations has been developed in the PO WER project “Developing, supplementing and updating information about occupations and its dissemination using modern communication tools – INFODORADCA +”, which filled the existing gap and replaced the out-dated set of materials gathered in the old IT system “Doradca 2000”. The project has also unified the structure and supplemented new content to the standards of qualifications and professional competences developed in the years 2004–2013 at the initiative of MRPiPS. The article not only presents the genesis of the project implementation and its main activities, but also it emphasises the model and the methodology of creating occupational information.

The article presents the matter of demand for occupational information in labour market institutions, including public employment services. The issue was covered in aspect of demand for occupational information as well as realistic possibilities of usage of occupational information bases. It discusses the need and availibility of occupational information from various sources and emphasises the importance of continuously developing, supplementing and updating these occupational information sources. The essence of this work is utilisation of standardised model for creating occupational information, that will answer consumer needs, keep up with dynamic changes in the world of labour and will be an opportunity for extending the possibility of unre-stricted usage of high quality occupational information bases.

The paper is an attempt to answer the question concerning using the information about professions for the educational offer in an academic institution. The first part constitutes the consideration over contemporary changes in higher education. There are several social determinants, among them: the development of information and communication technologies, the development of mass media, changes of the structure of qualification and professional mobility. Both civilisation changes and the development of science and technique influence the appearance of new professions and new work places. The information about professions being developed as a career counselling tool can be helpful in choosing or confirming the choice of the field of study or speciality. The constructionsector supports the building of the Integrated Qualification System (ZSK) through the participation of its representatives in many initiatives aimed at improving the matching of professional competences and qualifications to the needs of the sector. The Sector Competence Board in Construction will soon receive the instrument in the form of the Sectoral Qualifications Framework in Construction (SRK-Bud) – legislative works are underway to include SRK-Bud into ZSK – which will facilitate the development of new qualifications in line with the sector's needs. As a part of the INFODORADCA+ project, the information about 63 professions from the construction sector will be developed. Content-rich descriptions of these professions can be used to prepare applications for the inclusion of new market qualifications to ZSK. It has startedin 2017,when the first construction qualification – ”Construction joinery assembling” – was included into ZSK as a market qualification. The first certificates confirming the achievement of learning outcomes in this qualification were issued in the second half of 2018. Similarity and complementarity of occupational information included in the model for the description of a profession within the INFODORADCA+ project as well as in the application form for the inclusion of a new market qualification to ZSK fosters the acceleration of works on the development of new market qualifications for the construction sector.

The author of the article analyses the processes in the area of qualifications in the sec-tor of real estate after entry into force the low of Integrated Qualification System from 22.12.2015. Responses to the question of how after 3 years from system connection formal education and non-formal education and informal education the trade looks like. In comparative perspective are introduced issues: qualifications system until now, authorization, legal bases, processes of incorporation of qualifications. The baseline is ordered real estate market. Functioning Sector Council competence in Real Estate Management, sector frame in real estate management and complete descriptions of full and partial qualifications from formal and non-formal as well as market qualifications included typically in the Integrated Qualification Registry.

Ważną rolę wspomagającą nauczycieli pracujących z uczniami romskimi pełnią asystenci edukacji romskiej. Funkcja asystenta edukacji romskiej oraz wymagania, jakie musi spełniać, zostały określone w Pilotażowym Programie Rządowym na Rzecz Społeczności Rom-skiej na lata 2001–2003. Potrzeba kształcenia asystentów edukacji romskiej ma na celu za-pewnienie wszechstronnej pomocy uczniom romskim w kontaktach ze środowiskiem szkol-nym, budowanie pozytywnego obrazu szkoły i przedstawiania korzyści płynących z wykształcenia w środowisku dorosłych Romów, zapewnienie wsparcia emocjonalnego dla uczniów romskich, nadzorowanie ich frekwencji i postępów w nauce, wspomaganie nauczycieli i pedagogów w rozpoznaniu potrzeb i ewentualnych problemów uczniów oraz udzielanie pomocy i podejmowanie mediacji w sytuacjach trudnych i konfliktowych. Podjęcie przez autorów pro-blematyki funkcjonowania zawodowego asystentów edukacji romskiej ma umożliwić zrozumienie problemu „cygańskiej duszy” głęboko osadzonej w społeczno-ekonomicznych i kulturowych warunkach ich grupowej egzystencji. Asystenci kulturowi są kluczowym ogniwem w procesie integracji społeczności większościowej z mniejszościową.

