However, the concrete mechanism of this impact on the person is sufficiently not explained that doesn't allow to perform productively prevention and fight against these pathological states is destructive influencing on behavior and acts of people and larger social groups.

At the current stage of Ukraine’s economic development, legal regulation of waste management is one of the most important tasks facing the society and the state. At the government level it is recognized that the effect of the sphere’s drawbacks is a negative impact of the wastes on people’s health and the environment, insufficient economic incentives intended to stimulate the collection and treatment of an appalling amount of waste, lack of an effective administrative system in the sphere, and last but not the least, gaps and shortcomings existing in the waste laws of Ukraine. he EU legislation takes a complex approach to solve the problem of accumulating waste, its import and export, inspection and control of waste movement within the European Union territory. The problem is addressed through the relevant strategies, market directives, regulations for waste transportation procedures, rules of the European Parliament and the EU on waste transportation, and other regulatory acts. The waste laws of Ukraine should be radically reformed and adapted to the standards specified in the above-mentioned EU regulatory framework. Setting priorities and determining the reform and adaptation vectors would facilitate implementation of projects in the sphere, formation of incentives, financial resources and institutional potential for harmonization of the national environmental regulatory acts with the EU legislation in the short- and long-term prospects. The aim of the alignment should not be a direct transfer of the EU standards into the national waste laws, but rather their step-by-step adaptation to the key normative and legal requirements of the European Union with a parallel strengthening of the institutional basis, necessary to implement the appropriate reforms of waste management regulation.

The paper presents effectiveness of sanatorium-and-spa care for patients with arthropathies to the extent of its standard with addition of naftalan application and darsonvalization under conditions of the specialized sanatorium institution. The role and the place of the standard of sanatorium-and-spa care for patients with arthropathies are shown. Significant difference in frequency of use of some methods of intervention (radon baths, sinusoidal modulated current, ultrasound, low-frequency laser radiation, naftalan application, etc.) is revealed in groups of patients with positive and negative treatment outcomes.

It helps to communicate and interact effectively and positively with diverse individuals, cultural practice and beliefs in a diverse society. The feature of multiculturalism is to address issues of diversity and it flourishes democracy, tolerance,social justice, Peace and mutual respect between peoples and cultures. The moral teachings, beliefs, practices, manners and moreover the humanistic approach of culture contained in the teachings of diverse cultural practices are the essential factors for the establishment of universal peace and harmony. Multiculturalism in the twenty-first century is a positive approach which aims to create a better world based on unity in diversity, peace, harmony and co-operation. It has a definite role to build a bridge between the world cultures in twenty-first century.

The preoccupation of many historians with the imaginary malevolent magic of the so called witches has obscured the fact that some people in the early modern period really tried to use magic. Many of them did so for economic reasons. Among other things, they hoped to receive money directly from the spirit world. This text presents some of the results of my latest research concerning economic magic and its relation to witch beliefs. I will address three sets of magical beliefs and practices: treasure hunting, the belief in money puppets and in money-bringing dragons. My sources are early modern (ca. 1500- 1800) German criminal trials as well as learned texts by theologians, lawyers and scientists.

Any aesthetic procedure in which the skin is penetrated or modified is potentially painful, but individual patients vary enormously in how they perceive the sensation and how much it bothers them. It is well known that anxiety and fear play a huge role in elective as well as unplanned medical procedures. This is particularly true for facial aesthetic treatments; our sense of self is intimately related to our facial appearance and expectations of what may go wrong can play a major role in pain perception. I would say that patients attach more psychological pain to not having what they want corrected, enhanced or fixed, than to the physical pain that they fear may be caused by the procedure. Managing pain is just as much about managing expectations and perceptions as it is about using a pharmacological approach to limit the nerve impulses generated by pain receptors. Today’s aesthetic professionals must create a clinic environment and an experience that minimises the fear of pain, as well as dealing effectively with any physical pain that ensues.

