Pacific Geographies (PG) is an open access journal, listed at the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). There are no charges to readers and authors. Scientific contributions receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). Authors retain copyright, and articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution license CC BY-NC-ND.
PG provides an inter- and transdisciplinary academic platform to investigate social, cultural, environmental and economic issues and developments in the whole Asia-Pacific region. The use of colored photos and high-quality maps provides authors with unique opportunities to illustrate their work, which is a distinctive characteristic of PG.
Scientific articles are double-blind, and research notes single-blind refereed. The publication language is English.
There are two issues per year.
