This paper presents the results of evaluation of possible biophysical methods and approaches for registering of various non-ionizing radiation (NIR) wave types of the human body in the electromagnetic range after the influence of device ABIEM (Akszjonovics, 2006). Many types of NIR (electromagnetic waves, infrared radiation, thermo radiation, bioluminescence) emitted from the human body were reviewed. In particular the results on of spontaneous biophoton emission and delayed luminescence from the human body are submitted along with infrared thermography (IRT) results. It was shown that 1 cm2 of skin generally emits 85 photones for 1s. The intensity of biophoton emission ranges from 10−19 to 10−16 W/cm2 (approx. 1–1000 photons.cm-2.s-1). The specific photon emission from part of the human thumb was detected as a spectrum of various colors after influence of ABIEM with the method of Color coronal spectral analysis (Ignatov, 2007) on a device with an electrode made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET hostafan) with applied electric voltage 15 kV, electric impulse duration 10 s, and electric current frequency 15 kHz. It was established that photons corresponding to a red color emission of visible electromagnetic spectrum have energy at 1.82 еV. The orange color of visible electromagnetic spectrum has energy at 2.05, yellow – 2.14, blue-green (cyan) – 2.43, blue – 2.64, and violet – 3.03 eV. The reliable result measurement norm was at E ≥ 2.53 eV, while the spectral range of the emission was within 380–495 nm and 570–750 nm±5 nm. Also were estimated some important physical characteristics (energy of hydrogen bonds, wetting angle, surface tension) of water by the methods of non-equilibrium energy (NES) and differential non-equilibrium energy (DNES) spectrum of water (Antonov, 1990; Ignatov, 1998), that helps understand in general how electromagnetic radiation interacts with water and establish the structural characteristics of water.

Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) is the most frequently used Over-The-Counter (OTC) antipyretic and analgesic drug, worldwide. The metabolism of Acetaminophen is mediated by phase II reactions (UDP-glucuronosyl transferases (UGT)-mediated glucuronidation and sulfation) and phase I oxidative reactions mediated by Cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes including CYP2E1 and CYP1A2. The drugs inducing CYP2E1 and CYP1A2 enzymes and the drugs inhibiting UDP-glucuronosyl transferases (UGTs) may increase the exposure of NAPQI resulting in elevated risk of hepatotoxicity. The risk of acetaminophen-associated hepatotoxicity might be elevated due to concomitant use of certain medications including Isoniazid, Antiepileptic drugs, Tyrosine kinase inhibitors and Alcohol. Acetaminophen may increase the international normalized ratio (INR) by potentiating the anticoagulant effect of warfarin. To prevent possible adverse drug interactions, the prescribers and pharmacists must discuss with their patients about the use of OTC Acetaminophen.

The paper describes the results of a pilot study aimed at the investigation of the influence of catholyte (electrolyzed alkaline water) on the development of tumors. In the experiments solid Graffi tumor was transplanted subcutaneously in the back of the experimental group of Golden Syrian hamsters. Tumor appearance and growth were registered every day. Blood parameters were measured on the 10th and 25th day after transplantation and blood smears were prepared. Hamsters treated with catholyte developed tumor with some delay compared to untreated (drinking tap water) ones. Also, the tumor growth was slow and the survival rate was increased. The analysis of blood parameters and cell morphology has shown significant differences in the value of some hematometric parameters and morphological changes of some blood cells. The obtained results suggest about the beneficial influence of catholyte and the possible use of it as a supporting non-invasive therapy of cancer diseases.

Shungite is amorphous, uncrystallized, fullerene analogous carbon containing natural mineral. Shungite carbon is a fossilized organic material of sea bottom Precambrian sediments of high level of carbonization containing the fullerene-like regular structures. Shungite got its name after the village of Shunga in Karelia (Russian Federation), located on the shore of Onezhskoe Lake, where is located Zazhoginsky deposit. The total shungite reserves of Zazhoginsky deposit amount to approximately 35 million tons. The plant production capacity for the mining and processing of shungite makes up 200 thousand tons of shungite per year. We study the properties of shungite for purification of water and detoxification of human body. In the report the authors show the properties for purification of water. There are basic data for detoxification of human body with water solution of shungite.