The diagnosis of the condition shows that women constitute a significant minority in the group of applicants and, consequently, obtaining patents. The development of modern technologies brings new opportunities for women who, due to the limited time and lack of dedicated professional advice, are less actively involved in filing patent applications for the development of industry. The case study of the international Erasmus+ project ip4Womenpresented in the article shows that properly designed e-learning training tailored to the needs of the target group and the provision of e-mentoring services through a specially designed internet platform provide an opportunity for women to actively participate in filling patent applications and solutions for the industry through improving professional skills in this area.

The generation born about 20 years ago is treated as the one that in principle has always been able to use devices that have permanent access to the global network. At present, this generation known as iGEN completes the stage of school education and starts studying. It is interesting to identify the changes that occur in this generation, against the background of previous generations. It is also important whether excessive use of IT devices produces positive or negative effects. How much increased virtual contacts, at the expense of direct (real) relationships affect the quality of life of young people, or when they function like this they can feel happy and fulfilled.

The presented comparative analysis of internship systems typical of university studies in the pedagogy of early childhood education in Poland and the United Kingdom aims to indicate the significance of this sphere of practical expertise for the process of future teachers’ university education. Theoretical knowledge, which is acquired due to the participation in university lectures and classes, must be supplemented by practical skills that can be only attained due to participant observation and taking relevant actions in educational facilities. The number of hours spent on pedagogy internship for future teachers differs significantly in the Polish and English university education, which becomes evident when one realizes that UK students spend nearly ten times more hours on pedagogy internship than Polish students. Does it mean that a pedagogy student educated in the UK is better prepared for their future vocation than his/her equal in Poland? Since pedagogy internship constitutes a very significant (al beit not the only one) element of university education in pedagogy, the following analyses and considerations aim to initiate a debate concerning the issue. At this point, one has to emphasize that the sheer number of hours spent on pedagogy internship is definitely less significant that the quality, diversity, adequacy and orientation towards practical issues that characterize a given type of traineeship.

Violence against women is a violation of their dignity, freedom, personal rights and fundamental rights – the right to life and health. However, not only many women do have no courage to oppose a perpetrator but also do not consider themselves a victim of domestic violence. They live in a difficult, traumatic situation, which they consider to be the norm. Rooted gender stereotypes limit the ability of women to stand up to the perpetrator. That is why anti-discrimination education and shaping pro-active social attitudes are important. As long as violence in a family is treated as a private matter for its members, the situation of women will not change. There cannot be any tolerance for domestic violence in society. The paper presents selected aspects from the research on the situation of women experiencing domestic violence. W projektach interdyscyplinarnych niezwykle ważnym czynnikiem jest aktywne konsultowanie i bezpośrednie zastosowanie relatywnie nowopowstałej dziedziny zwanej współ-pracą interdyscyplinarną. Nawiązywanie interdyscyplinarnej współpracy przynosi wiele korzyści, jednakże niejednokrotnie wiąże się zlicznymi problemami i niedogodnościami, a także koniecz-nością ciągłego doszkalania się irozszerzania kompetencji zawodowych. Na podstawie przeglądu dostępnych programów oraz różnego rodzaju platform wspierających współpracę i edukację online dokonano porównania dostępnych narzędzi współpracy izaproponowano rozwiązanie opierające się na platformie LMS Moodle. W celu sprawdzenia przydatności i poprawności dzia-łania wybranego rozwiązania nawiązano współpracę zprzedstawicielami środowisk technicz-nych, medycznych i biznesowych w celu utworzenia grupy testowej. Zebrane informacje posłu-żyły do sformułowania wniosków oraz do powstania instrukcji przygotowującej wybrane opro-gramowanie do potrzeb e-współpracy interdyscyplinarnej.

Training and professional development of people working in dangerous conditions requires the use of special teaching aids and resources dedicated to specific activities. A good example are the rescue operations performed by firefighters, especially in the area of particularly dangerous fire-fighting activities. The multi-stage training process utilizing various types of physical and virtual training system is helpful in preparing firefighters for work, including learning of fire-fighting procedures. Moreover such training systems give unique opportunity to get the experience of extinguishing a fire in a room engulfed by flames.

