Journal of Clinical Medicine of Kazakhstan (J Clin Med Kaz.; ISSN 1812-2892) is a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed medical journal publishing articles in the fields of medical sciences and practice, education and health care organizations. J Clin Med Kaz. is published quarterly (in March, June, September and December) by the National Scientific Medical Research Center JSC. J Clin Med Kaz is dedicated to increase the depth of the subject across disciplines with the ultimate aim of expanding knowledge of the subject. We welcome researchers and investigators for contributions and to submit their manuscript(s) via on-line submission system www.clinmedkaz.org in English, Kazakh and Russian languages
J Clin Med Kaz encourages submissions from all authors throughout the world. Manuscripts are judged by two experts solely on the basis of their contribution of original data, ideas and their presentation. All manuscripts must comply with Instructions to Authors.

Submitted manuscripts must not have been published, accepted for publication or be under consideration elsewhere. Investigation on human subjects should conform to the guidelines noted in the World Health Organization Chronicle 1976; 30: 360-362.
All articles will be critically reviewed by the editor and members of the editorial or advisory board of the journal within 2 months, but longer delays are sometimes unavoidable. Full details may be found in the section of Instructions to Authors at the end of this issue.

J Clin Med Kaz is fully committed to the Open Access Initiative and will provide free access to full text of all articles as soon as they are published and available from online system (www.clinmedkaz.org). The journal is registered by the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan at 05.04.2004 and is now currently indexed in the list of scientific journals, approved by the Committee for Control of Education and Science, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publication of scientific studies.
