The paper presents conclusions from review of empirical researches within the theory of endogenic growth. They concern correlation between synthetic measures of economic growth, human capital and social inequality. Basing on critical analysis of the results a new research procedure of the correlation was proposed. It is based on disaggregation of inequality into groups of the frustrating and the activating ones. Basing on the own research results that used the new procedure there was indicated the necessity to search for the measures of inequalities that strengthen economic growth and economic effectiveness as well as the inequalities that decrease economic growth. The necessity to rebuild the statistical datas to measure social inequality was also stresse.

On the example of Poland, paradoxes supporting the innovation blockade and limits of pro-innovation organisational behaviours are indicated in the article. Removing them requires reinstitutionalisation in the direction of subjective approach to innovativeness. The presented diagnosis concerning Poland may be used for defining conclusions in the sphere of actions intended for elimination of restrictions regarding proinnovation barriers of organisational behaviour also present in Ukraine.

In the article there was considered the appropriateness of optimal combining of Ukraine’s economy transparency and policy of economic protectionism for the purpose of its national interest’s defense. There were offered the actions concerning the improvement of foreign economic activity of Ukraine, analyzed the influence factors on the up-grade of the structure of domestic export and systematized the tasks which should be solved by the government in the integration process of Ukraine to the world economy. There have been developed the conceptual principles of integration implementation vector of Ukraine and determined the risks. There were studied the issues of necessity of coordinated international governments’ actions for the development of the world economy and the role of the countries of “Group of Twenty (G20)” in this process given current challenges of globalization and their national interests. There was generated the author’s opinion of institutional determination of the category “national interest” on the legislative level.

There have been highlighted the relevant issues of system establishment of the innovative management of global corporations and generalized the experience of the leading world corporations in the achievement and keeping leading positions on the highly technological segments of the global market. It shows the significance of the creative personal qualities of managers in the generation and implementation of effective innovative solutions in the global business, grounds the categorical and functional imperatives of the innovative development of global corporations. In the context of formation of the new knowledge economy there were highlighted contradictions and available instruments of reinforcement of leading positions among the leading global corporations in the innovative sphere. There was paid attention to the implementation of the new concepts of global corporations’ leadership of BRIC countries, in particular, Chinese highly technological companies. There has been made a conclusion about global institutionalization of the innovative activity.

There was touched upon the problem of correlation of the notions of ‘immanent’ and ‘transcendental’ in the global development. There have been singled out ideological and theoretical dominants and fundamental backgrounds which define logic and outlooks of intersystem constructive changes on the new turn of human civilization development. On this background there was substantiated the objective necessity of producing of conceptual categorical apparatus adequate to these changes (first of all we are speaking about asymmetries and imbalances) as well as updating of logical and substantial theories and conceptions, their organization and systematization into the concept of a particular paradigm. There has been revealed the philosophic content and methodological status of asymmetry as a “multi-dimension system of reflection of profound world’s parts” and momentum of global development. There was suggested a definitional range which encompasses the majority of interpretations of this phenomenon in theory and practice. In the framework of “disciplinary matrix” (a specific set of a priori convictions and fundamental metaphysical guidelines) there were specified theoretical, methodological and axiological directives of determinism paradigm and synergetic paradigm that served as an initial methodological basis of conceptualization of asymmetries and imbalances of the global development.

It reveals the nature of the concepts «coalition» and «informal group» in the framework of the international economic organizations, realizes their comparative analysis and classifies the coalitions based on the circle of the covered activity directions, on the belonging to the regional integration groups, similarity of the level of development and type of unification structure. There has been observed an evolution of the coalition movement in the framework of the World Trade Organization, researched the modern influence mechanism of coalitions and informal groups on the processes of formation of the global trade policy alongside its definition. There were formulated positive aspects of Ukraine’s participation in the WTO coalitions and groups and characterized potential cooperation groups.

By means of VAR and 2SLS assessments in the article researches the influence of the RER deviations from the equilibrium signification received through the Hodrick-Prescott filter. The author proved that understated RER worsens the GDP dynamics and accelerates the inflation simultaneously restricting the export and import demand. The results obtained testify to the benefit of hryvnia exchange rate growth as a means of dynamic acceleration of the economic growth in the low-inflation environment. It’s appropriate to neutralize possible balance deterioration of the trade balance is with the use of nonprice factors like reduction of the budget deficit and limitation of the money stock offers.

Seeking the most favorable conditions for innovative activity, the article depicts the results of research on innovativeness in the context of coordination. Applying networking to analyses and discussions on coordinating innovative actions correlates with development of clustering. Consequently, a cluster has been made a reference, an example of an economic network. The aim of this article is to show networks, as coordination structures, that open the perspectives of multiplying values, thanks to the functioning logic combining an individual benefit with the benefit for the whole of network participants. The theoretical basis for any considerations relies on the theory of transaction costs, developed within the framework of new institutional economics. In the conditions of knowledge based economy and developments of the ICT revolution, conducts with learned behaviors within the framework of the schemes generated by classical economics is not possible any more. Applying these schemes by entrepreneurs would mean depriving of multiplying the usability coming from the network. It has a significant dimension especially while referring to innovative activity.

There were determined a positive influence of the existing processes at any level of development of the national human resource.

In this article there was researched the key theories of the European industrial integration, made a comparative analysis. There has been done a detailed analysis of the main approaches to study and explanation of the industrial complexes integration of the European Union member states. There were described the key principles of the following concepts: functionalism, neofunctionalism, federalism, functional confederalism, theory federalism, of transactionalism, international regime, interdependency theory, agreement system, dynamism theory of the European industrial policy, intergovernmentalism, theory of multilevel management, theory of networks policy, government-centrism, neoinstitutionalism, comparativism and others. The obtained results can be used as a theoretical basis for the further study of the industrial policies among European Union member states; their approximation in the context of the formation of the common European economic complex and integration process of the member states.

Despite intuitive or deliberate realization of the necessity of being oriented towards the customer’ s needs, the marketing philosophy was not used similarly in real life by the enterprises of the new market-oriented countries, among which we traditionally find the Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia), Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, the former Ugoslavian republics (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Chernogoria) and others. The article generalizes the factors, influencing the behavioral peculiarities of the consumers in the above-mentioned countries and specific ways of introduction of marketing technologies and it is supported by the reprinted materials or by the results of the comparative research, carried out by research institutions and professional associations.

The article deals with the analysis of the problems related to unemployment in the Moravian and Silesian Region in the Czech Republic. We have analysed the problems by means of age and education structure of population and thereafter by means of the sector structure. The analysis results provide evidence that the sector structure as well as the age structure of population in the Region shows similar tendencies like in the Czech Republic. The education structure of the Region’s population reflects the previous orientation of the Region to mining and raw material exploitation and carries along a number of problems related to the structural unemployment as a result of the Region's restructuring. The unemployment rate in the Region exceeds the national average and the individual areas of the Region achieve double amounts. In addition, the analysis indicates that the wage level in the Region when compared to the CZ develops similarly in the individual sectors; the differences tend to deepen, however. The benefits of solution of these problems may be seen in the increasing interest of foreign investors in the Region, namely in the area of modern manufacturing industry and sophisticated sectors.