Sulfonylureas are useful to treat type 2 diabetes patients. Apart from sulfonylureas, the patients with diabetes may use many other medications to treat various concomitant illnesses such as high blood pressure, higher lipids, infections, pain, etc. The probability of interactions increases with the number of drugs used concomitantly. Most of the adverse drug interactions of sulfonylureas result in hypoglycemia, which can be life threatening. Sulfonylureas are primarily metabolized by CYP2C9 enzyme, which paves the way for most of their pharmacokinetic drug interactions. Drugs inhibiting CYP2C9 enzyme are expected to elevate the plasma concentrations of sulfonylureas and subsequent hypoglycemic complications. Some drugs potentiate the hypoglycemic activity of sulfonylureas pharmacodynamically too. The prescribers and pharmacists must be aware of the adverse drug interactions of sulfonylureas to prevent hypoglycemic episodes.

A two stage model of the physicochemical processes at the electrolysis of pure water is proposed. The presence of nascent hydrogen in the catholyte and nascent oxygen in the anolyte during the first stage explains the antioxidant properties of the catholyte and the strong biocidal action of the anolyte. In the second stage the nascent hydrogen and oxygen are combined into hydrogen and oxygen molecules, respectively. The comparison between their average energies with the average energy of the control sample of water shows an increase in the average energy of the catholyte and decrease in the average energy of the anolyte. This indicates that some changes in the structure of the activated water have occurred. There are results with method of Differential Non-equilibrium Water Spectrum (DNES) for alteration of energy of hydrogen bonds in catholyte and anolyte according control sample of water.

We studied the mathematical model of interaction with water VITA intense of LavaVitae company (Austria). In this report are submitted data about the interaction of VITA intense with water, obtained by non-equilibrium (NES) and differential-equilibrium energy spectrum (DNES) of water. The average energy (∆EH... O) of hydrogen Н…O-bonds among individual molecules H2O after treatment of VITA intense with water measured by NES- and DNES-methods is ∆E=-0.0136±0.0011 eV for VITA intense. This result suggests the restructuring of ∆EH... O values among H2O molecules with a statistically reliable increase of local extremums in DNES-spectra. The research is performed for VITA intense, with study of pH and oxidative reduction potential (ORP). There is review of the effects of the chemical composition of VITA intense – anti-inflammatory, antioxidant etc. With methods NES we show the following effects – relaxing effect of nervous system, anti-inflammatory and inhibition of tumor cells. As results of these effects VITA intense has anti aging influence. The base of this influence is anti-inflammatory effect. This article deals with the review of the basic biophysical-biochemical and biological processes underlying the VITA intense. The author is studying their physical-chemical properties and biophysical and biological effects on human organism. Additionally, by using IR, NES, and DNES methods are investigated various samples of water from Bulgarian water springs: the melt water from Glacier Rosenlaui, Swiss Alps, as well as the human blood serum of people with excellent health and cancer patients between 50 and 70 years old. Other experiments were performed on a 1 % (v/v) solution of VITA intense in deionized water. As an estimation factor in NES and DNES was measured the values of the average energy of hydrogen bonds (∆EH...O) among H2O molecules in water samples, as well as a local extremums in the NES and DNES-spectra of various samples of water and the human blood serum at E = -0.1387 eV and λ = 8.95 μm. For a group of people in critical condition of life and patients with malignant tumors the greatest values of local extremums in IR-, DNES-spectra were shifted to lower energies relative to the control healthy group. Further we applied this method for calculation of percent distribution of H2O molecules in all studied water samples according to energies of hydrogen bonds ranged from (-0.08 to -0.1387 eV). It was shown that mountain water is among the most important factors for human longevity and human health. The variety of ions (K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Zn2+, SO42-, Cl-, HCO3-, CO32-), the chemical-physical parameters (pH, electroconductivity) and the decreased content of deuterium in studied water samples renders beneficial effects of these types of water on human health. We are applying the conclusions for the effects of mountain water on human health and longevity as base for the conclusion on the effects of VITA intense. The base is also the results with methods NES and DNES on human serum and expected effects from VITA intense. VITA intense has negative oxidative reduction potential (ORP) and this is special property of this product for antioxidant effects again free radicals.

