Systematization of qualitative evaluation: a vision from the basic level teachers

The study of different school realities and the readjustment of research methodologies in the subject of evaluation have long gained strength as a perspective that seeks to improve the teaching practice, its effects and results, in learning and its evaluation. Therefore, this research was intended to generate a systematization of qualitative evaluation from the perspective of teachers at the basic level. Methodologically the qualitative approach was followed, with the ethnographic method. Three teachers of the basic level were selected as key informants. In addition, the participant observation and in-depth interview were used as techniques. For the analysis, categorization, structuring and triangulation were applied. Regarding the findings, the divorce between the new evaluation paradigms and the old quantitative and instrumentalist ways of learning and the students ́ knowledge could be revealed. Finally, the findings revealed that implementation of the new Diseño Curricular del Sistema Educativo Bolivariano is an educational policies interpretation in orden to respond to the political-social model. In conclusion, to understand that the evaluation in this design is conceived in an integral way and varies according to its educational level. Therefore, Inicial y Primaria Bolivariana will be qualitative according to the advances and achievements.
