Identification of strategic alliances as derivatives of cooperation in the global economic context

The rapid development of global strategic agreements in the past ten to fifteen years is a representative economic phenomenon of the contemporary society due to the unprecedented intensification of competition and the change of the paradigm of government in business.
On a global scale, practically, cannot be overlooked the daily information appearing in the media where the main topic is a combination of different companies or creation of alliances, both in industries and in services, choosing, in this respect, for a very wide variety of embodiments of them. Equally, we could refer to large corporations (sometimes even multinational), but also to small companies. One way or another, most companies today are engaged in international intercompany cooperation, of different order and level. Or, for a broad understanding of these processes, the author tried in the article to define the characteristic elements of the alliances, stating their nature and role in the current global economic climate.