The aim of the study was to establish objective parameters of the field of laser and incoherent radiation of different spectral ranges (UV, visible, IR) as a non-invasive optical method of interaction with different samples of biological tissues and fluids of patients to determine the dynamics of peritonitis and choosing the best personal treatment. The objects of study were selected venous blood plasma of children and rats, histological sections of rat intestine in the postoperative period. As diagnostic methods have been used ultraviolet spectrometry samples of blood plasma in the liquid state, infrared spectroscopy middle range (2.5–25 microns) dry residue of plasma polarization and laser diagnostic technique of thin histological sections of biological tissues.

Sand flies are characterized by their inability to fly continuously and spread over a wide range, as they rarely spread more than one kilometer away from their breeding areas. It was found that wind does not affect the intensity of its spread, but on the contrary, these insects are ineffective when the wind speed is more than one kilometer per second and resort to their homes when the wind blows. Leishmaniasis has been known for a long time and is still one of the ten most important infectious diseases in the world, in addition to being a public health problem in many countries of Africa, South America, Central and South West Asia and Indian subcontinent. It is also one of diseases endemic in Iraq and parasite has caused a healthy problem to be underestimated in Southern Iraq, especially in Dhi Qar Governorate. Leishmaniasis is a main careless tropical disease related with high attribution of disability and death. This illness is linked with destitution, which can be reflected in housing housing quality, especially in rural territory. This sickness is transported amidst mammalian hosts through bites of blood sucking vector sand fly. So, Lack of realization among local societies also decrease the efficiency of reservoir host and vector control schemes. Until now parasites transition to mammalian host has never been immediately determined, so this disease has a great impact to public good health of Individuals. The form of protozoan parasite is closely related to pathogenicity. Therefore, many instant actions must done in order to excess scientific information on this disease and higher achievement, of the patients and observation programmers need be carried out by raise realization around the sickness between common public and stringent sharing of local society in surveillance and safeguard actions.

Background: The purpose of this study was to prospectively evaluate and compare the outcome of accelerated radiotherapy versus conventional chemoradiation in patients of head and neck cancers. Methods: The study was conducted on patients with squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck region. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients were treated with radical external beam radiotherapy (EBRT). Group I was given accelerated radiotherapy with dose of 66 Gy/33 fractions/5.3weeks/6 fractions per week and Group II was given conventional radiotherapy with dose of 66 Gy/33 fractions/6.3weeks/ 5 fractions per week along with cisplatin weekly. The response of primary tumor and lymph node were assessed. Acute radiation reactions were assessed on weekly basis. All the patients were re-examined monthly after the completion of treatment and analysed till six months of follow up. Results: Patients were followed for six months after the completion of treatment. At the end of treatment, grade II & grade III acute skin reactions were seen in 53.3% of the patients in group I and 43.3% of the patients in group II. In group I, 63.3% of the patients experienced severe acute mucosal reactions, in comparison to 46.7% in group II. Overall the complete response was seen in 63.3% (19/30) of the patients in group I and in 73.3% (22/30) of the patients in group II. Conclusion: The arm with conventional treatment with weekly cisplatin has shown slightly better outcomes in terms of disease control and toxicity profile in comparison to the arm with accelerated radiotherapy.

Pure primary NGCO (non-gestational choriocarcinoma of ovary) is a type of ovarian germ cell tumor with elevated human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), posing diagnostic challenges in the patients of reproductive age group. Clinically and histopathologically, NGCO is indistinguishable from GCO. The both are differentiated on the basis of DNA polymorphism analysis and presence of mRNA for BMG (β2-microglobulin) in NGCO. Diagnostic criteria set by Saito et al helps to make a diagnosis of NGCO. It is possible to cure NGCO while preserving fertility, which is an important consideration as most are young age group patients. As these are rare tumors, recommendations for treatment of primary nongestational choriocarcinomas are not available. The principles of surgical management of NGCO are similar to the ovarian epithelial tumors. GCO is treated by methotrexate based chemotherapy, but some studies reported that NGCO is resistant to this chemotherapy, and it requires more aggressive combination chemotherapy as later has bad prognosis as compared to GCO. Various chemotherapy regimens are BEP, EMA/CO, EMA/EP, VAC etc. The serial quantitative measurement of urinary or serum β-hCG is essential for diagnosis, monitoring efficacy of the treatment, and follow-up of the patients. Role of radiation therapy is limited as a palliative setting in metastatic NGCO. In this article, we have tried to conclude the diagnostic methods and best possible treatment protocol.
