Despite the numerous efforts of being completely paperless, there are still some places and works in which the use of paper is needed. The regulated use of paper should be our first step towards going paperless. In this paper, we implement an IoT based printing process in which the user can print the documents through their phone selecting the nearest printer hub given the GPS(1) and the printer hub in return gives the user the estimated arrival time of the user when the print work is done. The android application eases the use of the interface from which the actions are carried on.

This paper is related to the application of finite element analysis to designing a plastic product particular a rim for unitary wheel used with Ground Service Support Equipment such as trolleys, container dollies, luggage trailers. The workwas carried out paying special attention to the optimization of the wheel structural architecture for load bearing capability. Modeling and simulation work was carried out by considering thermoplastic material namely polyamide 6 filled with 30% short glass fibers. The selection of plastic material was based on several factors, including mechanical strength under static and dynamic load, resistance to prolonged action of elevated temperatures, cost and ability to be molded with conventional techniques. A plastic model of the steel rim was developed based on general plastic product design standards. The model was simulated in order to identify areas of possible potential failure. After that model was optimized by changing and rearranging its structural elements for further reduction of stresses in the identified potential failure areas. Final modification of the proposed model was carried out for product mold ability to ensure its manufacture with conventional molding technique. The finite element analysis showed that the stresses generated in the optimized model components were well below the actual yield stress of the plastic. The destructive load ofthe plastic wheel model estimated under static radial load condition with finite element analysis agreed well with the results obtained by physical testing the molded prototype samples under the same loading conditions. This fact affirmed suitability of the Solidwork design and Simulation packages for plastic part design. The application of this techniques lead to the reduction of prolonged product implementation period and significant cost saving due to reduced reproduction number of prototypes to bemade for evaluation of the product suitability, thereby making design successful and efficient.

The aim of the study was to identify the value of the thinking Style for brain dominance and the impact of its relationship in making the project management and job preference of the employees of the Arab Potash Company, which were (111) employees chosen for this study. The SPSS (version 16) was used to analyze the data, using different statistical methods (percentages, frequencies, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, chi-square value based on the fit of goodness, ttest, and Pearson correlation coefficient). The main results analysis showed that the prevalence of single dominance among employees was (62.2%), with (28.8%) in type (A) followed by double dominance (32.4%) in the styles of (AB) and, finally the triple dominance (5.4%) specifically in the (ABC) pattern. The statistical analysis showed that the significant differences between the power preference of thinking styles and type of job in type (A), while the absence of differences in the rest of the styles, and the existence of statistically significant differences at the same level type (A) according to the work department. Also a negative correlation between some types of thinking styles pairs that were not favored in the type of such a company. Finally, the results revealed that the possibility of increasing and decreasing the negative correlation between thinking styles in stressful work situations under high pressure. In the light of these results, some important points were recommended for motivating the employees of the potash company to identify the subject of thinking styles to know their strengths and weaknesses in work and the impact on dealing with the rest of the employees and its reflection on the productivity of the company and reducing the conflicts among them, through training courses in order to encourage each employee to increase the use of a quarter of his/her brain in accordance with. Also its required function, also recommended that the Herrmann scale may be used as a tool for recruiting and setting up teams work from the principle of "the right man in the right place" and to renew the HBDI database for employees for each period.

Due to industrialization and developmental activities nowadays water resources are polluted severely. Among the polluting industries, match industries are playing a major role. Sivakasi is a town situated in Tamil Nadu, India is having a number of match industries. For various processes during the manufacturing of matchsticks harmful chemicals are used. The wastewater generated from the match industries is creating problems due to contamination of groundwater and river water nearby Sivakasi. An attempt was made to treat the wastewater using bacterial species viz., Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas putida. Water samples were collected from wells of Sivakasi and analyzed for the parameters viz., BOD, COD, Nitrates, Phosphates, and Sulphates and it was found that all the parameters were exceeding the permissible limit. The water samples were inoculated with a pure culture of Bacillus subtilis and mixed cultures of Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas putida at different pH conditions (5.5, 6.5 and 7.5). The results revealed that at pH 7.5 the removal efficiency of the pollutants was higher. Also when the mixed microbial consortium was used the efficiency was more when compared with the inoculation of single bacterial culture. At pH 7.5 with mixed culture the percent removal of various pollutants viz., BOD, COD, Phosphate, Nitrate, and Sulphate was 80, 73, 68, 66 and 62 respectively,

In whole world, cane molasses base distilleries are included under one of the polluting industries in concern to water pollution. After fermentation remains waste from bottom of distillation columns, termed stillage. This highly aqueous residue containing organic soluble is considered a troublesome and potentially polluting waste due to its extremely high BOD and COD values. The typical odour emanating from distilleries is a major nuisance. The color of the spent wash interferes with its oxygenation and self purification. The treatment of distillery wastes is a priority area for environmental sustenance and its quality. Due to the large volumes of effluents and presence of certain recalcitrant compounds the treatment of this stream is rather challenging by conventional methods. Therefore to supplement the existing treatments, a number of studies encompassing physic-chemical and biological treatments have been conducted. This review presents an account of the problem, biological treatment methods and role of enzymes in decolorizing waste water.

Binder is an important ingredient in pigment coating as it is used to impart adhesion, gloss and flexibility to the dried film as well as binding the pigment particles together. Series of emulsion methacrylic copolymers having different composition ratios of methylacrylicacid (MAA) with butylacrylate (BuA), methylmethacrylate (MMA), styrene, poly vinyl alcohol (P.V.A) were prepared and characterized. The preparation was carried out in industrial scale in batch reactor at pH 7, using potassium persulphate(KPS) and Sodium metabisulfate (Na2S2O5) as an initiators, Dodecyl Benzene Sulphonic acid SDBA as an emulsifier,and sodium dodecyl sulfonic acid SDBAS as co-emulsifier in presence of tri metylchlorosilane(TMCS) at 70oC for 4 hours. The chemical structures of the prepared binders were characterized by FTIR and 1HNMRspectra. The various physic-chemical properties ofemulsion methacrylic copolymers including density, viscosity, chemical resistance and volatile matter were studied. The resultsshow thatemulsion acrylic copolymers are readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as (Toluene, Acetone, Benzene, xylene, DMF, DMSO, Methanol, and ethanol) without being in need for heating.The obtained emulsion copolymers had high solid content and were used in emulsion paints as binder. The experimental results show that these polymers supply very useful properties such as high anticorrosive. The binder film are evaluated by measuring their chemical resistance. Thermal analysis of emulsion copolymers are conducted by using thermo Gravimetric analysis (TGA) and thermal differential calorimeter (DSC) techniques, which reveals that theemulsion acrylic polymers possess thermal stability.

Surface design is the coloring, patterning, structuring, and transformation of fabric, fiber, and other materials. Printing is a common technique used to create colored patterns on fabric. Many designs or finishes are applied to fabric surface by methods such as dyeing or printing. These methods generally hold the use of chemical finish, mechanical finish, or both. Most of these finishes create a change in the texture of the surface and hand of the fabric and in sequence the behaviour of fabric properties. The scope in this research is to determine the impact of different printing techniques on changing the textile properties behavior by seamed and non-seamed fabrics. Three printing methods were applied, the traditional methods batik printing and tie-dying printing and the third method is the digital printing. Chosen fabrics were sewn with two different stitch types in three levels of stitch lengths. The properties investigated were tensile strength and elongation, seam pucker, bending stiffness, dimensional stability and colour fastness. Results were statically analyzed and discussed. They confirmed the tight effect of the different printing methods on changing the properties under the study.
