Waiting inside the airport for the next flight (i.e., transfer) might be very lengthy and boring. Thus, many passengers have opted to get out of the airport to participate in transit tours, which are mini all-inclusive packages of the necessary tour components. However, due to the novelty of the operation, the existing literature has not covered this issue yet. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to develop a theoretical framework to explain the transit tour concept. From there, the four cases of Seoul Incheon Airport, Singapore Changi Airport, Tokyo Narita Airport and Beijing Capital Airport were investigated to understand participants' perceptions of the transit tours. Outcomes of the analysis of reviews posted on tripadvisor.com suggested that the tours were perceived differently among airports. Based on these findings, practical implications for tour providers, airports and tourism administration organizations were discussed.

This study investigated managing quality assurance process for the attainment of educational objectives in secondary schools in Nigeria. The objectives of this study are to examine the relationship between adequate funding, teacher training, quality control and attainment of educational objectives in Kwara State, Nigeria. Quantitative research design was used for the study. A self-designed questionnaire titled "Quality Assurance Process and Attainment of Educational Objectives Questionnaire" (QAPAEOQ) was used to collect information for the study. The population of this study comprised all 310 principals and 6,894 teachers in public senior secondary schools in Kwara State, Nigeria. Sample of 175 principals and 364 teachers were selected across the three senatorial districts with the use of Research Advisor (2006) table of determine sample size of a known population, proportional sampling technique was used to select 175 principals and 364 teachers. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select principals and teachers from the sample schools. This was to ensure that all categories of principals and teachers were given equal chance of being selected. The data collected were analyzed using t-test statistical analysis. All hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The result revealed that there was no significant difference between adequate funding, teacher training, quality control and attainment of educational objectives in Nigeria.

This study aims to examine the relationship between variables in the model that explains the intention to use an application based android. This study confirms several variables which in previous studies are still a debate, namely the influence of knowledge on the intention to use. This study also uses attitudes to mediate the influence of website quality and electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM), with the consideration that the discussion of the direct influence on adoption behavior will ignore the cognitive aspects of consumers in making purchasing decisions. This research is a survey research with a questionnaire. The populations in this study are all online shopping consumers who have adopted an application based android in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The number of respondents in this study was 206 consumers. Data analysis in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that knowledge has a positive effect on perceived relative advantage. Web quality and e-WOM affect attitudes, and relative advantages and attitudes influence the intention to use. The results of the study show that the intention to use model is acceptable. All proposed hypotheses are also supported. Knowledge has a positive effect on relative advantages. Website quality, e-WOM and relative advantages have an influence on attitudes, and attitudes influence the intention to use the android application.

The role of quality management in the organizational spheres cannot be sidelined as it streamlines functional protocols of the firm. Multinational corporations specifically ensure eradication of shortcomings in terms of product quality and service. Specifically, multinational beverages companies in the Pakistani market are continuously striving to optimize quality bar for attaining competitive edge. The respective study focuses on the four contemporary quality management practices, and determines its effects on the customer focus - a sphere of Balanced Scorecard Approach. Organizational support has been also configured in this regard as it has the propensity to engage internal and external employees. The data of two hundred and sixty-two respondents was analyzed using Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) on SmartPLS. The focus remained to examine sequential path analysis of the proposed framework. The outcomes affirmed causality among the constructs.