And the new does not replace the old so the costs of diagnostics, surgery, radiotherapy and general medical care will continue to escalate. Controlling costs and yet providing the best care possible has become a major challenge for those involved in both purchasing and providing care. How much patients will be willing to pay for their care directly could drive a new honesty in communicating the real benefits of what are often perceived as breakthrough, miracle cures. As treatment does become more successful the number of people living with cancer will rise. Currently the prevalence of cancer in the UK is 1.4m but this will rise to over 3m by 2030 driven by increase in its incidence and better long term survival. The existence of a predominantly elderly population living with cancer together with multiple co-morbidities will have huge implications for all health-care systems. There are only four ways to pay for cancer care - tax, insurance, cash or charity and in democracies politician that need to get the public vote are striving to use their cancer policies as a sign of goodwill.

Sanatorium help in many countries, especially in Russia and in the republics of the former Soviet Union is the most important form of disease-prevention care, the effectiveness of which is proved by observations of many scientists. In 2004, the Russian Federation approved packages of standards of sanatorium help for patients with different pathologies. These standards specify the list, frequency of appointment and frequency of application, about 50 methods of medical effects at 3-week sanatorium treatment. In accordance with the concept of developing standards they contain optimal set of medical measures for the treatment of a concrete disease. At the same time none of standards give individual indications for application of this or that medical method of influence and in the standard are given one nosological form, averaged indicators of frequency representation, which ranges from 0 to 100%. Therefore there is a question: what is the sensitivity (the probability of the method prescription of medical effects, if indicated) and specificity (probability of method prescription of medical effects in the absence of evidence) the use of the medical methods of action included in the standards of sanatorium help? The goal in this paper is to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the medical methods of influence with the sanatorium help according to standards of the Russian Federation.

All partners created a technological network based on receiving and transmitting digital satellite technologies, and today they can produce, broadcast and receive educational contents, via Internet and on satellite television. A technological network that is supported by a network of people, of intelligences that can interconnect and share their knowledge and jointly developed a virtual area for higher education and for the circulation of knowledge in the Euro-Mediterranean, capable of giving rise to UNINETTUNO University. The development of Med Net’U from project to system, with the birth of UNINETTUNO University, was supported by the Governments of the partner countries and was made effective by the conclusion of academic agreements with several universities of the Arab World. We jointly succeeded in developing UNINETTUNO and make it rapidly become one great university in which prestigious lecturers of important European and Mediterranean Universities deliver their courses in several languages in various faculties. Jointly we succeed in creating the first e-learning portal (www.uninettunouniversity.net) of the world where teaching and learning are carried out in 5 languages: Italian, French, English, Arabic and Greek. UNINETTUNO students come from 104 different countries of the world; with no more space and time limits, they can attend the university and can choose to study in the language they prefer. In the different learning environments of the Didactic Cyberspace, students can get digitised video-lectures linked in a multimedia and hypertextual way to books, texts, selected bibliographical and website references and virtual laboratories. In the virtual classroom the professors of each subject interact with the students being constantly supported in their learning progress. Through forums and chats intelligences get interconnected and knowledge is exchanged.

There are many orthopedic, rheumatologic and neurological pathologies associated with impaired function of peripheral nerves. In practice the treatment of such pathologies traditional surgical and therapeutic methods are insufficient effective. The method of restoring sensory and motor functions of the central nervous system and peripheral nerves is an alternative to treatment after failure of the latter. The result is achieved using the claimed method is the high efficacy of the therapy in case of defeat to 90% of nerve synapses, allowing to achieve a complete cure of the patient and reduce the time of rehabilitation, as well as the possibility of outpatient treatment and absence of contraindications.

Today the attention of scientists and politicians is focused upon the global financial and economic crisis. But there are also other crises ecological, military-political, spiritual-and-moral, and in a number of the countries there is also a demographic crisis. All types of crises, cataclysms and the conflicts are disharmony in society. Some of them gain sharper lines (defaults, cataclysms, big wars). All of them are interconnected, but meanwhile there is a search of ways of exit only from the financial crisis. Many people try to find recipes of getting out of the crises without having defined their sources – they treat only symptoms, instead of illness genesis. The dominating technocratic approach leads away from the truth. And the road to it lies through the harmonious thinking (consciousness) recognizing the domination of spirituality over corporeity, and not vice versa that would have been the deadlock. At that, purity of thoughts defines righteousness of actions. In the harmoniously developed consciousness of an individual there is individualism and altruism at the same time.
