The attention to a subject is caused by lack of the special researches devoted to the culturological analysis of a condition of the polyconfessional environment including institutes of all world religions which were present at the territory of the Kuznetsk region during the post-reform period important for understanding of sources of transformation of the spiritual sphere which happened at the following stage – constructions of industrial base in Kuzbass. Time is determined, the emergence reasons in Mariinsky and Kuznetsk districts of Catholics and conditions of forming of Catholic receipts are considered. The policy of local authorities for the organization of Catholic receipts and activities of priests is considered. It is shown how habitual religious values were projected on the new environment. Channels of penetration of representatives of a Judaic community on the territory of the Mariinsky district are revealed, their number and geography of houses of worship is established. Features of religious life of Jews and their limited opportunities in respect for religious traditions are considered. The active role of representatives of a Judaic community in cultural and economic life of Mariinsk and its district is shown. The geography of resettlement of representatives of a Muslim community in the territory of the Kuznetsk region is determined. On the basis of completeness of coordination of behavior of Sharia, devout with laws, two groups of believers are allocated: Muslims of the North of Kuzbass (Tatars) as more consecutive adherents of religious traditions, and kalmak at which the ceremonial culture, new to them, was combined with habitual elements of paganism.

The article describes the global problems of the modern world to testify to the inevitability of a radical turn to new forms and models of civilizational development, contains an analysis of the mechanisms for changing cultural-anthropological matrices. The exhaustion of the energies of the Christian Logos, the loss of the anthropological mission of the Word considered as a key indicator of the crisis of European civilization. The key faults of European civilization make the most obvious variant of the future return of the Pagan era of human history – the “culture of the priests” – which is fundamentally different from the world cultures formed on the basis of the texts of the Old and New Testaments. Today the main cultural and anthropological problems of European civilization stem from its transitional nature and incompleteness of a cultural type, in the “body” of which the struggle between two anthropological dominants is increasing: classical and pagan. Their irreconcilable dichotomy is revealed in the mental sphere, where there is a struggle between archaic consciousness and logocentrism, in the system of humanitarian knowledge, in life strategies. This struggle is especially acute at the stage of the entry of Western culture into postmodernism, which marks the transition from the “Promethean” to the “Orphic” model. The transformation of European culture into a postmodern phase, that actively rejects the humanistic values of the Christianity and Enlightenment, becomes a condition for the expansion of paganism, deforming the key attributes of the existence of man and society.

The problem of vision for reflection on photography is one of the most important nowadays. The aim of the study is to identify factors that contribute to the formation of photographic vision, as well as the designation of its specific characteristics. It is emphasized that, generally photographic vision is an activity that uses photo technology to display and interpret the visible reality. Sketch literature, traditional painting, own development of photo technology has influenced photographic vision, which is characterized by the mechanistic process of getting the image, its mirror sites properties. Communicative needs of the society also provided determination of photographic vision, expanding and deepening the visual picture of the world. The author develops his own way in interpreting the ontology of the photographic vision, which is characterized by: visual aestheticization of reality, granularity of display, intensity and novelty of the representation, instantaneous resulting actions. Overall, photographic vision reproduces not just the objective world mechanically but shows its perception and interpretation using the camera. Based on the specifics of photographic vision final definition as a process of displaying a visible reality, which is characterized by its aestheticization, a fractional view showing the intensity and novelty of the author’s opinion, as well as the image of a fleeting moment is presented.

The article is devoted to the results of a preliminary study of the state of museification and use of immovable objects of historical and cultural heritage located on the territories of rural areas of Siberia. It provides a typology of immovable monuments, points out the features of the monuments of Siberia, a large concentration of immovable heritage monuments in the regions, republics and regions of Southern Siberia. The authors come to a conclusion about the low level of museufication and the modern use of monuments of the historical and cultural heritage of Siberia, which adversely affects the development of regional tourism, and the formation of knowledge about the historical and cultural values of Siberia. The article contains some suggestions on the museufication of monuments of the unique heritage of the archaeological past, historical sites and preserved objects of the period of the beginning of development of territories in the 17-18th centuries, and numerous settlements that arose in the 19th and early 20th centuries, as a result of the Stolypin reform.

This article reviews how the main function of the museum as a storage, study and presentation of historical, cultural and natural objects can be accomplished today. A modern museum cannot be just a repository of artifacts; it must interact with the inner world of the visitor, influencing his emotional perception, involving the historical environment through activation of the imagination complemented by elements of the associative series. Thus, the museum becomes not only a place of knowledge but also a cultural and leisure event in the organization of free time for visitors. Quoting the statements of various authors about museum activities, the author concludes that in most cases the presented exposition should have a different level of perception by the viewer, from a purely visual monologue to an equitable dialogue. In this case, the artistic component of the exposition comes to the basis, reveals the role of the designer, following the principles of artistic design, discovers the historical, cultural and scientific field of museum activity. Considering the historical aspect of creating a museum exposition, the author concludes that the artist only created the visual series in which the exhibited object was located. Now the basis is the creation of a common overflowing scripted construction of the exposure, involving the viewer and causing him reciprocal positive emotions. Thus, the museum exhibit cannot be simply decorated with pictorial elements by theatricalizing the space and time of action in which the public person is located. Now in the museum exposition, there are not only receptions of the fine art, design of architectural elements, but also musical and color-light support, and also achievements of technological progress and multimedia computer technologies. Creating the concept of design-exposition, the designer realizes that the museum is an architectural space, and how this space will be an organized way depends on the success of his work, so the scope of his activity includes the environmental design of the territory adjacent to the museum. Nevertheless, the designer, creating the exposition, constantly works with the museum staff, understanding the need for a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the presented topic. The article is devoted to the issues of expression of regional interests in the sphere of culture by party leadership of regions of Western Siberia. On the basis of a wide range of archival documents it explains the mechanism of relations between central and the regional party-state nomenclature in the social and cultural sphere. The author used the latest results of theoretical studies on cultural requirements, noting the need for their consideration in the context of socio-economic conditions, political situation, subjective perceptions of the functionaries of the public administration. The author studied role of the first secretaries of the regional committees of the CPSU in the formation of cultural needs of the West-Siberian regions. The author analyzes the specifics of social changes in the regions of Western Siberia and notes the growing disproportions in the system of material and consumer provision of various population groups. It is given the facts of privileges in the system of ensuring the cultural needs of the party nomenclature. It is shown the low level of providing families of servicemen. Specific examples shows representations of the party leadership of regions on the development of sociocultural sphere (improving the status of the Novosibirsk theatre of Opera and ballet, the struggle for the opening of the Novosibirsk state Conservatory, initiatives for retaining qualified personnel in the regions of Western Siberia). It is identified forms of impact on the Central party and departmental authorities (preparation of draft decisions of the Union government, requesting several addresses, using personal contacts of the first secretaries of regional party committees with ministers). The article has conclusion about the contradiction in the positions between regional and departmental management in the goals, resource potential and probable consequences of the population´s cultural needs of Western Siberia.

The attention of the article is devoted to the problem of cultural code as the main element of works of the musical and theatrical stage. In the article the main researchers referring to the concept of cultural code are indicated. The author formulates the thesis of the correspondence of the cultural code of the time of its creation. On the example of the play “Corrupt Love”, the arguments are given in favor of the cultural code as the basis of a musical performance. There are examples of well-known works of the music scene, whose plot and musical component contain elements of cultural code. The plot and musical component of some famous works, including the musical performance “Corrupt Love”, staged by the Musical Theater of Kuzbass, is analyzed. The author refers to the history of origin of the genre of the operetta. Based on examples of works of classical Viennese operetta of the early XX century, analogies are being drawn between social and political events that served as a material for the creation of both classical and contemporary works. As the scientific literature, historical literature was used, as well as some culturological materials devoted to this problem. The content of the play and its stage interpretation considered from the point of view of the presence of elements of the cultural code, read by the viewer and interpreted by him. The proofs of the musical story basis of the performances as a socio-cultural code are formulated. In the conclusion of the article, a demonstrative correspondence is made to the above theses.

