The Revista Venezolana de Ciencia y Tecnología de Alimentos (RVCTA) is a peer reviewed publication of Asociación RVCTA which publishes research results dealing with Food Science and Technology and related areas (food engineering, human and animal nutrition, agriculture, food biotechnology, among others) with the purpose of stimulating the participation in information networks, in pursuit of feedback the research in these areas.
