MASKANA was created with the aim of offering academic and research staff a platform for publishing their research and exposing them to a review process, seeking to generate skills among the university personel for a better inclusion in the current paradigm of scientific production. In this context, MASKANA should rather be considered as a learning platform through which it is possible to improve skills in technical and scientific writing. MASKANA has been conceived as an access and launch platform for international journals that are part of the catalog of the most recognized databases worldwide such as ISI Web of Science (WoS), Journal Citation Report (JCR) or SCOPUS. Through MASKANA the publication of results is allowed, but, at the same time, an improvement in the skills and confidence to communicate future results in specific scientific journals in each area of knowledge and with greater relevance in each of the scientific disciplines. The publication of articles in quality journals is a tool to improve and validate the quality of the results of a research project. MASKANA aims to be the first step for our researchers in this way.
