Given that the Zhytomyr region among the categories of nature reserves there is no national nature park. This article provides information about the potential territory in which this object will be created. Slovechansko-Ovrutsky ridge, which now has the status of a forest reserve of local significance is currently considered as an area of high nature - protection and aesthetic value. This paper presents the main advantages of creating a NNP, including: development of tourist infrastructure, job creation, attracting tourists and cash flow, but key among them is the possibility of reducing the shadow economy, which manifests itself in illegal mining, reducing land degradation through minimization impact from agricultural work. As a result of the study, the main value of this object was clarified. First of all, it is the preservation of forests, which are part of the Slovenian Forestry, Ovruch Specialized Forestry, Ovruch Forestry and the Slovenian Forestry AIC. Secondly, it is an opportunity for the development of Ovruch, Olevsk, Narodytsia and Slovenska territorial communities. Thus, the creation of a new NNP with an area of 78,132.3 hectares will increase the conservation status of Zhytomyr Polissya and in the future will become the hallmark of the region.

The article considers the essence of the main approaches to professionally oriented foreign language teaching of future tourism professionals in terms of formation and development of professional competences that provide competence in effective professional communication, readiness and ability for intercultural interaction, professional and personal self-realization. The main objective of this study is to update the most effective approaches to teaching a foreign language for professional purposes to students majoring in tourism and to summarize the basic patterns of realization of the activating and developing potential of a foreign language in the process of professionally oriented language training. The analytical-synthetic method of research of the raised questions through the prism of the accumulated experience of the organization of professionally oriented foreign language training in the institution of higher education of a tourist profile has determined considering these issues on the plane of personal and professional development, whose integral element is formation of important professional competences.