In the modern era of global communications, when new opportunities of interethnic and intercultural interaction and exchange become significant, there is a threat to the preservation of national and cultural values. Concern for the preservation of national culture is an alternative to the unification of cultural differences in the course of globalization. The development objectives of the national spiritual, linguistic and mental environment, cultural traditions are particularly relevant today. Understanding the processes of modern Russian reality is impossible without understanding the content of “values,” “national values,” and “cultural values” concepts. Despite the presence of a significant number of papers on axiological issues, many questions concerning the definitions of “national values” and “cultural values” in their philosophical culturological and applied aspects still require in-depth study and elaboration. This article presents different interpretations of the “value,” “cultural value,” “national treasure” concepts from the point of view of axiological approach. It proves that the concepts of “cultural value” and “national treasure” have a common socio-cultural nature but different substantive emphases. Being in fact and in other case social regulators, national values provide ideological stability and identity of a particular ethnic group or nation, whereas cultural values are universal, common human nature and cannot be associated directly with a particular area or community.

Tolerance is seen as a contradictory and controversial phenomenon that requires further analysis in its study. In this article, “tolerance” is considered as a phenomenon arising in the conditions of cultures diversity existence against the backdrop of a common society unification. Tolerance is revealed as a process that does not reduce social contradictions, but explains the reasons for their occurrence. Tolerance is rather a forced behavior based on unintentional acceptance of others, rejection of assessments, passive, indifferent attitude to otherness. While sociocultural identity contributes to an active understanding of the fact that different peoples unite different traditions and rituals (this is the creativity and originality of peoples), but all of them consolidate common values (love for the homeland, for the mother, for the native land). Awareness of the importance of belonging to any people, clan, and family gives a person a sense of security, completeness and self-sufficiency. In such a perception, the self-sufficiency of one people acts as a perception measure of another people’s selfsufficiency. In modern conditions of assimilation and continuous loss of knowledge, centuries-old experience of development of each nationality, revealing the mechanisms of cultural society functioning, tolerance becomes a normal protective reaction of the psyche to the society that has lost its culture of organizing the distinctive way of living of each nationality that gave birth to the society in which it is necessary to develop tolerant attitude.

New discoveries in the field of science, technology and information technology over the past decade were assimilated by society with the aim of uncovering high scientific, technical, cultural and creative potential. Modern man, “thrown” into the world, founded by information technologies – the world of digital culture – is faced with the socio-cultural problem of the interconnection between the technological construction of artificial existence and the aesthetic expression of human in it. The need to reflect on this problem is emphasized by the traductive conclusions about how much the role of natural intelligence is important in traditional culture as the ability to feel, reason rationally and intelligently regulate actions, so much in the digital culture is the role of artificial intelligence that realizes such functions. In the modern socio-cultural clusters, elements of digital and traditional culture are closely intertwined. In the environment of information technology and electronic communications, the ideals of artistic culture are perceived differently. Canons of programmable rationality and more complex to universal culture, the more intense are the phenomena of digital culture replace the static archetypes of traditional culture. In addition, it should be noted, that there is intellectual culture in society that should be understood as a specific activity in culture. Intellectual culture captures to some extent the artificial nature of human thinking. It should be recognized that all existing artificial intelligence programs have one major drawback: they cannot adapt themselves to the world around, as all living beings do. Moreover, scientists raise the problem of qualitative transformation of the nature of the creative process. For example, in Japan, androids are actively created, not only resembling people in appearance, but also capable of participating as actors in performances. This fact constitutes the main problematic field of interrelation between the intellectual culture, artificial intelligence and creative process.

The article deals with some interesting and unknown facts from the biography of Ivan Shpiller, conductor of the Krasnoyarsk Academic Symphony Orchestra, People’s Artist of Russia, and his family, revealing the relationship with the personality and music career of composer Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninov. The author’s turning to a number of documentary sources made it possible to reveal the specific circumstances of seeming “accidental” intersections and meetings with the composer throughout their lives and music careers beginning with the conductor’s father Vladimir Dmitrievich Shpiller (f. Vsevolod) and his parents. The author emphasizes that the memories of famous singer Natalia Shpiller arouse great interest. They say about both Sergei Knushevitsky, a brilliant cellist, and Alexander Gauk, an outstanding conductor, whose music careers also intersect with Sergei Rachmaninov’s world of music. All this played a decisive role in the formation of the creative character of conductor Ivan Vsevolodovich Shpiller and his creative priorities. In 1978 he became the conductor of the Symphony orchestra which had been formed in Krasnoyarsk. All Sergei Rachmaninoff ’s symphonic works were performed in the concerts in the first seasons. According to Spiller’s words, it was the music of this Russian composer to which he wrote a book of memoirs about his father, a priest of the Russian Orthodox Church. A special page in the history of “accidental” meetings is connected with the First Symphony of Rachmaninov. Its score had been restored and donated to I. V. Shpiller by his teacher A. V. Gauk. This Symphony became a kind of hallmark of the Krasnoyarsk Academic Symphony orchestra during all its tours in Moscow, Leningrad (St. Petersburg), Switzerland. Holland, Yugoslavia. Interpretations of the Russian composer’s symphonic works performed by the orchestra under the baton of Ivan Spiller are considered to be among the best ones in domestic practice.

The article considers the specificity of art-musical thinking of the composer in the context of the culture of the Silver age and the concept of the Sonata e-moll op. 25 No. 2 “Night wind.” Identified common philosophical and aesthetic views of N.K. Medtner and F.I. Tyutchev, defining the existential content and semantics of the poetic program of Sonata. The relevance of the semantic analysis method of the Sonata is due to the multifaceted polyphonic content, original interpretation of the composition, complex dramaturgy of development of symbolic images. For the first time, it presents a semantic analysis of the composition of the sonata “Night wind” at three levels: conceptual, thematic and logical. The features invariant of the genre of the Sonata, extramusical and intramusical semantics expressed in the content of symbolic images of Time and Space, of Chaos and Order. N.K. Medtner analyzed the stable and mobile components of musical thinking, contextual and intertextual semantic relationships of the symbolic spheres that organize the logic of musical content and philosophical poetry program of the Sonata. N.K. Medtner disclosed the features of musical thinking, such as dialogic, synthetic, symphonic, poem, binary, which are the main components of the logical semantic structure and dramatic development of symbolic images of Time and Space in Sonata e-moll op. 25 No. 2.

The article analyzes the impact of the concept of theatrical symbolism of M. Maeterlinck on the formation of a creative method of V. Kandinsky. The Russian artist fully shared the views of M. Maeterlinck that art should not be representative, and is obliged to transmit internal, metaphysical truth of man’s relationship with the world, to be symbolic. In this concern the article puts a question of the spectators’ new borders of perception. The audience is supposed to understand associations and emphasized unpresentable images. The author drives to the conclusion that on the basis of Maeterlinck’s static theatre, there appears a “relative” approach, and as a result, there appeared the necessity of the presence of a new type of stage artist, in the structure of the play. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical ideas of Belgian playwright, the authors describe their rejecting the traditional understanding of drama action. All the examples of classical dramatism lie in the sphere of external for this author, meanwhile the accent is put on the “second order dialogue” or so called “underwater stream”. Multilevel relations between the text, implication and uptext make special flexible structure of their plays. The author of the article found that V. Kandinsky’s experiments continued implementation of new meanings in the field of fine arts. Influence of theatrical symbolism of M. Maeterlinck expressed in concrete works of V. Kandinsky and forms of creativity on several levels: a) at the level citations and allusions in the iconography, color palette and in the content of motives paintings; b) at the concept stage of the composition. Therefore, the method of theatrical symbolism, based on styling, organically joined the work of Russian abstract artist V. Kandinsky.

