"Science Journal of Volgograd State University. History. Area Studies. International relations" invites authors of scientific articles on historical and political sciences (on History, Archeology, Anthropology, Political Science and International Relations), and also interdisciplinary texts on Area Studies to cooperation. Traditionally articles on history and policy of the countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia, North America, Russia of the XVII-XXI centuries, safety problems in national and foreign policy of Russia are widely presented in the journal. The important place is given to regional history and policy of the South of Russia and the Volga region. We publish articles of the known scientists, doctors of science and graduate students who take the first steps in science. We plan to publish articles of leading foreign researchers on problems interesting the Russian colleagues. The journal is aimed at maintenance of high scientific standards and resorts to double reviewing of the received materials.
