The features of functioning of the tourist market of Ukraine under the influence of globalization processes are investigated in the article. It is determined that today tour operators, travel agencies, travel bureau, tour agencies, bureau of realization of tourist-excursion vouchers, as commercial enterprises that work successfully on the tourist market. It is proved that the development of the modern tourism industry is under the influence of globalization processes, which determines the improvement of tourism infrastructure. These processes are accompanied by the creation of new types of tourist enterprises, such as Global Travel Services Booking Systems (GDS) and tourist clusters. Global tourist service booking systems are new type global enterprises, whose structure is based on maximizing using of the Internet, penetrating all business processes of the company. Creating GDS-booking systems has improved and accelerated the system of interaction between the supplier and consumer of travel services.

The article deals with the parallel development of music and painting in the historical aspect. Examples of images of musical forms are given by the painters, as an example of the similarity of the patterns of musical and pictorial compositions. The art of music and painting is considered as an example of time and space art, respectively. Also, the concept of musicality is defined in the work which is the result of the identical physical nature of color and sound. The semantic affinity between color in painting and timbre in music is investigated. The article describes the phenomenon of colored synesthesia which is an example of the perceptual aspect of the correlation of musical art and painting.

We were nvestigate the effect of the renewal treatment (sanatorium stage) on adherence to the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after myocardium surgical revascularization (MSR). Under our supervision were 320 patients with coronary artery disease and comorbidity 58.7 ± 8.9 after (MSR). The course of treatment was 21 days. Long-term results were evaluated 12 months after the MSR. The use of differentiated complex of renewal treatment contributes to improving the QL through improving the physical component, namely an increase in RF indices by 51.1%, RP - 87.9%, BP - 67.04% (p <0.01), and a psychological component due to RE - 64.0% (p <0.01), GH - 42.9%, VT - 44.9%, SF - 34.5%, MH - 24.3% (p≤0.05), which is significantly higher than in patients in group 1. At studying the adherence to treatment in patients 1 and 3 groups were favorable to treatment were 45.3 and 57.1% of patients, then in the 2nd group - 69.9%.

The article deals with the mechanism of interrelated types of adaptation: psychophysiological, socio-psychological and professional, and it is determined that the most important for the adaptation of the future teacher is the pedagogical practice that links the student's theoretical training with his future independent work in a general educational institution. The content of the stages of socio-psychological adaptation of the future teacher in the professional environment in the course of passage of various types of pedagogical practice is revealed and the causes of the teacher's misadaptation in the pedagogical team are identified. On the basis of the analysis of the structure of the socially competent person it is concluded that the psychological mechanism of adaptation includes personal means and highlighted the qualities and skills that have a positive effect on the socio-psychological adaptation of the student to the pedagogical profession. On the basis of the specified requirements to the content and organization of the educational process aimed at the formation of the knowledge and skills necessary for the successful adaptation of the student in the professional environment as a teacher, the directions of its development, in particular, the forms and methods of joint work of the methodologist from the pedagogical practice and administration of the school are proposed. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of the process of adaptation of future teachers depends on the implementation of the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process of the pedagogical university, indicators of successful socio-psychological adaptation of the teacher-beginner are developed:

The publication reveals the problem of the development of Ukrainian ethnographic researches of the 19th–20th centuries that dealt with the study of peculiarities of pedagogy from a factual point of view. The author comes to a conclusion, that the value of ethnographic sources is decreasing with the approximation to the present. The most important are records, made in the pre-reform Russian empire (until 1861) of the 19th century, were noted with an increased interest in the study of the ethnography of childhood, an intensification of interest in folk culture, folk pedagogy. Considerable ethnographic sources for studying the education of children of Eastern Slavs were the study of ethnographers of the 20th century. At that time, accumulation of a large array of ethnographic factual material, its systematization, comprehension and analysis took place.

