The present paper sought to analyze, based on the Hyman Minsky hypothesis of financial Fragility, how the five largest financial conglomerates of Brazil behaved in the management of their equity structure between 2007 and 2016. For that, data from the Central Bank of Brazil were used. As a method of analysis, we use indicators that measure the degree of leverage and composition of the assets of financial institutions. It was verified that in periods of economic activity expansion, such as the period observed in the Brazilian economy between 2006 and 2013, the five largest financial conglomerates were exposed to higher risks (due to the improvement in entrepreneurs' expectations and the need to increase the participation of the market), consequently increasing their asset structure with lower liquidity and, consequently, higher income. In times of economic slowdown and great uncertainty about the behavior of macroeconomic indicators, as occurred in the Brazilian economy, in the period from 2014 to 2016, financial institutions expanded operations that had greater margin of safety, increasing the composition of their asset structures greater liquidity. The results founds agreed with the theoretical base used.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of the school community regarding the profile of the principal/manager from the reality of democratic management, emphasizing first some descriptive points, allowing a conceptualization on the theme management and its relations, with the intuition to highlight their social and capitalist conditioning, in the service of the proposed authoritarian objectives. Subsequently, the research presented a qualitative exploratory approach, based on the application of a questionnaire to check the causes of the problem. The results highlighted the understanding that the school community has about the role of the principal/manager within the system within it, but this process is not fully implemented or consolidated, causing confusion with the principal/manager's profile in the educational environment. However, the participation of the school community in the implementation of democratic management plays a role of extreme relevance and importance, as pointed out by the research, even, it is often overlooked by the school group, which still today describes the principal/manager as an authoritarian leader, with some skills that can emphasize knowing how to listen and the ability to dialogue, especially encouraging school participation in school context.

Technological evolution has brought many changes to society's daily life, especially in relation to commerce. More demanding consumer behavior has forced organizations to act more proactively, making them increasingly responsible for customer engagement. The general objective of this paper was to analyze the main reasons for consumer complaints on the Reclame Aqui digital platform regarding the process of buying electronics during 2017-2018. The chosen research form was the descriptive with collection of data directly on the ReclameAqui portal. Information extracted from complaints determined the outlook for sales in the virtual environment, and malfunction was the main complaint, a large number of unresolved complaints also occurred, and customers showed a negative assessment of the lack of proactivity of the sales companies in the process of troubleshooting.

This article analyzes the financial health of Brazilian airports of the 2nd round of concession with the Fleuriet model. In this round were granted the airports of Guarulhos, Viracopos and Brasilia. The Fleuriet model has sectioned the current assets and liabilities accounts of the traditional balance sheet into erratic assets, cyclical assets, erratic liabilities and cyclical liabilities. Its main indicators were working capital, working capital requirements and cash balance. It is inferred that the three airports had poor financial health between 2013 and 2017. The concession rate had a significant weight in the cyclical liabilities of the airports, impacting the treasury balance. The results presented here may serve to improve regulatory practice.
