  • South Asian Journal of Food Technology and Environment (pISSN 2394-5168 and eISSN 2454-6445) publishes original research & review papers dealing with all aspects of Food Science, Food Technology, Food preservation, Food Engineering, Food packaging and storage, Food and Nutrition, Food chemistry, Food microbiology, Food safety, Quality assurance, Agricultural process and Post harvest technology, Environmental Sciences and ecology (including Agricultural and Engineering Sciences) – in English language only. Journal is published quarterly with four issues in a year – Jan, April, July and Oct. The Journal publishes unpublished only Research Papers (not exceeding 4500 words), Short Communications (not exceeding 1500 words) and Review Papers (not exceeding 6500 words).
