It is grounded in the article that forming natural-scientific competence of the future ecologists can be guaranteed under the following pedagogical conditions: renovation of the content of natural-scientific preparation; introduction of the technologies of teaching with the use of informational educational environment, which offers broad access to the educational resources, guarantee the abilities for self-education and realization of individual educational path; availability of teaching-methodological providing for the formation and evaluation of the state of forming naturalscientific competence; ability of the teacher to conduct educational process using modern educational technologies, to create conditions for the manifestation of independence, initiativeness and creative work of students; forming equal partnership relations of the student and the teacher. The article deals with the study of the problem of the modern state, factors of popularity and perspectives of development of higher economic education in Ukraine. The views of domestic scientific workers as for the problem of development of the system of economic education in modern Ukraine have been analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of domestic theoretical literature the terms, system of economic education, have been determined. The attention is accentuated on the strategic priorities of national system of economic education. Negative features, which are inherent in the modern Ukrainian system of economic education, have been determined. The program for improvement of the modern state of economic education in Ukraine has been elucidated. The views of the modern scientists-economists concerning strategic priorities of the national system of economic education have been offered. The state of modern economic education in Ukraine has been cleared up. It is stipulated by the necessity of transition to the new base of forming and development economic knowledge, which is grounded on spiritual-moral and historic-cultural traditions of Ukrainian society. It is clarified that economic education is oriented to the deepened analysis of economic processes, which assist forming of the bases of socially oriented economy. It is determined that education is the motive power, which changes society, and economic education – is an important factor of social-economic development of the state. The social pedagogical aspects of problem forming the culture of modern students in establishments of education and indices of culture personality of student are analyzed in the article. It is found out that the culture of modern student youth - it is the method of perception of the world, types of activity, which are folded on the basis of the certain valued orientations, knowledge, persuasions; it is a reflection of qualities inwardly of inherent personality of student; it is a general level of socialization of his personality, which is manifested in progressive activity. The decision of the problem of forming culture of modern student youth depends on how the society and the higher educational establishment as an important social institute, can regulate the practical tendencies of socialization and individualization on every stage of their development. Higher educational establishment becomes the important condition of forming culture of modern student youth, this process must constantly take into account the features of time, adequately to use the different forms of an educational activity and build it on theoretical principles which meet the modern requirements of development of society. Practice shows that one of effective mechanisms of forming culture of modern student youth, is social pedagogical work, which is directed to creation of favorable terms of socialization, comprehensive development of personality, satisfaction of its cultural and spiritual needs. In article the use of interactive methods in the organization of studends’ individual work in Ukrainian literature has been analyzed. Basics of the organization of training are studied in the interactive mode. Group interactive methods, which according to the author, are the best option of the organization of educational process at which the student is the subject of cognitive activity, have been singled out and analyzed. It is established that the use of such technologies not only promotes effective development of the student, but also the teacher, gives the chance for professional growth, for changes of himself or herself, for training together with students. The article isdeals with the solving of the problem of self-realization of students in the University. Scientific researches have been analyzed, the objectives, functions, principles, areas of student self-government have been determined. General aspects and importance of student self-government in the process of self-realization have been cleared out, the potential of student self-government in formation of the social mature personality have been revealed, development of managerial, organizational, communicative skills, social activity, civic responsibility and consciousness, harmonic development of students have been explained.
