Mobile Ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of mobile nodes that are communicate with each other in the absence of centralized administration and fixed infrastructure. In MANET each node having a routing capability but their mobility speed are different and due to mobile behaviour it is difficult to find out the location of mobile nodes. Due to mobility the routing procedure will affected then the multipath routing protocols are one of best option to reduce the problem of mobility but in multipath routing protocol are phases the problem of flooding.

Native American Indians are usually only given a voice in intellectual dialogues when they are needed to validate non-Indian representations of Indians or when their own works reflect or enhance popular concepts of native people. Popular Native American writers and artists have brought some valid issues to light, but remain largely superficial and self-centred in their approach. Writings about the Native American experience should reflect the roots of Native American history, culture and society and both past and present struggles with white America. The role of Indians, themselves, in the storytelling of Indian America is as much a matter of "jurisdiction" as is anything else in Indian Country: economics, the law, control of resources, property rights. It goes without saying that it reflects their struggle with the colonial experience of connected histories.

Sign Language Recognition is one of the most growing fields of research today. Many new techniques have been developed recently in these fields. Here in this paper, we have proposed a system using Eigen value weighted Euclidean distance as a classification technique for recognition of various Sign Languages of India. The system comprises of four parts: Skin Filtering, Hand Cropping, Feature Extraction and Classification. 24 signs were considered in this paper, each having 10 samples, thus a total of 240 images was considered for which recognition rate obtained was 97%.

India became independent on 15 August 1947.Though, after Independence we achieved tremendous success in many fields but still much is needed to be done in order to become a developed nation. Statistics betrays that after Independence our growth rate has increased from 3% to 9 % .But, still we are facing problems like poverty, illiteracy, unemployment etc. Besides; a major chunk of population living in villages (72%) is still backward. Though the government is spending million of rupees in the name of rural development, but still it’s not getting the desired results. Among many reasons, one of the foremost reason is the communication gap between government devised policies and common masses as people largely remain ignorant regarding them.

Abortion plays a significant role in reproductive life of the women in which direct or indirectly affect to maternal mortality and disability.Study was conducted to assess the socio-demographic factors related with abortion under Comprehensive Abortion Care & Post Abortion Care (CAC/PAC) services in six districts of Lumbini Zone of Nepal. Hospital based cross sectional study was undertaken among the reproductive age group (15-49 years) who had received CAC/PAC services under the abortion law of Nepal.