The article deals with the main events of the history of the Chinese pedagogical musical education, looking through which is very actual, as it helps to find out the stages of its making up and development, each with its peculiarities, that can explain the situation in our days. Based on studying the Chinese sources, a contextual analysis of the landmarks in the progress of the musical education in China is made. The first partition deals with the processes in the traditional musical education of Ancient China. In the second partition, tendencies characteristic to Middle Ages are exposed. Then the question is about the influence in the New Times of the European music on the traditional Chinese music and how it had mirrored in the development of the Chinese pedagogical musical education. In each epoch, there are marked: a situation with the processes in musical education, main educative institutions of the time, their types and how the teaching-upbringing process is organized; interactions between the musical education and the state, and main tendencies in the development of the musical education. As a result, a view is formed giving impression of the history, rich in events, as well as traditions in the educative sphere. There are conclusions made by the author on the character of the development of musical education in China and on its influence on the processes going in the educative sphere in the whole.

This paper reviews the issue of forming the substantial characteristics of individual typological traits of the practice-oriented higher education system students at the university in case of Kuzbass State Technical University named after T.F. Gorbachev in Prokopievsk branch. The system of practice-oriented learning is one of the promising psychological and pedagogical technologies of the organization of the educational process, which involves parallel training in an educational institution and in production [4]. Nevertheless, the modern system of education requires from the individual students not only profile training within the subject field, but also the availability of psychological knowledge and skills that allow new personnel to prepare for real life, to compete in the labor market [6]. The research represents results of the comparative analysis of the parameters: conscious self-regulation, life-purpose personal orientation, person`s alertness, conflict situations behavior strategy, motivation. The result of the research is the development and implementation of a program of psychological and pedagogical support for students at the initial stage of education.

Origins of Old Belief and channels of its access to the territory of Kuznetsk region are considered. Features of the state policy for the representatives of Old Belief differ in the declarative toleration which had character of “the hidden denial” of gentiles are outlined. Systematization of agreement on their belonging to main currents of Old Belief is carried out: to Old Believers and Bespopovets. The geography of their resettlement in the territory of Kuznetsk and Mariinsky districts is determined in general. Ceremonial features and specifics of views of representatives of Old Belief currents, agreement and rumors are specified. The active policy of the government on involvement of Old Believers in common church is considered, its special provision as intermediate link between the official Orthodoxy and Old Belief is shown. The economic reasons of transition of some villagers from the Orthodox parish in common church, and also a deliberate distortion of a number of the Old Believers priests living in the territory of a parish are allocated.

The work of Kamchatka Orthodox Brotherhood, created in the beginning of the XX century, became the cause of numerous socio-cultural phenomena for the Utmost North-Eastern region. Among them are Faith schools, boarding schools, orphanages, hospices for elderly people, libraries, reading rooms, book warehouses, hospitals, leprosarium’s, pharmacies which the region has never had before. Within five years, from 1910 to 1915, Kamchatka Brotherhood built 7 new churches, several chapels, 8 new schools. To the year 1918 in Kamchatka, the vigorous action of the fraternity, earned 35 churches, 8 chapels (mostly with prestol’s) and 42 schools. Kids of the Kamchadal, Even and Koryak nations were taught not only Russian, but also crafts to ensure their material after leaving school. Children of the Kamchadal, Even and Koryak peoples have not only studied Russian reading and writing but also crafts which helped them to make a living after school graduation. Native population received free medicines and qualified medical help thanks to Brotherhood. Besides, due to Brotherhood work there was held active religious and spiritual education. Reading rooms opened nearby religious schools had lecture-halls where children were given the basic knowledge of geography, history and Russian culture. Not only Moscow and Saint-Petersburg have responded to the call to help Kamchatka’s native population. Organized system of branches of the brotherhood allowed to replenish the ever-growing needs of Kamchatka’s mission. From different cities and enjoyed received money, books, icons and medications. Brotherhood branches have opened in many Russian cities. Gathered medicines, clothes, personal hygiene items, books, study books and school equipment, icons and vestments for Kamchatka churches gave a start to a wide religious and spiritual education. Meanwhile, Brotherhood itself has transformed into a special cultural phenomenon of the region. Owing to its work, there are now outlining clear perspectives of an absolute Orthodoxy strengthening on the whole territory of Utmost North-East.

The article is devoted to gender and national aspects of such contradictory concepts of modern humanities as an identity. Attention is drawn to the eclecticism and diversity of modern ethnic and gender patterns of personal identification. A new structure of identity through the analysis of identity as a triangular system “person – nation – gender” is offered, which is particularly relevant in a situation of globalization and promotion of the concept of national identity revival. The authors analyze gender crisis in the modern Russian society through the structural, functional and aspect approaches that allow us to distinguish three interrelated components of the Russian gender crisis – axiological, national and personal. The systematic approach allows authors to analyze such gender categories as masculinity and femininity not as two opposing principles, but as two necessary components of one sociocultural reality. The authors also propose to introduce into scientific vocabulary the new concepts of “masculine national identity” and “feminine national identity” in order to reduce the undesirable level of abstraction in modern socio-cultural studies. The article is not limited by the statement of the problem, it suggests a specific way to minimize the negative consequences of the Russian gender crisis by paying researchers’ attention to modern education as a mechanism for socialization and inculturation of Russian younger generation. The reactivation of cadet and female gymnasium education, based on educational traditions, but taking into account the changed social realities, can become one of the tools for the revival of the main values of national and gender culture in modern Russian society.

There is a new type of space in modern society: information-material. This is a continuous unity of information, means of its storage and production, methods and technologies that ensure the receipt and transmission of information between the subject and the thing. The concept of “thing” is considered from the point of view of philosophy, culture and history. The article describes that initially things supplement the human body in a natural way, they unite people with each other and with nature. The beauty of things is equated with their practical importance. Studies based on the traditional, classical understanding the things as indicators of a system of social, aesthetic and communicative values are analyzed. Also, the article presents opposing points of view whose authors claim that electronic devices can be classified as a category of things. This type of thing forms a new text of the culture of society, new semantics of spiritual and material values. At the same time, all studies state that the value of a thing is determined only by the subject, in the process of its spiritual development. Things are mastered in practical, everyday activities and evolve together with culture. In the information society, the communicative nature of things is transferred to electronic mediatorsgadgets. In this process, things lose not only a material carrier, but also a spiritual, emotional, aesthetic value. Therefore, things are “washed out” of the everyday space, they are becoming less and the values of culture go to the background. The result is a decrease in the intellectual and spiritual level of culture. As a conclusion, the authors note the need to study the processes of the introduction of all kinds of electronic devices in the life of society and each individual. It is argued that the presence of gadgets related to the Internet and among themselves is already a commonplace, in which there is still a way to preserve the basic cultural properties of things.

The article shows the practice of preservation and development of contemporary art of Autonomous Region of Inner Mongolia of the People’s Republic of China, analyzing cultural capital of Ordos. On the basis of analysis of research literature, the author describes cultural capital of region by creative and productive, management and artistic activities of region. Two sociocultural practices of Ordos are revealed: practices of preservation and practices of development of contemporary art culture of Ordos. The first group of sociocultural practice which focuses on preservation of contemporary art culture of Ordos presents the Chinese Festival of steppe culture of Inner Mongolia, Ordos museum of bronze products, a series of unique folk dances of Ordos “Dance with sticks”, “Dance of the cup on the head”, “Dance of milking the cow”, “Naadam” folk festival. The article is devoted to the study of symbolic sign language in arts and crafts by the example of ornamentation of objects of decorative and applied art of the Russians in Western Siberia in the XIX - early XX centuries. Attention to the topic is due to the need to study various aspects of the visual language that can contribute to the disclosure of the spiritual life of the Russian population. The goal is to reveal the structure of visual language formation. As the visual language acts as a conduit, intermediary and certain means of modeling (idealization), reflecting not only reality, but interpreting it, creating some special reality of significant aspects. Such concepts as a sign, symbol, archetype as applied to visualization in arts and crafts are considered. The main religious and philosophical attitudes characterizing the selection of symbols and signs are singled out. On the basis of the analysis of ornamentation and function of a thing, general and specific characteristics in traditional culture are traced. During the study of the symbolic sign language, it was established that the thing creates a precedent for the emergence of a structure. In addition, the conditions and criteria created by the thing under which the symbols and signs are selected. The visual archetypes (common symbols) are included with the priority circle, being the foundation for the formation of the structure. And, finally, an outstanding distinguished group of objects ornamented with texts of a religious and secular nature, their manifestation is explained by the orientation toward a certain simplicity or transparency in availability of the information flow. The ornament on a thing is considered from the point of view of functional meaning, where the signs, depending on the type and nature of the system which they belong, can have variability, that means the sign is characterized by variability (transformation).

