In order to improve the analysis and eliminate the disadvantages of functionally-developed special-purpose management systems by enterprises, which include innovation provision, it is necessary to create and develop a functional subsystem of analytical processing of information in them. The creation of such a subsystem comes from: the independent role of economic analysis and diagnostics in the management process; system approach to this function; is confirmed by the practice of development of functionally developed systems of special purpose management by producers, which showed local formation and implementation of partial analytical tasks is not able to provide an improvement in the formulation of analysis.

The export prospects of Ukrainian producers to the USA and Canada on the example of food products are analyzed. The main requirements and barriers regarding the entry of national companies into international markets are revealed. Attention is focused on the specific features of countries that exporters should take into account in order to gain access to their markets. A sequence of actions for enterprises in the process of entering the markets of the USA and Canada was determined. Possibilities of participation of the Ukrainian company in the state purchases of the USA are analyzed.

The article presents the expediency of using valine in the feeding of growing quails of meat direction of productivity. The experiment was conducted with growing Pharaoh quails. It was selected 500 daily quails. Birds were placed in 20 cages with 25 heads in each. In the formation of analog groups, the body weight of the birds was taken into account. Quails were fed full-fledged mixed fodder, which was balanced by energy and other nutrients. The feed for the quails of the control group contained the natural level of valine, and the experimental groups - additionally L-valine according to the experimental scheme. The most effective level of valine in mixed fodder for quail, which is grown for meat, to obtain a sufficiently large body weight with a low level of feed intake per unit of growth is at 1-21-day age - 1.68% and at 22-35-day age - 1.23%.

On the basis of the study was developed a web-based course, completely ready for use, intended for the independent study of computer science teaching and for use in the classroom to facilitate the perception of information and the encouragement of learning.

We honored the historians of St. Volodymyr University Professors V.F. Tsykh, V. F. Dombrovsky, O. I. Stavrovsky, M. I. Kostomarov. We analyzed the historiography of the second third of the XIX – the beginning of the XXI century which is devoted to the study of life, teaching, and scientific activity of these teachers. We proved that the period of teaching and scientific activity of V. F. Tsykh, V. F. Dombrovsky, O. I. Stavrovsky, M. I. Kostomarov at the St. Volodymyr University in the middle of 30's to the end of 40's of the XIX century was the time of the beginning of the School of Historians of the St. Volodymyr University of the XIX century and its first period of formation. We noted that historians of the St. Volodymyr University of the XIX century V. F. Tsykh, V. F. Dombrovsky, O. I. Stavrovsky, M. I. Kostomarov were among the founders of Ukrainian historical education and science. We emphasized that the study of the history of the formation and development of the School of Historians of the St. Volodymyr University of the XIX century has the great importance for understanding the formation and development of University historic education and science in the XIX at the beginning of the XXI centuries in general.

The article presents the results of an experimental verification of the effectiveness of the implementation model and the pedagogical conditions for the development of future masters’ economic competence of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine management authorities. By means of the mathematical statistics methods, the reliability of quantitative data and the validity of the hypotheses have been proved. The conclusion is made on the effectiveness of the suggested model and the determined pedagogical conditions and the feasibility of their introduction into the educational activities of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine regarding the training of future commanders of the State border guard authorities of Ukraine.
