It reveals the nature of the concepts «coalition» and «informal group» in the framework of the international economic organizations, realizes their comparative analysis and classifies the coalitions based on the circle of the covered activity directions, on the belonging to the regional integration groups, similarity of the level of development and type of unification structure. There has been observed an evolution of the coalition movement in the framework of the World Trade Organization, researched the modern influence mechanism of coalitions and informal groups on the processes of formation of the global trade policy alongside its definition. There were formulated positive aspects of Ukraine’s participation in the WTO coalitions and groups and characterized potential cooperation groups.

By means of VAR and 2SLS assessments in the article researches the influence of the RER deviations from the equilibrium signification received through the Hodrick-Prescott filter. The author proved that understated RER worsens the GDP dynamics and accelerates the inflation simultaneously restricting the export and import demand. The results obtained testify to the benefit of hryvnia exchange rate growth as a means of dynamic acceleration of the economic growth in the low-inflation environment. It’s appropriate to neutralize possible balance deterioration of the trade balance is with the use of nonprice factors like reduction of the budget deficit and limitation of the money stock offers.

Seeking the most favorable conditions for innovative activity, the article depicts the results of research on innovativeness in the context of coordination. Applying networking to analyses and discussions on coordinating innovative actions correlates with development of clustering. Consequently, a cluster has been made a reference, an example of an economic network. The aim of this article is to show networks, as coordination structures, that open the perspectives of multiplying values, thanks to the functioning logic combining an individual benefit with the benefit for the whole of network participants. The theoretical basis for any considerations relies on the theory of transaction costs, developed within the framework of new institutional economics. In the conditions of knowledge based economy and developments of the ICT revolution, conducts with learned behaviors within the framework of the schemes generated by classical economics is not possible any more. Applying these schemes by entrepreneurs would mean depriving of multiplying the usability coming from the network. It has a significant dimension especially while referring to innovative activity.

There have been described the prospects of the cultural resources implementation for the regional competitiveness improvement. There was characterized an update, analyzed the governmental and regional policy of stimulation, development problems of the public artistic crafts in Ukraine. There have been specified active and prospective domestic and international projects of cluster formation based on the seats of public crafts. There were determined the importance and priority-driven directions of potential actualization of artistic crafts in the improvement of international regional competitiveness.

The article is devoted to the research of activation process of the international integration cooperation of the Middle East Arab countries in the conditions of ongoing transformations, which are obviously taking place in the global world order. The article gives the author’s definition of “integration maturity”, its characteristic features; concluded the integration maturity level of the Middle East Arab countries; identified the place of the Arab countries as players of the global economic system formation process. By virtue of the cluster analysis there was generalized the idea concerning the restructuring of approaches in the formation of the Middle East countries integration strategies.
