Internal communications strategy influences and determines the way employees behave, observe, and maintain good vibes in their respective workplaces. No company should allow the occurrence of inefficient communication between their workers and the management bodies, otherwise, it is doomed for failure. What happens inside organizations in terms of administering good communication channels, affects their business success equally so as to what happens outside them when public relations staff brings forth all the successful results to the society at large. Internal communication is very often neglected, which only shows the immaturity and lack of knowledge or incompetence of the leading figures in an organization about effective communication. This paper deals with the efficient execution of internal communication and its importance for the successful ranking and positioning of any business, whether it be small or big. First, it examines the main prerequisites for success such as trust and connecting with the employees and their establishment in big and small businesses as well, because small organizations find it easier to implement good internal communications than the big ones. Second, the paper explores higher education organizations and their ways to achieve excellent results through the positive impact of running good internal communication to the satisfaction of their employees, management bodies, and their wider community. The paper also argues that the essential preconditions of the organization’s good positioning are mutual trust, stemming from the efficient internal communication strategy implementation, and the creation of a good business climate. Labour market as a catalyst and a sieve distinguishes good from bad, recognizes good social interrelating competencies focusing on perceiving identities and favorable working contexts. Third, the paper deals with the working place language knowledge which facilitates human resources management enable efficient implementation of the internal communication strategy and provides for the efficient running of the organization. Conclusions are that the successful implementation of the all above said will consequently result in a good positioning and high ranking of the organization on the volatile labour market.

This paper presents a critical review of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change in the light of legal and political aspects. There is also an analysis of the effects of the Paris Agreement,as an important international agreement in the context of international legal regulation of the consequences of climate change and the obligations of states, and the new socio-political relations they establish. The paper also contains an overview of reactions to the Paris Agreement by analysts and experts in international climate law. The well-known fact that climate change affects human rights and how a country can be held responsible for the international consequences of climate change resulting from activities under that country's jurisdiction has been re-examined. It has also been shown that human rights are a common denominator in the approach to climate change and the legal solutions that apply to it. In the end, the paper presents the impact of international law on the responsibility of states to cooperate in devising adequate international action, in relation to the current environmental crisis, caused by climate change.

This review paper offers a definition and explanation of the self-care concept as one of the basic ways of developing and nurturing professional and personal capacities and maintaining healthy boundaries between the professional and personal life of helpers. The paper also emphasizes the ethical components of self-care as an imperative for helpers to take care of their own mental and physical health. Challenges for the development and maintenance of skills and conditions for the sustainability of self-care in the helping professions are described and analyzed from the perspective of personal responsibility and the institution’s obligation to ensure healthy working conditions and professional growth and development. Introduction to the self-care concept and comparative analysis is presented through the presentation of various, mostly foreign studies that have monitored the effects of self-care on the overall health of helpers and their professional effects. The paper also describes the adverse consequences of the lack of self-care skills and activities that encourage it. It also emphasizes the negative effects on the health of the helpers and their work potential. In conclusion, guidelines are defined for the development and maintenance of the helper's self-care, important both for his satisfaction in personal life and especially in professional success and self-actualization.

The aim of this study was to determine the factor structure of Chen and Starost’s self-descriptive scale of intercultural sensitivity. The applied scale was based on the self-assessments of 24attitudes with a five-point Likert scale. A group examination was performed on 621 students in the final grades of primary school. Factor analysis isolated five factors that include students’ intercultural sensitivity: interaction enjoyment, interaction confidence, interaction attentiveness, respect of cultural differences, and interactive engagement. The scale is solidly represented by the main components that explain the variance with 49.18% of the examined phenomenon. The reliability coefficient of the scale on our sample is acceptable and amounts to α=0.820. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin sample adequacy index had an index value of K=0.85, and the Bartlett sphericity test was statistically significant χ2=3684,968;df=276; p <.000. The analysis of results showed the need for further improvement of the scale, and the research certainly represents a modest standardization to the validation of the intercultural sensitivity scale, and we point out the applicability and usefulness of Chen and Starost intercultural sensitivity scale on different samples.

The paper presents the relevant assumptions for the successful implementation of inclusive education with special reference to the role of teaching assistants. In the extremely demanding role of teachers in the complex concept of inclusive education, it is necessary to include an assistant. This is one of the key prerequisites for quality inclusion, both in early and preschool education institutions and in school. Faced with the challenges of inclusive upbringing and education, teachers in overcrowded classrooms can not implement inclusion well without assistants. However, it is common not to have quality communication between teachers and assistants, parents, and professional associates. In this paper, we will explore how parents, as significant participants in successful inclusion, are satisfied with the participation of teaching assistants, which are the reasons for satisfaction or dissatisfaction, what they consider positive in introducing assistants, and what they would change. This research covers a small number of respondents, which makes it difficult to draw general conclusions. Despite that, we emphasize that the competence profile of the assistant in inclusion is not yet legally established, so any research on this topic can have a significant contribution to its implementation.

