Polyphōnía. Journal of Inclusive Education (e-ISSN: 0719-7438), is a scientific publication, bilingual, biannual, open-access (Open Access) peer-reviewed (double-blind), edited by the Center for Latin American Studies of Inclusive Education ( CELEI), www.celei.cl, Private Law Corporation, non-profit, founded in March 2015, in the city of Santiago de Chile. Created in April 2016 and published since January 2017 uninterruptedly with a fixed biannual periodicity, publishing 35% to 43% of the works submitted for each issue, without additional cost for its authors, users and institutions.
