This article aims to reflect on the theoretical foundations of the study of emotions involved in meaningful learning. Investigating the theoretical foundations implies taking a journey in other decades about emotions in the teaching-learning process. The information is presented in four sections, which are intended to provide an approach and generate reflection on the study. Finally, knowing and working from emotional education can contribute, not only to developing research on emotions in the educational field,but could also help institutions to develop programs to support teachers in the difficult task of educating, highlighting the teaching task. The research article maintains the purpose of specifying the relationship between territorial environmental governance and the illegal economy of drug trafficking in the VRAEM in Peru. Political marketing means a compendium of psychological, technological and communicational strategies with which partisan and related organizations intend to create interaction with the electoral public in order to establish bridges of identification, interpretation and respective communication to achieve the success of a proposal. , option or formula which is considered in the Ecuadorian sociopolitical framework, the general objective is to analyze the Ecuadorian political marketing in its theoretical and legal implications, for which an investigation of a documentary nature, of exploratory level, is presented, with a method analytical deductive, the data collection technique is presented and the file as an instrument, counting among the sources with previous specialized productions, antecedents,qualified studies along with others that allow to sustain the object of investigation, the attributes of the object of knowledge Through a documentary analysis, it is concluded that Ecuadorian political marketing becomes a recurring practice of the theoretical epistemic foundations produced by the academy of sciences, serving in practice to generate assertive communication as long as the pertinent normative foundations are available to sustain the ideal development of this activity.

Avocado is a pre-Hispanic crop that is called wild because of its reproduction on the banks of water sources, the type of climate and soil have generated a wide range of varieties. The municipality of Comonfort in the state of Guanajuato has a history of avocado cultivation, because it is surrounded by a river and two streams. For 2019, a group of producers joined with the intention of establishing themselves as a business entity with appropriate mechanisms for managing their resources and thus making the efforts of the human resources available in the group more efficient. Therefore, it was necessary to detect with a diagnosis, the administrative capacities of opportunity on which they already work empirically, which respond effectively to the idea of the future development they seek to achieve and with that, generate an X-ray of the traits present and absent in the group, through a correlational descriptive study. For the research, a personalized instrument was developed applying organizational diagnostic tools, taking as independent variables the areas of strategic planning and age, gender and antiquity in avocado cultivation as moderating variables. The results showed that the areas of strategic planning present in the group are strategic objectives, generic strategies, tactical planning, strategic plan and implementation. However, the other areas showed weakness or are not included in their current work attempts. Inferring that, by not having a defined strategic vision, there is no clarity of direction for the work they do. However, by defining objectives and strategies, you have the ability to work together. With the results, they can reinforce weak areas so that in the near future they can develop strategic planning and thus start operations as a new organization