Visual culture becomes a reflection of contemporary information society reality: it creates visual content, transfers images that carry information, and finally changes a person’s perception of reality, influences his world view. The article presents an analysis of the changes that happen with childhood phenomenon because of the influence of contemporary visual culture. The childhood phenomenon is viewed through the prism of contemporary animation, which allows expanding the range of available approaches to the childhood researchers in the humanitarian science. Animation as one of the most actively developing visual practices influences childhood, exposes it to dynamic changes, makes it an ambiguous phenomenon in the visual culture field. Particular attention is paid to the study of contemporary Russian animation materials, where childhood is represented without pronounced ethno-cultural dominants, traditional attributes with rituals, toys, folklore, representing the deep images of a particular cultural system. Contemporary animated films demonstrate how the collective character of childhood is transformed into an individual character, the child’s hero moves to a more colorful, glamorous space with an atmosphere of consumption, a habit of living in artificially created beauty. The boundaries between the world of the adult and the child are blurred, until the disappearance of childhood as a construct. The research allows us to conclude that the animation equally visualizes the meanings of the phenomenon of childhood, reflects the socio-cultural changes that occur with it, and independently constructs a new cultural childhood reality, supplementing it with new meanings characteristic of the information society, symbols expressing an understanding of the child place in the universe.

The proposed article examines creative industries in interdisciplinary research. Socio-pedagogical bases and methodology of the project approach in the organizational policy of the enterprise are presented. The role of creative industries in the innovation processes in Russia is becoming increasingly urgent problems. In this connection, the clarification of the basic concepts used in the concept of creative industries seem to us useful for the study of their socio-cultural potential. Although the term “creative industries” (creative industries) has been in the vocabulary of cultural economists for more than 20 years, discussions about the substantive part and the common understanding of creative industries continue to this day. The reason is that the creation of products with a high share of the creative component is characteristic of many branches of the economy and goes far beyond the cultural and art sector. It is important that a literal translation of the English term into Russian can lead to a distortion of meaning. So, the industry is any branch of the economy, and the “industry” in Russian is industrial production. Rather, it makes sense to talk about creative industries, because many of the list of those are not related to industrial production. To date, there has been no consensus among experts on the structure of creative industries and the inclusion of specific cultural sectors in this concept for the purpose of forming a cultural policy. Proceeding from this, we consider the concept of “creative industries” from the point of view of the relevance of the application for the development of design technologies, with the help of which the organizational culture is formed, and consequently the positive image of the enterprise.

The Orthodox culture of bell ringing in Soviet Russia was destroyed during for 70 years. After the collapse of the USSR, a rebirth of this tradition has started. But there were problems associated with its restoration in their authentic form. In order to solve these problems, one should first fix them. Today this question is very relevant, so it is the focus of this article. Such studies have not been conducted in modern Russian science. This is the novelty of the article. Each region may have their own difficulties to restore the tradition of bell ringing. But there can be also common problems. To find them and to draw the generalizing conclusions is necessary to conduct researches in different areas of Russia. It is advisable to begin this work in one region. The author collected materials for an article in Gelendzhik (in the Caucasus). He defined the condition of zvonnitsas (bells, the mechanic of instruments, etc.), fixed the sound of peals and playing technique on the bells, conducted surveys of bell ringers. The analysis of the obtained data allowed the author to identify several serious problems. The following conclusions were made. Today, there are difficulties associated with a complete set of Gelendzhik zvonnitsas with church bells. Their playing abilities are restricted and need perfection. Not all local bell ringers understand the importance of choosing optimal construction solutions while creating their instrument (they affect the quality of playing the bells). Failure of the rules of the calendar, use of Russian Orthodox ringing types by the ringers indicates their poor knowledge of the church charter (Typicon).

The paper accounts the calendar folklore-ethnographic unity of the Byelorussian settlers in one of the local settler point of this ethnos in Siberia, Kolbasa village of Kyshtovsky district, Novosibirsk region. The research is based on material collected by the author during the field-work in 2016. According to informants, till the mid-to-late XX century, all genres of the year calendar cycle existed in the village. The author analyzes the genres in which the musical element plays a large part. The Cristmastide (The Cristmas – New Year – Epiphany) in Kolbasa village presented all the main ritual elements: walking from yard to yard singing carols, fortunetelling, evening parties of young people. The amount of songs in this period was almost the same, including the time-connected genres: carols, childrens’ recited waits, troparions. On the Maslenitsa week, many “maslenski” songs and round-songs were sung which were usually strictly connected to a certain ritual action. The spring period in Kolbasa village was presented by the Easter ritual unity: during the Easter week it was customary to walk from yard to yard singing celebratory songs, besides, the Easter troparion and certain prayers were performed. The summer calendar period is marked by the feast of the Triniti Sunday: that day was full of rituals and songs including round songs. Mowing songs and heading songs were performed in the village in earlier times but the informants did not know them. The songs of the autumn cycle survived till late and the informants knew some of their titles. The verbal texts of some songs from different calendar cycles are published in the paper. In conclusion, the author presents the results of comparison of the genres of the year calendar cycle of Byelorussian settlers in Kolbasa village with the same tradition of Byelorussia.

One of the favorite themes in the culture of the 19th century is a plot about a sea maiden. This theme is realized in the various kinds of art. A lot of operas, chamber-vocal works, poetry, ballads, stories and novels by different authors are created in the romantic epoch. The great popularity of this theme determines the ways of realization the image of sea maiden. Also it shapes many special expressive means, which help composers, writers and poets embody these images in the art. The article is devoted to the consideration of the archetypical image of the mermaid and the mythologeme of water in the Concert Overture by Felix Mendelssohn “The Tale of the Lovely Melusine”. The attention is paid to a lot of different aspects: the dramaturgy, orchestral and melodic features, general compositional principles and intertextual relations between the Overture and other musical works about the mermaid theme. It is very important to emphasize particularly the ambivalence of the image of the sea maiden. This fact makes different composers to turn to similar ways of the embodiment of the image in their musical works of various genres, which are dedicated to the mermaid theme. It should be noted the independence of different authors from each other and, at the same time, very impressively similar results. The musical characteristics of Melusine and the mythologem of water created by Mendelssohn are correlated with the context of other implementations of these images in the musical art. This fact allows to make a conclusion that intertextual relations between different musical works are conditioned by archetypical image of the sea maiden.

The key tone support is Liszt’s one of the most effective novelties in the field of the music language. The foundation for term became the definition of key element proposed by Y. Kholopov and installed into the context of advance harmonic changes. “Axial element” and “key element” are not alternative definitions: they present the same appearance realized at different music-time context. In the compositional process of Liszt’s late piano works, unprecedented dynamization of pitch relations can be observed. It greatly exceeds the possibilities of tonal and functional conceptions of music development. This context requires something more than traditional auditory conceptions of tempo and logics of musical unwinding. Thus, Liszt comes to the idea of the necessary formation of a radically new phenomenon of pitch systems dynamic balance. The intensification of the role of introductory tone tension serves as a means of interaction between the key element and other components of the musical process. Some musicologists consider such compositional decision as a starting movement towards atonality (D. Torkewitz, S. Gut, and others); while others think that quite on the contrary it enroots Liszt in the tonal sphere (C. Dahlhaus). N. Nagler suggests that Stravinsky’s atonality phenomenon is the most applicable to this technique, as a zone outside tonality (R. Reti’s idea of pantonality is also applicable). In Liszt’s late piano compositions, tonal centralization yields to the general tension vector which multiplies itself and consumes the whole process of music development. Tension is there, but stability is absent. It is not atonality yet, but already a tonal disorientation. Intensive permanent movement becomes the only guarantee of the pitch system stabilization when it is practically used in a composition. This very movement provides stable dynamic balance, and it is the core of Liszt’s novelties in the area of musical language transformation.

