Investigated the consequences of depopulation effect on domestic higher ed-ucation system. Asked to use the situation of the population explosion in develop-ing countries as an opportunity to maintain and develop the capacity of higher edu-cation and the formation of export-oriented service economy in Ukraine. Evaluatedthe possible consequences of the internationalization of higher education in theUkrainian perspective up to2025.
The article examines the driving force and the effects of staying of Ukrainianimmigrants in Spain. Do they intend to return to Ukraine? And whether planning tobuild their lives in Spain?

Ownership of theassets of the company selects top managers-owners and hired top managers.Measurement of the hierarchy of the company distinguishes CEO, functionalexecutives and line executives.
Top managers of subsidiaries are subject to both theCEO of the self company and the corresponding linear top-manager of the parentcompany.
Based ona model of modernizationbyR.Inglehart and C.Welzel,theCapability Approach by A.Sen and the concept of human development of UNDP, itis argued in the article that the activity of social agents and the effectiveness oftheir inclusion in the social processes and institutions determine success ofmodernization.
Using data from the third (1999–2001) and fourth (2008–2010)waves of the European Values Survey (EVS), comparative analysis of political,civic and social types of participation in 32 countries is performed and peculiaritiesof Ukraine in the European context is indicated that will enable to assess theprospects for modernization of Ukrainian society in future research.
