  • Qhali Kay in Quechua, the native language of ancient Andean civilizations, means health and well-being. QhaliKay, in electronic format, of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí (Portoviejo, Ecuador), is aimed at professionals and students in the area. Among its objectives as an instrument of scientific communication, are to promote scientific cooperation, internationalize knowledge and stimulate academic discussion through the quarterly publication of academic, scientific and technological advances in the different disciplines of Health Sciences, through clinical cases, original scientific articles, review and reflection articles. The journal accepts manuscripts in Spanish and English, which have not been simultaneously proposed to other scientific journals, which are subjected to a rigorous double-blind external peer review process, following international standards.