The analysis of the introductory section of Fantasy in D minor by W.A. Mozart is presented in the article, carried out from the performer point of view as well as in terms of pedagogical experience. This analysis is based not only on theoretical study of the score but on its performer hearing, real sounding, temporal development of musical form and texture in the course of live performance. The realized examination makes it possible to reveal a multidimensional characteristic of Mozart’s texture and its new interpretation. This fresh approach is concerned with some typical characteristics of musical period, the interdependence of harmonic and melodic principles in the texture, the internal symmetry of the structure. It is shown, for instance, that one of the distinctive features of classicism, properties and proportions of musical period, could be manifested in the harmonical component of composer’s musical language instead of the metrical one. A structure which is asymmetric in outward appearance should be considered in a somewhat different frame of reference to make visible its regular, symmetrical and harmonious pattern. It is necessary to put it in the wider context, taking into account all the effective forces of the texture. Conventional methods of analysis are not effectual either to examine the verge of harmonic and melodic hearing of the figuration not containing a great number of notes. As it is demonstrated in the paper, the question is more than interesting and should be regarded as having a strong influence on interpretation. Opening up the new perspectives for scientific research, the results have a profound effect on the work on Mozart’s piano compositions. To get their understanding is as much significant for the performer’s working process as for the teacher’s one.

Structural features of the general religious landscape of the territory regarding the determination of number of clergy in all the faiths, the sizes of groups of believers and the number of the operating temples are defined. Features of liturgical activity of local priests, the level of their material security, participation in cultural life of parishes and in educational process are considered. In this sense, culture acts as a core element of European expansion in Asia, America and other continents. Cultural expansion is more civilized than the military intervention as a way of capturing the new territories, expansion of spheres of influence. In any case, this method of consideration of culture in theory is possible, since science has the right to doubt that the other is beyond doubt. If the classical conception of culture associated with the realization of the high spiritual needs of people, the modern understanding can be described as an expression of the interests of small ethnic groups, which in concentrated form are reflected in their unique culture. It further enters into the arena of struggle for leadership with the cultures of other ethnic groups. As you know, this fight is brutal, as there can be only one picture of the world, the same laws, rules, traditions, myths and so on. Not the best role was played by such features of national character of many aboriginal people as openness, trustfulness, naivety and curiosity. It disappeared as a culture, though before meeting the European culture, it had been quite effectively answering the call and serving as the basis of the social system. On the other hand, inclusion of different peoples into European culture was the cause of mass migration, which currently is the main issue in European countries. Having adapted to the benefits of civilization, representatives of traditional cultures have become accustomed to shopping centers, Internet, comfortable by European standards of life, and the transformation of consciousness means giving up their own roots, even from their homeland and search for happiness in Europe.

This article analyzes the major periods in Canadian educational policy towards Aboriginal people. With the formation of the Dominion of Canada in 1867 and until the beginning of the 1970s this policy was characterized by forced assimilation of Aboriginal people into Canadian society. The policy of forced assimilation was based on the assumption that Aboriginal people should follow European cultural and social preferences. Aboriginal children were taught in residential schools where they were forcefully converted to Christianity. Students were forbidden to speak their languages or practice their culture. The schools separated children from their parents and grandparents, but because of the strict separation of girls from boys, they also separated sisters from brothers. Lack of care and supervision in the schools led to excessive physical punishment, and physical and emotional abuse. Thus, several generations of children were traumatized by their residential school experience. Moreover, constant underfunding left the schools dependent on student labour. All these factors contributed to high mortality rates, poor health, and low academic achievement. A movement to quit the residential schools system began in the 1970s in response to deep dissatisfaction of Aboriginal people with the conditions and dramatically poor educational outcomes experienced by their children. Ongoing negotiations with both federal and provincial authorities have resulted in rebuilding the education system and establishment of a new legal status of Aboriginal people. They took control of their children’s education, including the ability to decide the language of instruction, design the curriculum, hire teachers, and set school calendars.

Today the preservation of immovable objects of historical and cultural heritage is one of the intensively developing and promising areas of modern museology, however, the methods of preservation of the immovable objects is in it is stages of formation. The creation of collections of the traditional culture of the Shors begins in the 19th century, the museumification of architectural heritage begins only a hundred years later.The architectural heritage of the Shor presents buildings of different types: the traditional buildings, buildings that existed before the spread of the Russian influence, the transitional buildings, and the buildings of the Russian type. The economical buildings are also formed under the influence of the Russian. At museumification the architectural objects were used a various methods of preservation and actualization: the objects were saved in different periods through the translocation, in place, the reconstruction, the flexible museumification, and also was used “like a museum” and “as a museum”. The article discusses the specific use of these methods, identify periods of dominated by this or that method. Real architectural objects of the Shors culture were saved on the basis of only two museums: the historical, cultural and natural museum-preserve “Tomskaya Pisanitsa” and the ecomuseum “Tazgol”. Based on the analysis of the process of museification, the objects identified three major periods of Shor conservation of architectural heritage: the dominance of the method of translocation, conservation the objects in the environment of real existence, including through flexible museumification, and the progression of a method of reconstruction.

The article is dedicated to the children’s opera by M. Lysenko. The composer has a key place in history of this genre. Three operas: “She-goat Deresa” (1888), “Mister Catlike” (1891), “Winter and Spring” (1892) are experience of a system education of opera’s art. It is the first classic children’s opera in history of music. The first opera “She-goat Deresa” is a short comic work written for little children (6-7 years). Lysenko used many folk melodies. A music composition has attributes of a big opera. There are arias-songs, choruses, instrumental introduction etc. Two-three motives in the piano part and we have a musical portrait of any animals. The same bright is the song of She-goat. Lysenko wrote an easy vocal party, which can be sung by children. Its melodies are duplicated in the piano but the composer decided on many creative problems. Second opera is “Mister Catlike.” It is a short comic work too (in four movements). It is a whole opera in miniature. Intonated material in this work is not folk but it is based on elements of Ukraine melodies. Very interesting decisions used in the portraits of main personages: Cat, Fox, Bear, Wolf, Wild Boar and Hare. First and Third movements in the opera have a large plan, Second and Forth are in a common plan. “Animal epos” of Lysenko’s operas is a beginning of this theme in the history of genre. Third opera “Winter and Spring” is some complicated from the trilogy. It is named “Fantastic.” Many children’s voices are in the opera and three grown-up singers too (Froze, Old Snow Men, Winter). Large place in opera have a folk custom.

