Realization of the investment potential of the processing industry is a process that significantly influences the development of the Ukrainian economy and provides it with long term development, and for potential investor provides the profit. That is why it is important to comprehensively evaluate it. The essence of investment potential of the processing industry of Ukraine is considered in the article. Taking info account this, the processing industry is important in the structure of our economy, the analysis of its investment potential is relevant. In the course of the research, the main factors forming the investment potential of the processing industry and the types of economic activity in its structure were substantiated. The share of direct foreign investments in the processing industry is compared with other types of activity and the economy as a whole. The dynamics of changes in the volume of foreign investments received over the years has been analyzed and the list of the largest countries investors of the processing industry has been formed. The specific weight of investments of each investor country is determined. The rating of types of economic activity, which receive the most investments, is formed. The share of investments of a particular country in terms of types of economic activity that are part of the structure of the processing industry is determined. According to the results of the research, the investment potential of the Ukrainian processing industry has been characterized and conclusions are made for necessity of its supporting at a high level. To this end, we have proposed a number of proposals: faster and more effective reform implementation; securing at the legislative level a stable condition for conducting investment activity; providing a proper mechanism for the withdrawal of profits abroad; improvement of credit policy; fight against corruption; solution of the military conflict in the East of Ukraine; regulation of land relations; creating an electronic information space for investors; development and introduction of modern innovative scientific and technical model of production; pursuing a policy aimed at sustained reduction of inflation and inflationary expectations, etc.

Traditional look at the problem of state debt, which is shared by the majority of the economists and confirmed by the world practice of state finance regulations, states that the state budget deficit leads to the decrease of the level of national savings and investment, and also to the appearance of trade balance deficit. In the Long-term period, existence of state debt causes inflation as far as money emission for the state income increase equals introduction of the inflation tax, decreases stationary capital volume, under which investment equals amortization, external debt increases, devalvation of national currency continues. Volume of shadow economy increases, problems related to occurence and accumulation of new harmful or useful external effects the latter are uncompensated expenses or benefits of one of the parties who is not involved in the production or consumption of a certain product.

The article highlights the problem of waste sorting that is relevant to modern society. The reasons for the need to sort waste, the problems faced by Ukrainians at the beginning of this initiative, and ways to solve them are described in this work. One of the ways of solving the problem is the implementation of the mobile application. The features of the implementation of this application, description of the technologies used for implementation and development methodologies were highlighted as well as plans for future the development of the functionality of the application. The analogues of mobile applications for waste sorting in Ukraine and in the world were examined and described.

The article deals with the problems of the situation of Ukraine as a subject of international legal relations and the prospects of its diplomatic relations with various leading and influential countries of the world, such as the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Federal Republic of Germany, the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Poland. The purpose of the article is to study theoretical definition of concepts such as "diplomatic relations" and "diplomacy" that will reveal its main types and directions, in particular, the most favorable for independent Ukraine, as well as to find out the most perspective directions of Ukraine's interaction with these countries, which are manifested in promoting the development of friendly relations between them, the maintenance of international peace and security. Important areas of diplomatic "communication" will be economic, military-political, environmental, cultural, humanitarian and other types of relations through which Ukraine continues to increase its international potential and development towards the formation of such foreign policy that would fully reflect and defend the interests of Ukrainian society. The results analyze the significant areas of cooperation between Ukraine and powerful countries and establish the positive and negative directions of these relations. The findings capture the status of Ukraine, which it occupies as a subject of international relations, and points to the vector of its most favorable development on the international arena.

The article presents a description of the principle of competition in the civil procedural law of Ukraine, as one of the main bases. A general assessment of the concept and essence of competition was carried out, the peculiarity of its emergence and development in the framework of civil proceedings was described, and the development of civil procedural competition in Ukraine was separately presented. It is determined that the adversarial principle is presented in the theory and practice of civil proceedings in all procedural branches of national law. Was made analysis of the problems of securing the principle of competition in the new edition of the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, in which a comparison is made with its previous legislative consolidation and features of manifestation in civil proceedings.

The analysis of the problem of students’ career orientations in higher educational institution is given in this article. The study was attended by first-year students of the specialty "Philology" of the University of Customs and Finance. The focus is on analyzing the hierarchy of career orientations. The tools used by the American Professor E. Shane's “Career Anchors” questionnaire were aimed at identifying and diagnosing the importance of career orientations of future specialists. Further research in this area is possible in order to observe the dynamics of leading students’ career orientations of other specialties and to conduct their comparative analysis.

The article is devoted to the problem of the peculiarities of the value-motivational sphere of personality in the process of job search. Value-motivational sphere is the central core of the personality, determines its activity and activity. In this case, the system of value orientation is one of the most important components of the structure of the individual, occupying a boundary position between its motivation-requiring sphere and the system of personal meanings. The work defines the concept of "value", "value orientation". The results of the empirical study of the peculiarities of value-motivational sphere in persons with different types of employment in search of employment are presented. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and empirically identify the basic values of the person seeking work, to carry out an analysis of the results of the study of value orientations and to determine the characteristics of the indicators obtained in persons seeking employment with different types of employment. An empirical study of value orientations gave an idea of some aspects of the value-motivational sphere of personality, emphasizing the values that are prioritized by people with different types of employment seeking work. On the basis of the data obtained in the study, results were obtained regarding the features and changes in the value structure of the individual.

In line with a positive psychological understanding of the personality, an analysis of the component structure of a multidimensional personal construct – hardiness, as a unique personal resource for successful life activity, is presented. The views of scientists on the features of the internal connections of the components of hardiness and their external connections with other personal characteristics are presented. The results of modern studies of the characteristics of the manifestation of hardiness of students are highlighted. The data of an experimental study of the level of manifestation of the components of the hardiness of the personality of a modern graduand are given. Empirically studied features of their interrelation with the characteristics of style of self-regulation the behaviour and style of behaviour in conflict, indicators of psychological well-being are submitted for consideration. The established differences provide a clearer understanding of the specificity of the structure of the hardiness of the personality of a modern graduand.