In the article the essence of constructing narrative in self-education work as a method of developing conflictological competence of prospective specialists in advertising and public relations has been revealed. The narrative itself has been defined as a conflictological method, or a method of social impact. During the pedagogical experiment constructing narrative was carried out on several stages, i.e. organization and stimulation, content and activity, effect and reflection. It has been found out that such sequences of stages promotes directing motivation and values sphere of prospective specialists in advertising and public relations to constructive conflict resolution alongside with acquiring integrated knowledge on conflictology, developing conflictological skills and acquiring practical experience of constructive conflict resolution. It has been proved that the effectiveness of the developing conflictological competence of prospective specialists in advertising and public relations is provided by a set of appropriate methods, techniques and forms of learning activity. Organisational and methodical provision included reviewing of promotional narratives, analysis of experts’ opinions on the role of narrative in the field of media communications, using quest technologies, identifying characteristics of the target audience, creating, implementing and verifying the effectiveness of narratives for internal and external audiences with the help of GoogleApps services. The obtained results can be implemented in the professional training of prospective specialists in advertising and public relations.

В статье исследуется феномен становления литературного психологизма в русле библейской традиции и в сложном диалоге с традицией античной, специфика психологизма средневековой литературы и последующее сужение сферы психологического в классицизме, стремившемся дезавуировать христианский интерес к «внутреннему человеку». Психология же Нового времени формируется в русле проекта Модерна, исходившего из дуалистического представления о человеке как существе низменном, которому надлежит стать титаном, преобразующим мир. Это повлекло за собой как переориентацию на социальные вопросы, так и бурное произрастание «цветов зла» в поле эмансипированного сознания. Сегодняшнее наше представление о психологизме с одной стороны сужено рамками русской классической литературы, а с другой – деформировано инерцией стремления классицистов замолчать достижения библейско-августиновской традиции и переориентировать литературу с этики на эстетику. Поэтому в вузовском преподавании необходимо восстановление реальных пропорций и полное освещение движения литературного процесса. Antique literature is inferior to the Bible in the field of Psychologizing. The Bible reveals the richness of the psychological world of the "Inner Man" – in his love for God and the Woman, in his desperate suffering at the moments of God's rejection, in David's cries for the absurdly deceased traitorous – his son Absalom, in the wailing of Jeremiah about the destroyed Jerusalem, etc. Later, the sinless becomes the ideal Christ, imitation of which (Thomas Kempis) is a very difficult path, requiring constant self-improvement, confessions and fasting, incessant rising after falling and overcoming despair. All this has determined the specificity of interpretation the psychology of medieval literature and the subsequent narrowing of the psychological sphere in classicism, which sought to disavow the Christian interest in the "Inner Man". The psychology of the New Age formed in the mainstream of the Modern project, proceeding from the dualistic notion of a Man as a lowland creature, who must become a titan transforming the world. This entailed both a reorientation to social issues, and the rapid growth of the "flowers of Evil" in the field of emancipated consciousness. The cordons of Russian classical literature narrow today’s view of our literacy’s image of psychology on one hand, and on the other hand, it is deformed by the inertia of the classic desire to silence the achievements of the Biblical-Augustinian tradition and to reorient literature from ethics to aesthetics. Therefore, in high school teaching, it is necessary to restore real proportions and complete coverage of the literary process.

В статті досліджено сутність, мету та визначено основні етапи формування облікової політики підприємства. З метою підвищення ефективності функціонування облікової політики запропоновано рекомендації щодо її розробки та сфери застосування. In order to improve the efficiency of accounting policy, recommendations for its development and scope are proposed. The role of accounting policy at the present stage of economic development is considered. The ways of improving the mechanism of its formation are proposed. It is proved that formation of accounting policy is a complicated process requiring organizational, technical, personnel and does not end after the approval of the Order on accounting policy, and continues until the termination of the enterprise. The use of various accounting policy options allows you to manipulate the financial result, which results in non-consistent financial reporting. Consequently, the task of managers is to create such an accounting policy that would ensure the creation in the accounting system of impartial and truthful information about the financial position and performance of the enterprise. Метою даної статті було здійснення практичного аналізу емпіричного дослідження психологічних наслідків участі комбатантів у бойових діях. У статті було запропоновано комплекс клініко-психопатологічних і психодіагностичних методик спрямований на дослідження 5 факторів які, на думку автора, є основними при побудові системи психологічної реабілітації комбатантів з віддаленими наслідками стресогенних впливів. Grinchenko’s «Dictionary of Ukrainian Language», a number of clarifications is proposed, regarding to the functional difference of the units of this lexical-semantic group in the period of the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. The complex cases of the development of semantics are explained by referring to the method of typological parallels and the method of explanatory transformation of semantics.
