Today, information technology occupies important positions in many areas of society, and the banking sector is no exception. Remote banking is becoming popular – providing the opportunity for bank customers to make transactions without a direct visit to the organization, while using various telecommunications channels. The basis of remote banking services is the exchange of information between the bank and the client with a high level of security and confidentiality. The development of remote channels of access to financial services is most important in modern conditions. Remote access channels are developing simultaneously with the spread of the Internet. Demand for service in branches and operating offices of Russian banks is declining, while demand for remote service is only increasing. This is explained by the fact that the client with the development of modern technologies will rather prefer to open an account, get a loan, exchange currency, transfer funds, etc., through a mobile application or website through a personal computer. And even a developed branch network that allows you to serve in a branch of a bank located across the road will not affect the client's desire to perform an operation in a few seconds through a remote channel. In the context of the rapid development of digitalization of the economy, the key to maintaining a leading position for credit and financial organizations in the competition for the client is to improve the quality of remote banking services (DBO), ensure accessibility and expand the list of Internet banking services, and take a set of measures to ensure its security. The article describes the characteristics of users of online banking, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of remote banking, considers economic relations related to the system of organization and functioning of remote banking. The aim of the study is to propose measures to improve the existing remote banking system.

The relevance of the study is explained by the increasing role of education in the modern world. Educational tourism, being an actively developing sector of the economy, has a huge potential. The paper presents the concept of educational tourism, its most common types, their brief characteristics, as well as initiatives in this direction that contribute to its spread to the masses. The popularity of educational tours is justified. The main components and features of educational tourism are presented. The assessment of the current state of educational tourism is given, the necessity of its development is justified, the main trends (mobility, cultural literacy, individual approach) are formulated. It is determined that the tourist and recreational potential of Russia allows spreading this type of tourism on the territory, and the most successful form of implementation is the model of short-term targeted training, but it is necessary to create favorable geopolitical, socio-economic and technological conditions. The problems hindering the development of educational tourism are identified. Significant limitations are the imperfection of the infrastructure, personnel and regulatory framework, the lack of a systematic approach to the organization and development of this type of tourism. The conditions for overcoming these difficulties and the benefits of promoting educational tourism in the Russian market are formulated. Reasonable conclusions about the need for the development of this type of tourism are made.

As the subject of the study, the authors chose the problem of presenting critical unstable states in the hospitality industry, based on the cognitive potential of a systemic approach. As a scientific goal, the problem of using the system analysis methodology to study critically unstable conditions in the hospitality industry is identified. The text presented is based on the methodology of systemic analysis, with the help of which it is possible to comprehensively represent the structure of the subject of the study in its ontological development. In addition, the use of the structural-logical method in the study makes it possible to show the hospitality industry as a holistic object. Based on the indicated methodology, the authors developed a structural and logical scheme for representing the hospitality industry. The main critical unstable conditions of the domestic hospitality industry of the XX−XXI centuries are systematized. It has been shown that modern society cannot afford an absolutely uncontrolled increase in entropy and submission of conscious will actions to the omnipresence of disorder and uncertainty. The text systematizes the main conclusions of the study. The presented results can subsequently become the basis for the formation of a research theoretical scientific base for managing the corresponding weakly structured objects and systems in dynamically non-equilibrium states, as well as be used to revise the generally accepted interpretations of the hospitality industry in order to overcome the logocentrism of the classical linear paradigm of the world in the system of behavioral sciences.

Today the topic of ecotourism has become relevant in Russia and worldwide as never before. While some countries of the world have already acquired certain practices in creating various eco-tourism products and services compatible with the goals of preserving natural territories, here in Russia there is still a lot to be done to ensure that eco-tourism can become an alternative recreation form contributing to the environmental and socio-economic development in the Russian regions. This paper discusses the methodological approaches, experiences, and results of the All-Russian competition organized to determine pilot eco-tourism territories where tourist and recreational clusters may be developed through realizing the cumulative potential of nature protection territories and adjacent areas. The relevance of the topic is determined by the problems and specifics of the organization of family leisure during the period of self-isolation associated with a complex epidemiological situation (Covid-19) both in Russia and around the world. This is caused by the habit of organizing leisure activities outside the home space and the unwillingness to isolate yourself for a long period. Families find themselves in a situation where it is difficult to organize an interesting pastime. In this regard, there is a demand for the organization of family leisure at home. This situation has redirected cultural institutions, tourism organizations and the media to work on the Internet and has contributed to the implementation of new projects that could diversify family leisure during the period of self-isolation. The cultural, leisure and tourism sector has become an even more important tool for improving the cultural life of families. Of course, a large amount of interesting information in a remote format helps them to form a better and more diverse leisure time. Thanks to these innovations, the pastime of families has become more exciting and more comfortable, new types of leisure activities have appeared, which are organized with the help of Internet resources, including the development of virtual tourism as an effective form of organizing leisure and cultural and educational activities.

The article deals with issues related to the training of personnel for tourism and hospitality. A retrospective analysis of the indicators of tourism assessment in the region is carried out; the features of training personnel for the regional tourism business are identified. It is established that universality and constant modernization should become the basis of new approaches to training personnel for the tourism and recreation cluster. Special attention is paid to the methodology of interactive training in the system of personnel training for regional business structures in the field of tourism and hospitality. It is noted that one of the conditions for the applicability of interactive teaching methods in the practice of training personnel for the regional tourism business should be considered the presence of highly qualified specialists from among scientists and practitioners. The expediency of innovative approaches to the processes of improving the effectiveness of training at the expense of external resources (outsourcing) is justified. It is noted that it is necessary to form the game-technical and sociocommunicative competence of scientific and pedagogical workers as the main condition for high-quality training of personnel. The necessity and expediency of cooperation between universities, colleges and basic enterprises is evaluated.
