  • Publishing Principles General Principles: The International Journal of Humanities and Art Researches, published in Bursa Uludağ Development Academy in 2016, is published twice a year, both online and in print, between 20 June and 20 December in summer and winter. It is sent to writers and subscribers who want printed magazines. All articles can be read online at http://www.Ijhar.net and http://www.Ijhar.org, and all archives can be accessed by the open access policy free of charge as of 2020. Any author who sends an article to Ijhar is deemed to have accepted this policy. Goal: International Journal of Human and Art Studies (IJHAR) has adopted the principles of researching and keeping the culture alive primarily in line with the laws and reforms of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