Linguistic relativism originally comes from anthropology and linguistics. However, most of the interpretations of linguistic relativism has come a long way considering the beginning of the 20th century – when it was established. One of the reasons for that lies in its interdisciplinary potential. In various arts, we find many applications of the philosophy of linguistic relativism. In this paper, we write about the application of the Sapir–Whorf hypothesis in the American movie Arrival (2016) and the novel from Bosnian writer EnesKarić named Boje višnje (2016).

This paper has started from the fact that contextual analysis of song lyrics underlines that the meaning in lyrics is never completely clear, and its functional value and peculiarities are emphasized. This fact is based on insight into the relevant scientific and theoretical sources. The aim of this research was to establish the peculiarities and differences between sevdalinka and turbo-folk genres through a comparative analysis of sevdalinka lyrics and songs written in the spirit of sevdalinka, and turbo-folk songs lyrics. The research started from the assumption that the features of sevdalinka and turbo-folk music as musical genres are very different. The research methods used were the method of theoretical analysis and the method of content analysis, and the dataset consisted of 8 representative sevdalinka songs and songs based on the model of sevdalinka, and 8 turbo-folk songs, which were analyzed for conclusions. The results of the research showed how sevdalinka and turbo-folk songs promote different values. It was concluded that the positive values promoted by sevdalinka songs should be used to a greater extent for educational purposes.

The aim of the study was to test two assumptions about the lateralization of the processing of emotional facial expressions: the assumption of right hemisphere dominance and the valence assumption and to examine the influence of gender of the presented stimulus (chimera) and depression as an emotional state of participants. The sample consisted of 83 female students, with an average age of 20 years. Participants solved the Task of Recognizing Emotional Facial Expressions on a computer and then completed the DASS-21, Depression subscale. The results of the study partially confirmed the assumption of valence for the dependent variable - the accuracy of the response. Participants were recognizing more accurately the emotion of sadness than happiness when it is presented on the left side of the face, which is consistent with the valence hypothesis, according to which the right hemisphere is responsible for recognizing negative emotions. However, when it comes to the right side of the face, participants were equally accurately recognizing the emotion of sadness and happiness, which is not consistent with the valence hypothesis. The main effect of the gender of the chimera was statistically significant for the accuracy of the response, the recognition accuracy was higher for the male chimeras compared to the female. A statistically significant negative correlation was obtained between the various sides of the face (left and right) with the achieved result on the depression subscale for the dependent variable - reaction time. The higher the score on the depressive subscale, the slower (longer) is reaction time to the presented chimera, both on the left and on the right.

This paper presents the results of a preliminary study, which utilizes a hashtag-based approach and mixed-method procedures to describe the nexus between commemoration practices and visual social media. It mainly focuses on Instagram hashtags for the Day of the Republic of Srpska, a disputed and controversial public holiday celebrated on the 9th of January in the Republic of Srpska, to track how commemoration practices related to national memories are shaped through the process of digital (re)mediation.

Referring to a newly formed word that accommodates the usage of a language at a particular time, the term neologism presents a relatively recent or isolated term, word, or phrase that may undergo the process of entering everyday usage, but that has not been fully accepted into language. They appear to be strongly influenced by changes in society, especially in culture and technology, and recently by rapid advancements in internet-based communication. However, due to their significant use, they seem to be widely and quickly accepted in social networking sites around the globe (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp). These social networking sites have had a significant impact on everyone nowadays as they improve and speed up communication, foster relationships and also boost business ventures. The hypothesis of this paper states that neologisms created by different morphological processes are excessively used in internet-based communication, for which purpose the examples from the four most popular social networks have been extracted and compared. The results of the analysis have shown an extremely high percentage of the usage of neologisms in social networking sites.

Countability is a universal lexical category that provides a binary division of nouns into countable and uncountable nouns or is also called count and mass nouns. Usually, count nouns refer to things or objectswhich can be individuated and thus counted, while mass nouns refer to substances or stuff such as water,wine, blood, or mud for which it is less easy to identify what and how to count. This cognitive divisionleaves abstract nouns out. Abstract nouns neither refer to things or objects nor to substances or stuff. Onthe contrary, the reference of abstract nouns is rather heterogeneous comprising different kinds of nounssuch as processes, states, events, measure and time terms, and alike. The aim of this paper is to presentthe challenges abstract nouns pose for theories of countability, and to reflect on possibilities toincorporate abstract nouns in contemporary theories of countability. The research discussed in this papercircles around English abstract nouns but we will also discuss the application of certain semanticphenomena onto Bosnian nouns.