The article is devoted to analysis of the work of the Kuzbass composers, identifying the problems related to the development of this area of musical culture of the region. The author of this article considers the reasons, which do not contribute to the development of the composer’s creative work in Kuzbass, among which the long absence of the environment in the form of the regional Union of composers, and difficulties with the execution of the works and the lack of professional composition education in Kemerovo region. The author focuses on the works of professional composers who lived and worked in cities of Kemerovo region in the 1990–2000s: Victor Shergov, Marina Aristova, Konstantin Tuev, Sergei Polozov, Helen Latich-Biryukova, Nikolay Biryukov, and Olga Viktorova. Many of them, unfortunately, moved to other regions. In the article, the author draws attention to the vast panorama of amateur composers’ creativity, as opposed to the professional, well developed in Kuzbass. Composers-songwriters on the musical education fall mainly on the performers on Russian folk instruments (G. Golitsyn, A. Fedenev, V. Pipekin, M. Maslov) and choral conductors (A. Lyapin, V. Tolstokulakov), although among them are pianists (A. Alexandrov, I. Bulgakov). The scope of the creative efforts of these composers are mostly associated with their activities as leaders of the amateur orchestras and ensembles of folk instruments or choirs. The author examines the work of amateur composers as objectively existing independent reservoir of musical culture of the industrial region, which according to its socio-cultural and aesthetic importance is not inferior to traditional music or the works of professional composers, although based on a syncretic fusion of elements parallel to the developing systems of folklore and classical music. Summing up, the author identifies a number of specific features and problems that characterize the development processes of the composers of Kuzbass, Siberian industrial region, and hopes to composers of the younger generation and new formation that are working in Kemerovo region.

Internal plan refers to the activity of the brain, the main function of which lies in the development and coordination of intonation and logical connections in the perception and reproduction of musical elements and structures of the external plan, representing musical performance. The primary function of an external plan – the deployment of the musical process. Interaction of the two plans are always carried out in the simultaneity of their interdependence and unity is a type of binary structure, where the vertical and horizontal parameters do not exist separately from each other, but only in unity, are the basis for the birth of a meaningful musical processuality. Such interaction is defined as the functional duality of opposition (DFO), regarded as a universal principle of multi-dimensional structuring that has different forms and types of implementation in Eastern monody system justifies its presence in the vertical as the backbone of its original setting. The peculiarity of the internal activities of the plan is the semantic definition of perceived musical elements and structures. As an “artist” of this essential function of the internal mechanism of the plan appears semantic context, which is formed by the experience of tradition culture of a particular time, society people. We consider some form of implementation of the DFO multidimensionality in vertical and horizontal sections of the example of the classical tradition of oral professional Tajiks and Uzbeks.

The actuality of this article consists of the significance of actor self-opening in the modern theater and poor elaboration of the receptions of actor’s emotional baring. The purpose of article is the refinement of concept “actor self-opening” and development of the self-opening methods in the practice of producers and theatrical teachers. The works of psychologists and theatre researchers about self-opening and bringing-up the feelings are analyzed in the article. Special attention is paid to the searches of producers Grotovsky, Anatoly Vasiliev, and theatrical teacher Yuri Vasiliev. The analysis of the materials, revealing the experience of theatric producers and teachers about actor self-opening makes possible to specify the concept “actor self-opening” and to formulate the prevailing methods of emotional baring. The comprehension of available material leads to the conclusion that the term “actor self-opening” should be understood as the deep baring of actor personal thoughts and feelings under conditions of publicity (conditions of stage action in the presence of large quantity of spectators), and under the conditions of the utterance “strange” (author’s) text also. The argumentation of actor self-opening as the result of special training and disclosing the essence of the methods of emotional baring are conclusions of this article which have practical significance also. The method of concentration of attention and deep sinking into the material, and the method of the descriptive verbalization of sensations also are methods of actor self-opening. Analyzing the current normative legal documents defining the directions, mechanisms and content changes in the training of specialists for the sphere of culture in the context of higher education, the author considers the possibility of search of new approaches to the organization of student government in the modification of forms of leisure, in particular the initiative of the club as a form of organization of joint leisure activities of people united on the principles of interest, initiative and voluntary participation for the solution of socially important problems. Theoretical basis of research are the works by V.V. Tuev on the organization of initiative of the club. The work defines the essence of the concepts “action club” and “student government” and carried out their comparative characteristics. The identification of the similarity of specific features of the organizational structures of the action club and student government, to determine optimal forms of organization of activities of the student government. The main advantage of the initiative of the club is the ability for the development of forms of organizational self-determination of participants of club enterprises: educational creative association of socially active forms of club communication to involve the masses in events and promotions conducted by the club. This thesis allowed the author to explore the features of the implementation of the principles of the club of communication in the activities of the student government, which allowed to conclude that in a real educational process of the University is not always observed dynamics of development of organizational forms of student government. Most often, they can develop in parallel, self-contained, however, the practical significance in the sequence of development of organizational structures of self-government determines the prospects of further search for ways of modeling the content and structure of student government.

The most important challenge currently facing cultural organizations and institutions is to improve the quality of their work. Quality is not only a demanded category in the economy but also a significant problem in other sciences, in particular in pedagogy for socio-cultural activities. The article presents socio-cultural estimate as one of the conditions for ensuring the quality of socio-cultural activities. The author reveals the essence and content of socio-cultural estimate; this concept is mapped to a planning concept. The author defines its characteristics such as linearity, continuity and creativity. The history of the process development is described to determine application possibility for socio-cultural estimate in socio-cultural activity of institutions. The result clarifies that in the historical development process of social and cultural forecasting two scientific approaches were developed: the first approach is characterized by a focus on scientific and technological progress; the second approach is characterized by a focus on person’s self-improvement. Taking into account these approaches, the author defines that the subject of socio-cultural estimate research is the future of the object, and the result of the research is the option of this condition. To confirm this opinion, the author concluded that the indicators of socio-cultural estimate should be correlated with the plan indicators of cultural institution. Generalizing the studied theoretical aspects of socio-cultural estimate the determinants that influence technology forecasting and its reliability were identified. The consideration of these factors gave the possibility to make the assumption that the percentage of socio-cultural estimate reliability can be determined from a comparable measurement of free time, population, standard of living and social stability in the society. According to the forecasting experience the regularity was studied: the smaller the projected object, the more exact estimate can be developed, the easier to make a plan of the organization to achieve a certain quality of social and cultural activities; the process of socio-cultural estimate is described.

Presents one of the approaches to definition of criteria of efficiency of pedagogical support of professional self-determination of adolescents, which together with teachers and parents designing your educational and professional route. To analyze the state of readiness of potential applicants to the choice of a professional career was used the following criteria and indicators: autonomy; the interests and inclinations; self-esteem; value orientation; formation of communicative skills; knowledge about their chosen field of work; experience in the chosen field of activity etc. According to the survey, it was not enough formation of the structure of value orientations for most teenagers, so the level of readiness for training is quite low. We also have three groups of students with special needs, support the formation of professional values. Organization of active professional samples in the sphere of future professional activity for first year students is the cornerstone of professional development. In the 2015/16 academic year, 62 students had the opportunity during the school year to familiarize themselves with the specifics of the professional activities of Leninsk- Kuznetsk Mining College for the professions “Underground Electrician,” “Underground Development of Mineral Deposits.” In the context of work with potential applicants, the following methods of sociocultural activities were focused on pedagogical, educational impact on the audience: verbal (communication, explanation, discussion, etc.), visual (exposure, demonstration, display, informing, etc.), Advisory presenting (informational and advisory presentive illustrative, etc.), artistic effects (theatricality, art, etc.).

