Natural gas driven vehicles (NGV) is common in Bangladesh first introduced around 1995. Be that as it may, situation has changed because of minimal effort of CNG as fuel. The legislature additionally empowered the change of private vehicles by making a few strategy activities as Bangladesh has natural gas reserve, cost economy, low emission. Now passenger automobile like car, bus, and even agricultural vehicles are utilizing CNG as fuel. Faulty cylinders or other CNG-related kits in NGV not only endanger the lives of the passengers of the vehicles, but also of others somehow remaining close to the accident spots. The safety aspect of CNG runs vehicles are beyond regular and strict monitoring, even out of consideration. The objective of this paper is to find out the present scenario of the NGV of Bangladesh and safety perspective in compare to the CNG safety act of Bangladesh. For this purpose, other CNG safety standard of first world country along with exporter country is under consideration. This paper reviews the options available to policy makers in their efforts to reduce the causalities associated with NGV transport. It provides a summary of the categories of negative impacts targeted together with the specific policy initiatives available. The actions for regulation taken by policy makers and foregoing challenges are also underlined. To fight against the challenges a framework has proposed.

A case study about the adoption of the dynamic compaction technique with high energy in a sandy hydraulic fill is presented. The feasibility of this technique to ensure the stability of the caisson workshop and to minimize the risk of liquefaction during manufacture. This Article is interested to establish diagnostic of dynamic compaction test, basing on the results of SPT tests and quality control as well as the details of work of compaction and the properties of filling materials. A theory of soil response to a high-energy impact during dynamic compaction is proposed.

The Algerian seismic design regulations RPA 99 - Version 2003 are a set of design and calculation rules that require their good interpretation for a proper application. However, it has been found that these rules are not always applied in a satisfactory way. This paper presents clarifications regarding some provisions that may raise interpretation issues, as well as modification proposals of some provisions for future revision. This paper focuses also on some misconceptions in the application of these rules.

Curvature Ductility of High Strength Concrete Beams

The ductility of reinforced concrete beams is very important, because it is the property that allows structures to dissipate energy under seismic loading, consequently, the brittle fractures of reinforced concrete structures can avoided. In the modern construction of reinforced concrete structures, the high-strength concrete (HSC) is widely used because of its benefits provided, such as the mechanical and durable properties. But the increasing of the concrete strength can negatively influence the ductility of reinforced beam sections, for this reason, the study of the local ductility of high-strength concrete beams is required. This paper present a numerical parametric study about the influence of different parameters on the curvature ductility of high strength concrete beams as the concrete strength, the yield strength of steel and the ratio of tension and compression reinforcements. In the end, a formula to predict the curvature ductility of HSC beams is proposed. This formula is compared with the Eurocode 2 numerical results and other numerical and experimental results.
