There have been studied the modern tools and mechanisms of CAP regulation, identified the positions of different European organizations concerning future changes and found out the driving forces of further CAP transformation.
In the article there have been studied the technologies of creation and measurement of country’s brand power. There was proved that the existing approach to formation of the international rating of countries’ brands needs methodological and organizational updating. There were suggested the priority-driven directions of positive image creation of Ukraine and formation of the brandawareness in the format of global index determination of the national brand.
In the article there was outlined the role of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the formation of a new approach to the companies’ activity assessment in the Ukrainian business environment. There has been given qualitative and quantitative analysis, determined the principle developments of the present period of formation, establishment and development of the domestic CSR model in Ukraine. There was made an evolutional research analysis in the sphere of CSR in Ukraine and laid out the results of the author’s research of domestic business practice of CSR which allow to specify the main tendencies of its development and application in the formation of the framework constituent structure of the national CSR model.
There were studied theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and efficient implementation of corporate investment strategies in the global business environment. There was made an analysis of transnational factor of the global economy establishment and revealed the nature of the global investment market, its subject identification as well as structural and functional segmentation, determined progressive and regressive properties. There has been made the identification of the update investment strategies of oil-and-gas TNC in the paradigm of the global management.
Baesd on the analisis of theoretical approaches to strategic changes of the company’s behavior, forecasting scenarios and forms of global financial crisis development, comparative features of diagnostics of the types of management system and its problems, there were developed theoretical and methodical approaches to formation and change of strategic benchmarks of anti-crisis development of consulting companies depending on the recession scenario.
In the article there was considered the appropriateness of optimal combining of Ukraine’s economy transparency and policy of economic protectionism for the purpose of its national interest’s defense. There were offered the actions concerning the improvement of foreign economic activity of Ukraine, analyzed the influence factors on the up-grade of the structure of domestic export and systematized the tasks which should be solved by the government in the integration process of Ukraine to the world economy. There have been developed the conceptual principles of integration implementation vector of Ukraine and determined the risks. There were studied the issues of necessity of coordinated international governments’ actions for the development of the world economy and the role of the countries of “Group of Twenty (G20)” in this process given current challenges of globalization and their national interests. There was generated the author’s opinion of institutional determination of the category “national interest” on the legislative level.
In the article there were analyzed theoretical backgrounds for defining the concept «banking service» by scientists from different countries: considered its main characteristics and classification, determined the key peculiarities of the world market functioning of banking services and its structure, found out the present-day developments of the world market of banking services under conditions of post-crisis period.
There have been highlighted the relevant issues of system establishment of the innovative management of global corporations and generalized the experience of the leading world corporations in the achievement and keeping leading positions on the highly technological segments of the global market. It shows the significance of the creative personal qualities of managers in the generation and implementation of effective innovative solutions in the global business, grounds the categorical and functional imperatives of the innovative development of global corporations. In the context of formation of the new knowledge economy there were highlighted contradictions and available instruments of reinforcement of leading positions among the leading global corporations in the innovative sphere. There was paid attention to the implementation of the new concepts of global corporations’ leadership of BRIC countries, in particular, Chinese highly technological companies. There has been made a conclusion about global institutionalization of the innovative activity.
In the article the author particularly analyzed and systematized current theoretic approaches concerning the definition of category’s nature «creative regions», revealed the key factors of its formation and development in the conditions of globalization. There have been determined the role the creative regions play in the improvement of international competitiveness of the leading countries.
There was touched upon the problem of correlation of the notions of ‘immanent’ and ‘transcendental’ in the global development. There have been singled out ideological and theoretical dominants and fundamental backgrounds which define logic and outlooks of intersystem constructive changes on the new turn of human civilization development. On this background there was substantiated the objective necessity of producing of conceptual categorical apparatus adequate to these changes (first of all we are speaking about asymmetries and imbalances) as well as updating of logical and substantial theories and conceptions, their organization and systematization into the concept of a particular paradigm. There has been revealed the philosophic content and methodological status of asymmetry as a “multi-dimension system of reflection of profound world’s parts” and momentum of global development. There was suggested a definitional range which encompasses the majority of interpretations of this phenomenon in theory and practice. In the framework of “disciplinary matrix” (a specific set of a priori convictions and fundamental metaphysical guidelines) there were specified theoretical, methodological and axiological directives of determinism paradigm and synergetic paradigm that served as an initial methodological basis of conceptualization of asymmetries and imbalances of the global development.
