Fiat Iustitia is a scholarly journal, published by the Faculty of Law from Cluj-Napoca, part of “Dimitrie Cantemir University” from Bucharest. The journal has been published twice a year since 1996, when it first appeared. Although the pages of the journal host articles mainly from the field of legal studies, organized into two main sections, public law and private law, interdisciplinary studies, pertaining to the larger filed of humanities, such as sociology, psychology, history, philosophy or political sciences, are also welcome.
The electronic version of the journal is published as Open-Access on the Internet. The languages in which the articles for the journal should be written are English, French, and Romanian. The publication of articles is free of charge.