The substance of the “open culture” concept is applied to modern Russia in the context of globalization. The critical state of Russian society requires nontrivial approaches to the task of mobilizing the government and society to address pressing socio-economic and existential problems. For the characteristics of an open society, the author uses the representation of European philosophy of the potential infinity: universe, man and society. “Creative” options are proposed for mobilizing, which carried out a retrospective analysis of this strategy in case of the classical historical period of ancient Greece. “National culture” is interpreted by the author in relation to the modern culture of Russia as an elitist, aristocratic genesis. Only in such an embodiment, it is able to respond to the challenges of globalization. This position is based on the thesis that the greatest loss of Russian culture in the XX century, suffered not the elite but in its “grassroots” link, which is defined as the peasant, folk culture, what happened with our powerful southern neighbors, India and China. By following the Eurasians said Russian society “ideocratic” and expressed confidence that the next decade will determine the activity-generation for the national idea itself. The article examines the different methodological approaches to understanding the motivations of modern terrorist motions participants. The special attention is spared to an attempt to consider these problems within the framework of pure psychological approach, related to the searches of new identity in the global world, as it is expounded in the book of F.M. Mokhaddama “From Terrorists Point of View: What They Experience and Why They Come to Destroy.” Acknowledging the necessity for the analysis of sources of terrorism to take into account a psychological constituent, the author considers more important not as much features of perception, but to take in account of the real lines of negative appearance of the modern “civilized” world, which provokes tearing away the representatives of traditional consciousness and way of life. From this standpoint, a more fundamental approach that considers the deepest origins and motivations of terrorism in terms of the confrontation between traditional culture and modern, mostly Western in content, culture, passing, according to some, from industrial to postindustrial stages. However, it is unlikely that such a problem should be considered in an outdated paradigm of monilinia evolution as the ascent from archaic to progressive, which implies the withering away of tradition and suppression of “revolt” against the civilization. The real negative traits of this modern world and its juxtaposition of traditions can be seen as aspects of this crisis. After October revolution of 1917, art life of Russia represented quite a difficult phenomenon. The Altai artists, as well as many representatives of Russian intelligentsia over all the country, have treated revolution as to the exclusive event having huge historical value and opening before them big prospects. They perceived themselves as creators of new art and sought to prove its necessity to new society. Despite Civil war and hunger, they created the Altai art society (1918–1920), held art exhibitions, opened art studio, participated in creation of the first art museum in Altai. Their activity played a big role in development of professional art in Altai in the first years of formation of the Soviet power. They worked much creatively, constantly experimented and looked for new ways in art, seeking to develop the style meeting the requirements of modern times. Today most fully the heritage of artists of the Altai art society is presented in the collection of the State Museum of Art of Altai region (Barnaul). These are 172 pictures acquainting with works of such bright and original artists as A.O. Nikulin, M.I. Kurzin, E.L. Korovay, and V.V. Karev played a big role in activity of society. The article contains an analysis that shows that the industry definition of the humanities concepts of the “world view” and “model of the world” that have a pronounced specificity. But each of the concepts takes into account the model of the relationship of the world with the world view, and the presence of the corresponding sign system. The work of the explication of these concepts that demonstrates their specific character and importance of research in modern science. It is believed that the consideration of these concepts can be divided into abstract, functional and semiotic approach. An abstract functional form involves consideration of the “world picture” concepts on a global scale, applicable to almost any field of culture (language, mentality, worldview, etc.). Impressed with the semiotic approach of the author – the review of the model of the world – through the prism of mythological representations, semantics and symbolism of folklore texts. In conclusion, based on the analysis, the author gives a definition “a model of the world as a concept that includes systematized ideas ethnic group in the world formed at a certain stage of development and inherent to the poetic version.” Thus, the concept of the world model embodies the knowledge about the structure of the Universe on the components, linking this structure. Therefore, the “world model” concept as a construct that a system, special set of elements, together representing the human world, is the most productive for the study of archaic and traditional cultures.

Many elements of traditional culture, one of which is the traditional suit, belong to factors of national identification. From the point of view of a culturological perspective, the suit research from a line item of its semantic and art and esthetic value in adaptation of traditional forms to conditions of the modern globalized world is of special interest. The traditional suit is the distinctive sign of ethnoculture reflecting an originality of national mentality, material and cultural wealth of ethnos, and its interaction with other people. Studying and preserving traditions in a traditional suit promotes preserving national artistic environment and ethnic culture in general. The Khakass are an aboriginal population of Khakassia, which constitute about 12 % of inhabitants of the republic today. Despite relatively small number of carriers, the four territorial dialects are allocated now: Kachinsky, Sagaysky, Kyzyl and Shor. The Khakass traditional suit acts as means of storage and transfer of a difficult complex of information in which are allocated utilitarian, esthetic, sign and other aspects.

Musical art was unable to avoid radical change of aesthetic paradigms. Globalization of the information field, media and telecommunications, availability of the Internet has allowed professional and amateur musicians listen, and analyze as true masterpieces of any era and country many of the base products of popular culture. Currently, publicly available computer programs that allow you to go to a particular website, download a demo, learn to play sounds, and connect them together to create music tracks. The resulting situation, “the music of overproduction” questioned the necessity of the educational process for performers and for composers. The author reasons the statement that private galleries participate in studying, interpretation and preservation of cultural and historical heritage of the region that various forms of activity of galleries pay special attention to formation of idea of the modern fine arts. The author investigates the educational, charitable, publishing and other functions of private Shchetinin dynasty gallery of art in Barnaul, convincingly proving their important social importance. It is emphasized that educational function in activity of this gallery prevails. It finds expression in the organization of the conceptual retroexhibitions considerably supplementing art criticism knowledge with the new facts from history of art life of Altai. The special attention in article is paid to the founder of art dynasty P.A. Shchetinin (1928–2004). The continuity in views of art, his place in modern life of society of representatives of this dynasty is noted that “Farewell” at Liberty Square in Barnaul was especially accurately shown in a reconstruction of a sculpture of P.A. Shchetinin in the form of a monument. It is devoted to the victims of political repressions of the 1930s. Long-term work on the project embodiment, molding and author’s completion of sculptural composition were carried out by A.P. Shchetinin on a nonprofit basis. The bronze monument with a pedestal from red granite has been harmoniously fitted into space of the urban environment, having filled it by historical memory.

The author adheres to the semiotic direction of musical communication and considers a “code” concept. This article describes the phenomenon of code as a necessary condition of musical communication, forming the area of regulatory information of all meaningful senses. The researcher studies a concept of code in a different spheres of knowledge, finds the mechanisms of its functioning, explains a principal semiotic types of codes. The code in musical art is meaning an ideal component of artwork, which belongs to intersubjective space of communication. The author noted the lack of a code in a musical sounding and in a score. The codes are formed at a process of perception, when a recipient begin to endow a meaning to a musical text. The problem of code is considered in connection with the history of musical art, which is related to a problem of communication. The emphasis is placed on the fact that this problem takes a global dimension in the 20th century, when the communication between a composer, his artwork and a recipient are lost. It leads to the incomprehension of musical senses by listener and, as a result, to the loss of the code. The author correlates the following notions: code and sign, code and language, code and cipher. The researcher makes an attempt to classify the codes in musical art in connection with the social and cultural types of communication, in different stages of musical history. In code classification, the author considers participants of a communicative chain: “composer – performer – listener”.

The article describes the experience of using e-learning environment for training the bachelors and masters in Library and Information Activities gained in department of Documentary Communications Technology in Kemerovo State University of Culture. The authors examine the capabilities of university electronic educational environment, built based on the Moodle Learning Management System, according to the requirements of new generation of educational standards. Teachers of the Department of Documentary Communications Technology of Kemerovo State University of Culture were involved in the active use of electronic educational environment for the educational process from the first day of implementation. Over a five-year period, the department advanced from filling e-learning environment with static resources to using various forms of e-learning activities, implemented in Moodle LMS. The paper substantiates the choice of electronic educational environment modules for tasks, prescribed by learning standard: availability of institutional resources; organization of synchronous and asynchronous interactions between participants of the educational process; implementation of various types of training using e-learning; collection and storage of educational performance; formation of an electronic student portfolio on the basis of these results. The author concludes that the experience of the Department of Documentary Communications Technology of Kemerovo State University of Culture allows us to conclude that the electronic educational environment of university based on the Moodle learning management system conforms with the requirements of a new generation of standards.

