The world financial crisis in 2008-2009 brings a lot of problems for economic enterprises, but the most injured branch was construction industry. The main reason for that was growing troubles with mortgage credits, which in fact were closed for wide access. Considering that building industry and especially housing construction is one of the main economic engines we should analyze what are the main reasons of stagnation on mortgage lending market, which is the key source of financial capital for housing construction. We found that main problems are systemic and could be solve only with wide activity of the state institutions.
The article examines the benefits of agricultural system introduction in organic farming. There has been conducted the analysis of legal documents of Ukraine and some other countries that regulate organic production relations. There have been discovered the rules of state encouragement of environmentally-friendly product manufacturers that can be adapted to the economic and legal terrains of Ukraine. There has been highlighted a mediated sector of organic products promotion in Ukraine, namely the introduction of a simplified certification system, information and advisory services.
The main purpose of the paper is to develop the ideas of procyclical leverage behavior and reverse of the normal demand for assets emphasized by Adrian and Shin (2008). We analyze nonlinear interrelations between credit frictions, banks’ balance sheets, leverage, and assets prices in the structure of reinforcing and balancing feedback loops. Also we develop an Adrian and Shin’s interesting hypothesis of about fundamental changes of the microeconomic foundations of demand curve in conditions of lending expanding.
The article deals with the impact of internationalization on high-tech clusters functioning and determination of the impact on the international dimension of macro factors of intercluster cooperation. The features of cluster internationalization strategy of cluster based on technology transfer strategy. Proposed in this paper a methodology for clusters strategic planning based on in-depth understanding of the features of clusters as economic ecosystems.
The article deals with analysis of the impact of education level on the competitiveness of older workers in the labor market of Ukraine.It has been noted that there is a direct correlation between duration of education and probability to continue professional activity in older age. The results of the survey «Older men and women in Ukraine: quality of life and social well-being» have proved that more favorable conditions of employment and higher wages help to attract elderly people with high level of education to the economically active population. Today in Ukraine, as in the most developed countries, changes in age-specific profiles of labor occur by reducing the proportion of younger and middle-aged people Therefore the implementation of lifelong learning programs in Ukraine should start with promotion of their measures among the people of older, pre-retirement and retirement employment age.
