One of the most important challenges of the contemporary period of developing the Ukrainian state and society is to increase the efficiency of legal enforcement. Based on the Faculty of Law of the State Higher Educational Establishment «Uzhhorod National University», which has the powerful scientific potential, there functions the scientific electronic professional journal «Analytical and Comparative Jurisprudence» on the pages of which topical issues in various branches of law are analyzed.
The collection of scientific articles «Analytical and Comparative Jurisprudence» developed as an international specialized publication. It is published six times a year and distributed via the Internet. The editorial board of the collection conducts the external and internal reviewing of all articles. It consists of prominent Ukrainian scholars. In addition, experts from abroad in the field of law are invited to participate in the publication activity (Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungary and others).
