An experiment was conducted in a private orchard at Abbasyia , Najaf Governorate during the growing seasons of 2014 on fig cv. Aswod Diala , Kadota and Waziri at 5 years old trees to investigate the effect of length branches of ( 10-15 cm , 20-35 cm ,40-60 cm and more than 6o cm ) that one year old on percentage of bud breaks, number and length of new shoots , leaf aria , number and depth of lobates , petiole length , number of fruits , length , diameter , shape , firmness and Ostiolum diameter of fruits and total yield / shoot for the four branches of three Fig cultivars of second crop . Results showed that the best result at length of branches 40-60 cm on percentage of bud breaks, number and length of new shoots , leaf aria , number and depht of lobates , petiole length , number of fruits , length , diameter , shape , firmness and Ostiolum diameter of fruits and total yield / shoot for all studied . The cultivar Kadota gave the highest rate of vegetative and fruiting characteristics and yield .

The results of electromagnetic situation research near GSM and TETRA mobile base station antenna are given. The maximum size of sanitary protection zone is estimated and vertical energy flux density distribution is represented visually. It is shown that it is safe to place low-back-lobe aerial on the rooftop regardless the transmitter power. Physical interpretation of the results is given.

For the first time, the study of morphology and biology of six species of the genus Juglans L .: J. regia L., J. mandshurica Maxim., J. sieboldiana Maxim., J.cinerea L., J. nigra L., J. rupestris Engelm was conducted in the conditions of the Belgorod region. Rhythm of seasonal development, drought tolerance and yields were identified. Leaf trichomes of six species of the genus Juglans L. were described. A preparation method of leaf epidermis of the genus Juglans L was modified. New data on quantitative and qualitative indicators of fruits was observed including: morpho-structural components, productivity and tolerance to unfavorable conditions in the Belgorod region. Morpho-anatomical structure of the leaves was studied by using the SEM Quanta 200 3D, the Carl Zeiss microscope.

The present study aimed to investigate the impact of organizational spirituality on productivity of teachers of high schools of Nikshahr town in academic year 2014-2015. The present study is applied and is descriptive-correlation based on nature of study and study purpose. The study population is including all teachers of high schools of Nikshahr as 164 people. 113 people are selected by random sampling as a ratio of study population. Milliman survey of Workplace spirituality is used to evaluate work place spirituality and its reliability is 0.90 and Hersey and Goldsmith standard questionnaire is used to evaluate human resources and its reliability is 0.86. The data are analyzed at inferential statistics (correlation coefficient and multi-variate regression tests). The findings of study show that there is a positive and significant association between organizational spirituality and productivity of teachers. There is a positive and significant association between organizational spirituality and productivity of human resources components (except adjustment). Among the human resources productivity components, feedback and perception components with organizational spirituality have multiple correlation. Thus, increasing feedback and perception can predict the increase of organizational spirituality among the teachers.

We investigate the spontaneous, ATP- and L-glutamate - induced changes in intracellular calcium in neurons and astrocytes CA3 field of rat hippocampus acute slices. This study allowed us to estimate the dependence of Ca2+ activity of cells of the CA3 field of rats hippocampus of late (R21-25) neonatal period of postnatal ontogenesis from the metabolic state of the cells associated with an increase in the release of neurotransmitters into the synaptic cleft. Furthermore, it was shown that in a mature network, where the spontaneous Ca2+ activity of the cells is low while maintaining excitation of the neural network, adding evoked excitatory neurotransmitters causing strict synchronization of cell activity

