The Electronic Journal of Criminal Law & Criminal Policy is a biannual publication that brings in all its issues original contributions, national and foreign, in the area of criminal sciences. The aim of the Journal is to disseminate knowledge, offering readers quality works that advance knowledge in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Criminal Policy, and Criminology, having as its target audience professors, researchers, and operators that work in these areas. The Journal publishes original and unpublished national scientific articles, translations of scientific papers and original versions, as well as book reviews and comments on case law decisions.
