Background:Intra-Uterine Device (IUD) is also called an intrauterine device (IUD) is a contraceptive used by women of childbearing age are inserted into the vagina. West Nusa Tenggara a contraceptive types of IUD acceptors amount large enough, while the factors microbes (bacteria and fungi) causing likelihood of reproductive tract infections in IUD acceptors particularly in Mataram has never been reported. Objective:To identify factors of micro bacterium that Caused reproductive urinary infections of intra uterine device acceptors in Mataram City. Methods: A descriptive study with a sample size was 34 respondents. Results:IUD Acceptors on WUS nearly 77% were between 18–27 years old, the vaginal respondents either before, after 1 week and 1 month after installation has been largely eroded, mucus and whitish. Occured increased from before to after installation 1 month on the number of microbes (CFU), the number of infected WUS and microbial types. Microorganisms that grow from fungus (Candida albicans, Sacharomyces ulvarum, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus) and bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus albus, ozaeniae Klebsiella, and Proteus vulgaris). Besides, it is known that microbes Sacharomyces ulvarum ISR is also a factor that needs attention, which before the installation of 0%, while after 1 week and 1 month installation are significant microbes (17.65%). Conclusion: IUD Acceptors in WUS microbial infections increase both the number and type.
