Capital construction or reconstruction is increasingly used by the same type of modular structure, and there is widespread use of light structures to cover different spans. Using of beams or other structures has several major disadvantages: big labor intensity, the total height, etc. During the reconstruction of the building of the Central Consulting Company LLC (Lviv), there was a need to install an additional intermediate slab at the level of the second floor. [1]. During the implementation of the project, it was proposed to install a slab over the second floor with the use of statically indeterminate combined steel subdiagonal structures as load-bearing elements

The peculiarities of working with micro-objects of biological origin during the inspection of the place of the event, taking into account additional requirements that are advanced by modern methods of research, including molecular genetic ones are shown. The role and importance of the use of these micro-objects in investigative and judicial practice are justified. The basic stages of reviewing the crime scene while dealing with traces of small magnitude are considered. A clear algorithm for each of them is given, taking into account the specific properties of objects such as blood, semen, saliva, hair, organ and tissue particles. Attention is drawn to the typical problematic issues that arise in practice, and possible ways of solving them are suggested.

The modern process of intensification of educational space and reorientation into the sphere of competent professional attitude to the development of personality requires from the teacher new principles and means of teaching oriented to personal and differentiated content. Art education in general, and music in particular, is based on the natural inclinations of the individual and is based on the principle of individual approach to each student. The process of teaching the profession of conductor is complex and multifaceted. Conducting is one of the most difficult types of music activity, which requires a complex of professional and general cultural knowledge and skills. All special music disciplines, as shown by centuries-old teaching practice, should be taught only individually, in the dialogic process student - teacher.

The concept of the phenom of lies and a psychological trauma reveal in the article. Kinds of deception and a psychological trauma and their influence on the development of the person are defined. Special attention is given to concept PTSD and consequence of a psychological trauma on the military personnel. In a research we used the psycho-diagnostic techniques reflecting the person's attitude toward himself, to the world around and also to lying. Using the chosen techniques, we constructed an empirical research which was based in the Military unit among soldiers of ATO zone. During the research we revealed statistically significant correlations of certain types of lying with various mechanisms of psychological protection; we tracked the communication between a depression, a self-assessment level, existence of the internal and external conflicts and certain types of deception in the presence of a psychological trauma. Article consists of the introduction, the theoretical analysis, the description of an empirical research, the analysis of results, conclusions of the work and references.