Comprehensive schools are unilaterally focused on training the graduates for higher educational institutions. Incorrectly chosen profession at a stage of professional orientation leads to change of a type of work further, to decrease in its efficiency or additional training at production that staticizes cultural development of vocational guidance of high school students. The theoretical analysis of the concept “culture of vocational guidance” is carried out, the main structural components are revealed, interrelations between them are presented. In the article, the normative documents staticizing the provisions development of vocational guidance, creation of network of educational institutions, support of system of additional education for occupations of high school students are submitted. The use in development of culture of vocational guidance of potential of network interaction of school, institutions of additional education and production allows to build the effective program of vocational guidance of high school students. The article deals with the analysis of the place and role of screen culture in the sociocultural sphere. The relevance of the article is determined by the increased role of the audio-visual arts, especially cinema, in the formation of space of senses and personality in the cultural and educational environment of Russia. The article reflects the scale of the study, which pays tribute to the “new” but already middle-aged art of cinema. Cinema is interpreted as a social, cultural and pedagogical phenomenon in the context of the dialectical process of unity and struggle of systems whose ideologies are diametrically opposed. With a single vector, cinema is due to update the forms and means of meaning expression in the historical plane. To identify new pedagogical aspects of the regulation of audio and visual culture means of students, the author analyzes the practical results of watching and discussion of films by various authors in the Youth Television Club “Mile Stones” of the Department of Film Arts and Photo Creativity of the Orel State University of Culture. The analysis of the results within the activities of the scientific and creative laboratory of the Department shows that in the context of shallow knowledge of the topic the perception of meanings implied in films is less determined by informative component than by artistic image and technical means. In this regard, the author considers the issue of availability of means of film production in the context of multi-directional and diffuse creation of meanings in the system of modern film production and film distribution. The educational potential of the cinema depends both on meanings implied by the author and the development of equipment in the conditions of various cultural technological thesauruses of the audience. It was difficult to understand for ancient people that these events do not depend on rites by laws of nature, but they considered these events as a direct result of the rites. And that’s why these ceremonies, transforming over time, survived. Even now, at the age of modern technology, during a prolonged drought some villagers often carry out rainmaking ceremonies. There are a lot of facts of the universality of this cults among very diffenerent by origin, geography and culture natives. There are not only form, but also semantic load are the same in this rites, despite to the geographical remoteness of different tribes. These common sacred rituals authors connect with the universality of archetypes worldwide. Adyghe rainmaking ceremonies, as an integral part of traditional culture, were like the guardians of the sacred people code. To identify these codes, it is necessary to reconstruct some of this rites. Despite the fact that many rituals were transformed because of religious preferences, transcendental foundation remained almost unchanged, what was contributed by natives themselves, for whom the rites and rituals were the way of communication, something like a storehouse of cultural codes. This emphasizes the relevance of the study of national cultures throughout the XX and beginning of XXI century, which is defined by the identity of the Montenegrin culture in its direct contact with the Russian national tradition. The focus of the article is focused on the national art of Montenegro and its most significant achievements in the history of the past and present. Conclusions about the features of the Montenegrin folk music. It stresses the importance of traditional culture in Montenegro epic and heroic songs (performed to the accompaniment of the main folk instrument gusle). Historically, these songs had a great motivational power over the population, and psaltery players enjoyed almost as much respect as the best of men. Some typical features of Slavic folklore are identified and interpreted by Russian researcher Asafiev. The author refers to the great writers and poets of the XIX century: Pushkin, Kuprin, Aksakov, who described the mentality and the unique culture of the South Slavs, Montenegrins. The fragments of poetry, prose and epistolary works that most clearly traced typical national features, especially the views and beliefs of Montenegrins, some major historical events. Also reveals the great importance of the Montenegrin ruler and poet Peter Negosh, who played a fundamental role not only in the development of the state, national literature, but also in the establishment of political and cultural ties with Russia. Chanting according to melodic model is the oldest canonic form of the old Russian chanting art. In the znamenny eight-mode system, there are several types of such models: poglasitsa of psalms “Lord, I cry into thee!” poglasitsa of stichera, automelon, prosomion. The article considers chanting stichera according to the melodic model of automelon exemplified by the Sunday service of the third mode at Belokrinits Community (Russian Orthodox Old Believers’ Church) in Novokuznetsk, recorded by the author during the expeditions. Automela is the first stichera to “Lord, I cry into thee!” of all eight tones. The term “automelon” itself in the old Russian music stands for “chanting with an autonomous original melody which can be used with another text of any length”. The author attempted to make a musical notation of the stichera sung at the service and of znameny patterns of automela from the old Russian chant manuscripts. Researches of stichera and their znameny versions helped find out that no sticheron corresponds to the third mode of the service: all the stichera of Vespers were sung for the second mode and stichera at Matins - for the eighth mode. Parishioners of the community under study have got a comprehensive command of chanting according to the automelon sticheron pattern. The patterns themselves, melodies stichera are sung with, recorded in the community do not crucially differ from znameny pattern. At the same time one can prove non-canonic usage of melodic models which signifies that this community old believers’ knowledge of mode chanting is fading away.

The author refers to influential researches in psychology of children art and reveals the specifics of influence of the composer’s personal qualities and their impact on his art. For the first time the article provides a brief analysis of several unpublished before works composed in 1943-1944. These works became known due to studying of the composer’s musical archives. Karamanov composed music for piano through his entire music career. His piano compositions are represented by different genres: miniatures, plays, large-scale sonatas, polyphonic cycles and concertos. Early miniatures compiled in cycles occupy a special place in Karamanov’s oeuvre. They are the starting points of his path as a composer. Despite the fact that these works are hard to perform for young musicians, they have become a part of piano repertoire. Many plays of the young composer are often heard not only at schools, but also at international and Russian competitions and numerous concerts. Research of the early piano pieces provides both the introduction into the scientific use new musical material and an opportunity to trace in details the formation of the composer’s style, who subsequently became the most influential symphonist of the second half of the 20 century. The article represents comparative analysis of artistic traditions of costumes of the Bashkirs and Siberian peoples. Historical science proved the existence of elements of the ancient South Siberian layer characteristic for culture of the Tungus, Samoyedic, Ugric Peoples of Siberia in Bashkir garment complex. However, ethnographic approach to the material does not fully solve the problems of artistic and imaginative unity of traditions, forms, compositional structure of garments. At the same time, the performed analysis shows that a close interconnection with the “Siberian” culture is traced in the peculiarities of stylistic solutions, in the constructive base, semantics of certain objects constituting the originality and artistic expression of the Bashkir costume. It is also important that the aforesaid interconnection is expressed not only in certain details or objects, but has a more fundamental base in indicating its formation in common historical and cultural environment. It is mainly expressed in the similarity of decorative forms of certain costume elements, such as for instance, headpiece plait adornments, breast plates, footwear and overclothes. The resemblance of artistic design of garments of ethnoses under consideration is also based on the use of materials similar in plastic and decorative properties: beads, leather, felt, cloth, metal pendants. However, the elucidation of evident kinship in costume traditions of Bashkir and Siberian peoples is essential not so much in certain details as in more fundamental principles which originated and developed in common historical and cultural environment. The similarity of regularities in the organization of artistic form of costumes under analysis enables us to conduct further investigations so as to find the roots and origins of artistic traditions of Bashkir garments, applying directly to the history and culture of the peoples of the North.

New social and economic conditions prevailing in our country require graduates’ personal development and self-competence, their skills to carry out qualitatively their professional activities. The article renders, on the example of the quality management system in the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture, on the experience of its implementation in the student environment. The progressive potential of the quality management system of the educational institution suggests to “expand” in the direction of teaching students the basics of its theory and practice. In recent years, the Institute of Information and Library Technologies of Kemerovo State Institute of Culture organized training of students to discipline “Systems of quality management in the library”. This fact testifies the passing of quality management system of an educational institution into a new qualitative state, expanding the scope of its professional use. The author makes a conclusion about the universal character of the quality management system as a general cultural phenomenon, able to optimize the performance of any organization. We propose to organize the learning process in different specialties and educational directions for the successful implementation of the ideology of the quality management system for students. To achieve the purpose, it is necessary to involve members of the University QMS staff into teaching process, as well as the staff of the departments related to management, economics, etc. It is necessary to develop a model training program, which must contain a theoretical part common to all educational profiles and practical content, reflecting the specificity of the future professional activity.
