The article discusses the possibilities and results of using AI technology in the system of feedback and monitoring of employees. To conduct the survey, a platform using artificial intelligence technologies was used, which automates the process of collecting feedback from employees, allows it to be conducted more often, breaking it into stages, automatically processing the results. The survey included 100 questions – carefully selected and scientifically tested questions about employee engagement, their loyalty to the company and satisfaction with working conditions. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the feedback and monitoring system for employees of the municipal administration department of the city made it possible to increase the efficiency of activities and obtain a positive social result for the staff. As a result of the study, an increase in the anonymity of the study was noted, changes in the environment in which the respondent answers questions; the ability to conduct research more often and use large questionnaires or voluminous methods, process automation allows you to develop the process into small stages, does not require the participation of the researcher, AI capabilities allow you to offer the respondent to take part in the most preferred time for the researcher or for the respondent. Automation of the application of the methodology, the ability to set up and prepare several methods or technologies allows the use of complex tools without disrupting the technology by line employees, which reduces the cost and increases the availability of development and the creation of an active feedback and monitoring system for employees.

The article is devoted to improving the urban environment and the quality of life in large cities through the implementation of investment projects in the sphere of tourism and hospitality. The study examines various approaches to the phenomenon of urban tourism, as well as the relationship of this direction with others, such as business, cultural, educational, event and other types of tourism, including alternative tourism. The importance of cultural artifacts and the corresponding developed infrastructure in cities interested in implementing various tourism initiatives is emphasized. The results of the Federal Target Program “Development of national and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation (2011–2018)” are analyzed as one of the most large-scale implemented projects related to the tourism and hospitality industry and based on the principle of public-private partnership. The particular attention is paid to cities as key tourist destinations, as well as their attractiveness for tourists and investors. The importance of cooperation between state and municipal authorities with private investors and other stakeholders is noted. Based on the study, the author offers an actual typology of urban tourism projects aimed to upgrade the urban infrastructure and identifies specific types of cities, for which exactly public-private partnership is the most relevant as a tool for the development of urban tourism, a popular and demanded direction in modern realities, which allows creating a comfortable environment not only for tourists, but also for local residents who are actively involved in the implementation of various initiatives in the field of tourism and hospitality, as well as environmental improvement.

The article presents innovations in the organization of labor activity and personnel management of an industrial enterprise. The problem of studying the sustainability of the development of the economy of the metallurgical sector of industry is becoming increasingly important today. This is due to the fact that one of the most important problems in the organization's activities is the insufficiently efficient use of working time by personnel, which directly affects labor productivity. The relevance of the study of this problem is determined by the peculiarities of modern reality, when the internal environment of the organization becomes more complex, and the external environment requires the organization to constantly search for an increase in work efficiency. The topic of lean and eco-friendly production has been actively analyzed. The unrestrained uncontrolled growth of the market economy leads to an increase in consumption and production of goods, natural resources used for this, to an increase in harmful emissions and production waste into the biosphere (environment). Humanity has come to an increasingly acute contradiction between its growing needs and the inability of the biosphere to provide them with resources without collapsing.

The model introduced in this work is a small macroeconomic quarterly projection model, or QPM. We sometimes refer to it as a New Keynesian model. This model is based on the ideas of monopolistic competition and features nominal rigidities: The model assumes that prices are sticky, meaning that the prices do not adjust immediately as underlying cost of production change. Output in the short-run is demand-determined. The model equations resemble the log-linearized equations of micro-founded DSGE (dynamic stochastic general equilibrium) models, or in other words, equations that are derived from optimization problems of economic agents or firms. Some parts of the model are ad hoc, so they differ from the log-linearized equations in DSGE models. Such parts usually help us better approximate the data. Unlike DSGE models, equation coefficients in the QPM are not derived from deep structural parameters, such as discount factor or risk aversion, but the coefficients are directly calibrated. We argue that economic analysis stem from ignoring fundamanetal reality, that no (market system) may properly operate if uncontrolled identifications and transforming equations, hite new paragraph of economic behaviour. Since old growth model namely Ramsey Cass Koopmans are sufficient rigid, and naive random walk path are describes ignoring incorporation of four very important items: - Real interest rate; - Possibility of dynamic inefficiency and transmission mechanism of monetary policy; - Arbitrage; - Ommited variables; - Log-linearized presentation in DSGE form. We formulate introdusing a macroeconometric-impulse data model under Canonical Quarterly Projection Model for Monetary Policy Analysis and Forecasting.
