The analysis of legislative basis and valid operating system of the budgetary regulation of territorial development is conducted. Proved is that the low effectiveness of the budgetary regulation at regional level is caused by the absence of clear mechanism of socio-economic sponsorship development in problem regions. The paper examines the impact of changes in money supply on inflation dynamics. The regression analysis conducted on the empirical data for Russia and Ukraine, permits to refute the hypothesis of the money supply contraction as a universal instrument for monetary adjustment. Some conclusions are based on the U-curve models that were invented to evaluate the optimal amount of money minimizing the rate of inflation.
Experience in predicting the capacity of the regional market of consumer loans using regression modeling has been generalized. The estimation of acceptability of regression modeling method for bank lending controlling has been made. On the basis of the undertaken analysis a range of risks and problems has been identified as well as offered are the recommendations for solutions of these problems.
