Purpose: The Current study aimed to exploratory investigation about knowledge, attitude and priority of medical practitioner towards generic medicines in Vadodara Methodology: The author analyzed data collected from 73 respondents and used exploratory factor analysis to extract the factors. Exploratory research design is used with convenience sampling for data collection Findings: Various variables related to knowledge, attitude, priority and patient’s financial condition were selected for exploratory factor analysis. The results indicate that total 4 factors have been extracted from the listed variables i.e. attitude, patient’s economical condition, perceived knowledge, legal aspect. Research Limitation and implication: The study is limited because it did not include survey and respondents from other cities of the state. The results are applicable to this segment only, the results depicts that perceived quality of medical practitioners towards generic medicine is negative. Originality/value: There is limited research to examine medical practitioners perception, knowledge, attitude and perception towards generic medicine, perceived quality of medical practitioners towards generic medicines has not been examined.

Women empowerment is an ongoing phenomenon in India since independence and has taken various steps to do so. Time passed on and issues have taken new shape and definition. Today, challenges are still there before women but their name and configuration is different. The present study is an attempt to identify and study the potential issues before women entrepreneurship. The study found four major issues viz. socio-cultural issues, economic issues, interpersonal issues and family issues which are the major constraints to women empowerment and specifically to women entrepreneurship. Further each of the challenge has various variables into it which gives more detail about the threat. The study at the conclusion concluded that these issues are diluting its intensity as the positive efforts have been taken by individuals and the government at large. Also in the near future women will be free from all their obstacles at home, at society and at the nation at large.

E- Marketing, which is also called internet marketing, involves use of interactive, virtual spaces for the sake of promoting and selling goods and services. E-marketing is growing at a dramatic pace and is impacting customer and market behaviours. This has forced firms to start incorporating e-marketing as the main form of marketing and try to meet their targeted customers’ needs to the satisfaction. It is simply the use of electronic communication technologies more specifically the internet for the sale of goods or services. When e-marketing strategies implemented correctly, the return on investment (ROI) from e-marketing can far exceed that of traditional marketing strategies. E-marketing has several benefits like global reach, lower marketing cost, gives measurable results, personalization, easy to update information, more attractive, save paper, provides good conversation. It has also several disadvantages like technology dependence, privacy, security, continuous update. There are several methods of e-marketing like search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, e-prescription, viral marketing, direct to consumer advertising. All methods have several advantages and disadvantages and selection of method depends on the technology available with organization, cost of method, privacy requirement and other factors. Here we have discussed some of methods of e-marketing and when it is used, how it is different from other and how these methods can be useful to improve the marketing. “Disruption” as a: to break apart b: to throw into disorder. Clayton M. Christensen (1997) describes an innovator's dilemma, which concerns the adoption of technologies so new and dramatically different they are characterized as disruptive technologies. Christensen and Mark W. Johnson had described the dynamics of "business model innovation" in the Harvard Business Review 2008 article "Reinventing Your Business Model".[1] The above concept of “Disruption” is applicable to all processes of the organization and specifically to those processes that concern its “People”. In the early 2000’s HRD department emerged as a business enabler. HRD Dept became a catalyst in the organizational change management initiatives. The impetus of the HRD dept was in transitioning of organization’s culture and developing a strong transformational leadership in the organization.
