The article deals with the studies of factors and conditions that define enterprise innovative activity. It is distinguished factors that influence the orientation on innovation of a company and factors that influence the innovation ability. It is noted an interdependence between innovative ability, orientation and activity. The article is also dedicated to analyses of influence specific industry characteristics and inner view of enterprise. It is discussed the influence of such factors as knowledge base, the organizational learning mechanisms, an external openness and the structure of innovative connections on the company opportunities to innovate. It is tried to focus on the impact of the environment on enterprise capabilities.

The current state of the industry of Ukraine are considered at the article. The author determined that the stabilization of the situation and further development of the industry need first of all cessation of hostilities. It is necessary to implement effective measures to combat corruption, the development of consistent, constructive and concerted action on the formation of institutions guaranteeing stability, predictability and transparency of the market rules and procedures that minimize the impact of shadow factors, and implementation of professional privatization and limitation of monopoly at the markets, forming a transparent, competitive business environment, the introduction of new energy saving technologies. These measures will help attract investment, increase production and improve enterprise profitability.

It was established a system of environmental safety factors of the production process of exports wood products that was based on the concept of environmental security of forest enterprises. The classification of these factors at various stages of the production process was made. An analysis of environmental safety factors on the environment in the course of forest enterprises export was done.

Actuality of project approach as innovations in organization of regional educational management (REM) is determined. It is well-proven that knowledge is a basic specific resource of economy of knowledge. Decision of the problem questions, related to the knowledge management can come true on the basis of project approach that must become foundation of forming innovative REM. Results of research of its development in activity of public, state and enterprise structures of the Ivano-Frankivsk area are presented. It is well-proven that creative intellectual resource can become the qualitatively new basis of forming REM. Certainly, that a collaboration between state and parastatal structures in the system of education is conducted rather on principles of parallel coexistence, than on the basis of mutual partnership and mutual help. The analysis of research results showed that territorial organization of the REM system must take into account both interests of development of territory and all subjects that will realize educational services at the market, so the spectrum of the functions realized by it must be filled up and renovate.
