With the establishment of the Social Sciences Research Center of the International Burch University, the idea occurred to initiate a scientific journal that would be a result of the need for pointing out important issues in the field social sciences, primarily law, in theory and practice. The journal aims to advancement of scientific research in the field of legal and other related social sciences, and is intended for all who are involved in research, offering them a place of meeting, bonding, bridging different views and opinions and leaving space for joint action.
Editorial Board of the Journal receives manuscripts in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, English and German language. Authors give the Editorial Board a right to publish their articles in the Journal, in both, printed and electronic form.
Editorial Board publish the Journal bi-annualy.
