The purpose of this article is to present the importance of the discipline Theories of Educating and Teacher Training in the curriculum of the masters and doctorate courses of the Postgraduate Program in Education of the State University of Ceará (PPGE / UECE), whose students, mostly, they are professors from the elementary schools of the municipalities and states of Brazilian Northeast. The study is anchored in the perspective of the Marxian-Lukacsian ontology, of a theoretical-bibliographic nature, it apprehends the theoretical corpus of the studies from Commenius to Saviani. In addition, the studies of classics to contemporaries, contribute with a kind of program theorist,reinforcing the relationships between theory and practice in the training of educators, and therefore, reverberated in their praxis.

This article aims to analyze two public schools the elaboration, updating and participation of Physical Education in the Pedagogical Political Projects (PPP) in Jataí-Goiás. The methodological course was based on documentary analysis, with bibliographical and field research contribution. The data gathering instruments were semi-structured interview and questionnaire. The research results demonstrated PPP are not collectively elaborated and updated. In the municipal school, the update happens due to the bureaucratic requirement made by the Municipal Education Department and in the state school occurs with the school management exchange. Regarding the contemplation of Physical Education area in the document, it was noticed in the two schools was minimal, attending only to the legal precepts. The school community has not yet understood this discipline importance as a curricular component and that its scientific knowledge can contribute to the integral development of students.

This study is part of PIBIC / UFC / FUNCAP project entitled: "The continuing formation of teachers in the context of democratization of the school management in municipal network of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil", which aims to identify actions and proposals involving the continuing formation process of teachers from different training areas. This is a qualitative approach research; the instruments used were documentary research and semi-structured interviews with teachers and other components of the school community. In the data analysis the theoretical basis of support is the historical dialectic, to try to reach an understanding of the investigated reality. As partial results with the objects, eleven schools of the municipal network, and their segments, it appears that teacher formation policies and actions in progress signal to the alignment of education and training to meet the legal powers, international organizations and neoliberal ideology.

This paper aims to discuss the various conceptions of culture throughout history and their influence on current education. With social transformations, culture can no longer be understood as synonymous with civilization, its concept is seen as mobile, a mixture of cultures that connect with one another; are not pure or homogeneous, but hybrid. The textual sequence here is part of the reformulation of the concept of culture historically and some developments that are being linked in the educational field, especially interculturality, multiculturality and transculturality, which are discussed in this article. Next, we understand the role of culture in teaching, especially in language teaching, and we discuss the precepts of intercultural education with which we join and seeks to develop understanding of one's own culture and culture as a process of respect, reciprocity and critical awareness.

Created in 2006, the MERCOSUR Accreditation System for Higher Education (ARCU-SUR) is currently the mechanism for regional integration of higher education systems in this Block. Given its importance, the main objective of this paper is to qualitatively assess whether ARCU-SUL achieves its main goal. The research is based on the analysis of official and narrative documents of representatives of the Network of National Accreditation Agencies (RANA) – responsible for the administration of this system –, focusing on the interaction between assessment instruments and the evaluators themselves, as well as the impacts of this system. relationship in the construction of an ARCU-SUL quality concept. Therefore, the present research sought to raise questions about the possible results of this, applying concepts of the Actor-Network Theory.

The aim of study was to analyze the students' perception of Physiotherapy course, based on the use of didactic scripts in practical classes of Neuroanatomy discipline. It was of qualitative type, through an experience report, in which the content analysis of discourses of participants was carried out. It was possible to observe that scripts facilitated their comprehension of concept of curricular component worked here, as well as presented like guiding method in learning process and were dynamic and facilitators in the apprehension of contents studied. Thus, we infer that use of didactic scripts, in practical classes of Neuroanatomy discipline, contribute in teaching-learning process, making student active in construction of his knowledge.

The article emerges from a dissertation developed in the Post-Graduation Program in Education of the URI-Campus of Frederico Westphalen, having as background the constitution of public policies and the rights of children and adolescents in Brazil. The discussions are the result of empirical and theoretical research, covering violence in school and the role of the social protection network in accessing the rights of children and adolescents. It was sought to go through the historical, legal and conceptual frameworks that guided the debates of the historical trajectory of public policies, investigations about violence in the school and the constitution of the rights of the child and the adolescent. The historical cut is in the 1980s, when polls on violence and school emerge with consistency. As for the legal aspects, it was sought to elucidate the first laws of the protection of children and youth, and the journey to the Statute of the Child and Adolescent. The focus of the violation of the rights of children and adolescents encompasses family and society, and the organization of public policies in the contemporary context. It was found that we still live the dilemma of the dichotomy theory and practice, in the field of ineffectiveness when it comes to action of legal precepts, which fundamentally becomes a political problem and not legal. Therefore, it is in the municipal policy for the protection of the rights of children and adolescents based on the tripod plan, fund and council that will be projected actions with operational base to guarantee the human rights of the child and the adolescent.

This article aims to evidence a training process conducted with teachers of Portuguese Language in the light of the Historical-Critical Pedagogy. It defends a solid education that allow the appropriation of knowledge in its entirety in order to overcome the immediacy and facilitate the human development in its multiple determinations. The present study was based on the assumptions of Dialectical Materialism History and Historical-Critical Pedagogy as a guide for the proposed analyzes. At the end, the teachers emphasize the importance of planning in this perspective in which to appropriate all this content, the teacher is able to socialize knowledge as the basis of the dialectical movement of practice-theory-practice.

This work is the result of a research on learning styles and search for an instrument for detection by teachers of basic education. Learning styles have been studied with great depth in the last fifty years based on psychological currents (HERRMANN, 1982) or pedagogical (GARDNER, 1995) and learning theories. There are also several instruments (LSI, HBDI, LSI ++, CHAEA) that measure the styles and that obey these same referents. With this study we created the –REA- with a theoretical foundation integrating different theories (KOHLBER, 1969, BANDLER and GRINDER, 1979, KOLB, 1984, DUNN, DUNN and PRICE, 1985, FELDER and SILVERMAN, 1988), adapted to ordinary school contexts, that can be completed by teachers as an instrument of reflection on their students and, at the same time, as an illustrator of new ways of understanding how students learn and intervention in classrooms.