Ze względu na fakt, że co roku odnotowuje się stały wzrost zachorowań na tę jednostkę chorobową, uznawana jest ona za chorobę cywilizacyjną. Rzetelna wiedza o przyczynach cu-krzycy, objawach i sposobie leczenia służy poprawie funkcjonowania pacjentów i daje lepsze rokowania na pomyślny proces terapeutyczny. Pozyskiwanie informacji o tematyce zdrowot-nej, ich przetwarzanie i przekładanie na konkretne zachowania służące utrzymaniu zdrowia, zależne jest od poziomu kompetencji zdrowotnych prezentowanych przez pacjentów. Kompe-tencje zdrowotne są również niezwykle ważnym elementem w procesie podejmowania racjo-nalnych i świadomych decyzji w procesie leczenia.

The aim of the article is to show job search methods used by people with disabilities in the context of own research results. This study is a narrow part of the analyzes related to the issue of vocational activation of this group of people. The first part of the study contains a theoretical introduction, the second part presents respondents' answers to questions related to factors influencing the decision to search for employment, the preferred methods in this respect and the frequency of contact with the labour market. The results of the study showed that the factor influencing the decision to look for a job was primarily the desire to raise the material status, the need for greater independence and being among people, changing the current life-style and the need to improve skills and develop interests. It is worth noting that people with disabilities most often use less-effective job search methods and also have low activity in this area.

The idea of inclusive education in recent years has become more and more significant in educational theory and practice, both Polish and Lithuanian. Its first premises appeared in international politics with the adoption in 1994 of the Declaration of Salamanca (UNESCO, 1994), which called for the implementation of the idea of ‘education for all’, for reducing the phenomenon of social exclusion and marginalization of students particularly exposed to it. According to the declaration, every child, regardless of his ability, but taking into account his individual characteristics, interests, abilities and learning needs should be provided with the opportunity of receiving education in the setting of school integration. Special educational needs of students should be satisfied in the so called regular schools, which requires the design of a new school model, one prepared to work with students with diverse needs and abilities. These assumptions are close to the idea of inclusive education, even though the authors of the declaration signed back in the 90s used the term: integrative education.

We use the notion of axiology quite often because we live for values and it is values we constantly need. Discovery or attribution of values is based on the process of evaluation, which is an indispensable element of human life and the key aspect of being human. We may ask, then, what is values education? The most condensed yet the most profound definition was offered by Pope Saint John Paul II, who said that values education consisted in shaping one's own humanity: „Education onsists in fact in enabling man to become more man, to «be» more and not just to «have» more and consequently, through everything he «has», everything he «possesses», to «be» man more fully. For this purpose man must be able to «be more» not only «with others», but also «for others”1. The article presents reflections concerning a current and alarming phenomena, namely the crisis of values, decline of customs, alienation of the individual, the necessity of demonstrating the special role of the Polish language in the promotion of universal values and humanistic ideals among school students in the context of axiological Polish language education. Interest in the questions just indicated stems from the fact that values pertain to the fundamental principles of human existence. We treat them as a particularly important element of reality which imparts sense on human desires, hopes and expectations.

The subject of the presented work was the attempt to find a tool for verification of the candidates for voluntary workers in a hospice and decreasing the danger of a negative influence of an incompetent volunteer on a person in a terminal stage of disease and his or her relatives. Abilities of volunteers were checked by the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). The way of performing tasks was assessed both objectively (using the check list) and subjectively (as a general impression the examiner had). The subjective assessment and standardized assessment were correlated significantly positively with each other. The usefulness of the exam has been confirmed in practice. Carrying out this type of an exam allowed, therefore, to avoid unnecessary trauma by both potential candidates for volunteers and by the persons whom they would take care while working in the hospice.

The article presents a current diagnosis of the state of education and work in regulated medical professions1 – technician pharmacist and pharmacist based on the legal basis for performing professions, educational standards, curricula, occupational tasks and the work environment. The specifics of the phar-macists' workplace were presented, as well as statutory requirements regarding management positions, drug sales requirements, differences in entitlements, and professional responsibility were analyzed. It was shown that the pharmacist, due to the broader catalog of professional qualifications, fulfills all patients 'rights, the technician pharmacist does not implement all patients' rights because of the narrower scope of education. The technician pharmaists to obtain a master's degree in pharmacy should complete a universi-ty education.The applicable legislation does not provide for the technician's pharmaceutist qualifications to be supplemented to the level of a pharmacist in the form of qualifying professional courses.