The main difference between Islamic banking is the prohibition of the surplus, which is defined as any unjustified capital gains when the loan or when the bargain. Most Islamic scholars refers to the concept of "surplus" is not only high, usurious, but any interest on loans. Interest of bankers to innovative traditional banks financial products is due not only need to attract customers with moral principles negatively related to speculative transactions, but also the fact that Islamic financial institutions significantly affected by the impact of the global financial crisis of 2007-2009. The aim of the study is to explore the concept of "interest" in the Islamic banking system and the role of interest in the sustainable functioning of Islamic banks in the global financial markets during the crisis. To achieve this goal have been resolved following tasks: formulated the basic concept of "interest"; an analysis of the credit process in Islamic and conventional banking systems; to analyze the effect of interest on the functioning of the economy. Based on the analysis of traffic patterns of cash in the traditional and Islamic banking systems identified the main factors of influence on the economy. Analysis of the Islamic finance model showed projects focus on the growth of production and improve the welfare of the population through interest-free financing trade. This orientation of Islamic banking products is a factor of stability of the banking system and the economy as a whole. It is concluded that the use of interest in the economy leads, firstly, to an unreasonable increase in the money supply, which in turn provokes a rise in inflation, and secondly, to increase the interest burden on the consumers of the goods, thereby reducing their consumption, third contributes to stagnation of production.

The article deals with the current state of municipal solid waste (MSW) management in Ukraine. Most of the waste buried in landfills and dumps. MSW landfills in the country occupy a large area, the leachate which produced in landfills can contaminate groundwater and harmful gases cause air pollution and contribute to the greenhouse effect. The gas which is formed during the decomposition of organic waste in landfills called landfill gas whose main ingredient is methane. Methane is formed in four steps and requires certain conditions, such as temperature, composition of the waste, etc. An experiment on the formation of biogas from four waste mixtures was conducted and dependences of landfill gas production on waste composition were built. Also an experiment of landfill gas production with a mixture of proteins and fats mixture in different temperature regimes with and without stirring the mixture was conducted.

In the domains of Astronomy and Geodesy, and according to the different hypotheses dependent on distribution of atmospheric condition , many versions of the computing formulae of Atmospheric refraction have been published, and a lot of versions of Atmospheric refraction tables have also come out to get important and more accurate information. In this study a new mathematical model has been proposed to calculate the Astronomic refraction by using least square fitting method and other mathematical approximations with utilizing data that was collected by the weather link station accompanying Kufa Astronomical Observatory, during the interval (1\5\2011 to 30\4\2012). In this model Astronomic refraction in (arc sec ), when: P in (hPa) , T in (0C ) , and the altitude in (deg); also is applicable for altitude range 10 - 300 (zenith angle from 600 to 900) in comparison with the previous Astronomic refraction models. Thus, the Astronomic refraction value (in arc sec) is presented at weather conditions (T0=100C, P0=1005(hpa)) and zenith angles (600,650,700,750,800,850 ) equals to (100.985, 122.504, 154.770, 208.515, 315.891, 637.192) respectively. The results obtained from the study have been compared with other researchers which was in perfect agreement .

The first type performs the procedure of attack detection. The second - provides resistance to the attack. The experimental data obtained as a result of the system work are also presented.

In scientific work for the first time in this work were systematic investigated the basic skill characteristics of different wares of handicraft branches of Ganja and its significance in research of artistic craftsmanship traditions. This scientific article deals with the historic-ethnographical importance of development of the main traditional branches of craftsmanship of Ganja. In Ganja internal conditions of craft department reflected a sort of employment of his owner. In these departments worked the master and his pupils. In a life of the population of Ganja the role of craft products was great. These products were widely used inhabitants of Ganja they decorated conditions of living rooms, with them filled up a dowry of brides. The dresses created in local departments, suits and caps were an integral part of an attire of town-dwellers. It also has been bundled to accruing arrival to Ganja representatives of other nationalities. Therefore changes in clothes were more marked. Only female ornaments as an attire constituent part left the national feature. At this time there were fashionable ornaments on a breast, hands, set pins and on clothes. The increase in quantity of handicraftsmen in a city directly has been bundled to population growth.

The paper posits that a development bank is able to be an effective tool of intelligent government intervention aimed at providing economic growth and mitigating market failures.

In the article the principle of occurrence of irradiation field on the eye retina in the process of objects perception is examined. The factors that influence on its occurrence are analysed. Based on the analysis, the main parameters of the field, such as the size of concentration and dissipation, the attenuation degree, the diameter dependence of the eye pupil from the brightness, the influence of diffuse reflectance material on the field size, was calculated.
