Tulipa julia is an ornamental important plant and a wide geographical distribution eastern of Turkey. However, due to habitat loss and illegal over collection in the wild it is included as a vulnerable species. The development of a protocol for Tulipa julia bulblet propagation in vitro may be useful for reintroducing plants in their natural habitats, and for germplasm conservation. A difficult problem encountered during the establishment of an in vitro culture is explants disinfection, especially when working with endangered species, from which explant availability is restricted. Thus, the establishment of a sterilization protocol is crucial for the initiation and success of bulblets micropropagation system for Tulipa julia. This study was to evaluate the effect of sodium hypochlorite concentrations and treatments time in bulbs surface disinfection, tissue sensitivity and development. Sodium hypochlorite solutions (2 or 3 %, 20 or 25 min; 4 or 5 %, 30 or 35 min) were effective in eliminating bulbs superficial contaminants. There was significant difference among the effective sterilization sodium hypochlorite concentrations and treatments time in relation to surface sterilization bulbs of Tulipa julia. Also, no damage to bulbs tissues were observed. Surface sterilization of bulbs, for initiation of an in vitro culture, required higher concentrations of sodium hypochlorite (4 or 5 % NaCl, 30 or 35 min) for controlling fungal and yeast contamination, compared to bulbs sterilization.

With plant samples related to Veronica anagolloides Guss. which was previously identified as Veronica michauxii Lam. by Öztürk and mentioned it’s name in his doctoral theises and in a publication. Samples published by M.A.Fischer as Veronica anagolloides Guss. subsp. heureka M.A. Fischer, due to reasons stated in this article it needs to be raised to species level named V. heureka (M.A. Fischer ex) A.Öztürk & Ö.Kılıç. In an article cited samples were given abortive named as V. heureka by Öztürk & Fischer. Because of the impossibilities in 1977, Öztürk identified Veronica anagolloides as Veronica michauxii due to more morphological similarities. M.A. Fischer in his paper which published in 1981, because of the large number of transitional forms in terms of morphological characters and at the time of his impossibilities he had to classify at subpecies level named Veronica anagolloides subsp. heureka. In later years, karyological evidences were obtained and publications were made to support this classification. Their details are mentioned in this article text.

In this paper the research results of a stockpile of medicinal plants goldenrod on the ridge of Ivanovo and Southernаltai Tarbagatai. Along with the resource indicators is presented in the article phytocenological characterization, comparative floristic, and morphometric analysis of populations of Solidago virgaurea L. with the indication of the area and coordinates. Determined yields, operating reserves of the air-dry raw materials with the definition of possible annual blanks.

In this study, Veronica beccabunga subsp. muscosa is one of the subspecies of Veronica beccabunga, which is understood from more detailed studies that some population (F 1001) samples collected and included to – subsp. muscosa in 2000 year; then as a result of more detailed studies came out that it should not be include in -subsp. muscosa, it should be classified as a separate and new species called Veronica edremitense A.Öztürk & Ö.Kılıç. As a matter of fact, when the population sample (F 1001) was examined more detailed, and when compared with Veronica beccabunga subspecies, there are significant morphological and caryological differences. Because of the reasons described in this article we would like to call our population sample as a newspecies called “V. edremitense A.Öztürk & Ö.Kılıç” which was collected from Edremit county of Van.

The human body needs a regular supply of energy from the external environment. The energy sources are food substances that enter the body with food. In addition, the food contains vitamins, minerals, water, organic acids, tannins and other components. Not being sources of energy, they are necessary for metabolic processes in the body. This paper provides a statistical analysis and overview of the complex characteristics of the species composition of non-traditional food plants of natural ecosystems of East Kazakhstan. In result of studies it turned out that 189 types of unconventional food plants are members of the 119 genera and 42 families. On average, one rod has a 1.5 (1-2) species in the same family as of 4.4 (4-5).

The relevance of the work lies in the fact that its results will be used to compile the large-scale maps of the vegetation of the Sochi national park. There were carried out the field studies of plantations in the forest fund of Krasnopolyanskaya, Kachinskogo, Kudepsta and Matsesta sub-districts of SNP to study the patterns of altitudinal and spatial distribution of forest types of the Sochi national park in the period of 2014. There was chosen the method of geobotanical profiling while conducting the research.

The article for the selection and genetic evaluation analyzes 8 species of wild fruit and berry plants: Padus avium Mill., Crataegus chlorocarpa Lenne & C. Koch, Viburnum opulus L., Crataegus sanguineа Pall., Sorbus sibirica Hedl, Lonicera altaica Pall., Ribes atropurpureum C.A., Ribes rubrum L. Based on the analysis and calculation of metric indicators of economic important traits such as number of flowers in hand, size and shape of the fruit, the length of the brush yields, selected forms of interest to introduction tests.

The article examines the process, whether the activated water has a positive effect on plant cells. There is discussed the fact that in the treatment of seeds of plants by activated water, they develop better. The article analyzes the use of activated water in agriculture. In conclusion, it is noted that the influence of water on all living things in nature cannot be overstated, it follows that structured water should be used to improve crop yields and in livestock.

In the article the analysis of specific structure and degree of prospects of wild relatives of cultural plants of Mangistau region’s flora is conducted. The list of wild relatives of cultural plants of Mangystau includes 118 species from 62 genes and 21 families. The greatest specific species is revealed for the peninsula of Mangyshlak, the smallest is for the peninsula Buzachi. The greatest number of species represented in Chenopodiaceae, Fabaceae, Nitrariaceae and Poaceae families. The analysis of priority of wild relatives of cultural plants allowed distributing plants as follows: to the 1st group – 25 species; to the 2nd group – 4 species; to the 3rd group – 8 species; to the 4th group – 19 species; to the 5th group – 62 species.
