It is a journal published by the Faculty of Modern Languages of St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. The journal comes out twice a year and is dedicated to publishing and disseminating original articles with a focus on linguistics, literary and cultural studies. Manuscripts are accepted in Bulgarian.
The journal’s Editorial Board is comprised of internationally famous Bulgarian and foreign scholars with high and impeccable academic credentials. All published issues of the journal are free to access and download at http://journals.uni-vt.bg/proglas/bul/default.aspx.
All authors sign a declaration of compliance with the journal’s Ethics Statement. All submissions are screened for plagiarism and undergo double blind peer review.
