The Journal of Food, Agriculture and Environment (JFAE) is a scientific journal, dedicated to meeting the need for a new scientific journal, that can encompass a wide range of topics in an interdisciplinary way. The Journal focuses on peer-reviewed original research, protocols, critical reviews or communications the areas of food and health, agriculture and environmental sciences. The core objective of this journal is to promote research and increase knowledge by providing opportunities for scientists, researchers, students, professionals and policy-makers.
