The article presents the results of the study describing the application of mathematical analysis methods in pedagogical research on various aspects of professional educator competency. The study shows the methodological contradiction between the competency approach used in research for describing the structure and the knowledge approach used in research for describing indicators of professional competency. The article demonstrates how to eliminate this contradiction by developing a system of descriptors based on Bloom’s taxonomy. The article deals with the specificity of romantic grotesque in E. T. A. Hoffman’s works “Little Zaches” and “The Golden Pot”. The purpose of the article is the interpretation of E. T. A. Hoffmann’s specificity of romantic grotesque. For purpose achieving there is the task: to find and describe the grotesque uniqueness in such E. T. A. Hoffman’s works as “Little Zaches” and “The Golden Pot”. The paper proves that in E. T. A. Hoffman’s poetic outlook the world and the man are united due to the game of different nature inspired ties. Ancient Byzantine icon is full of unsolved mysteries. The roots icon owes Fayum portraits. How long on the territory of Ukraine started writing icons hard to say, but there is evidence that even in times of Great Moravia in the Subcarpathian Rus and Galician has written icons. This fact is evidenced by numerous archaeological finds of the day. Not far from Mukachevo found a set of caves - cells, which are largely identical Kyiv Pechersk and Sviatohorsk Holy Dormition Lavra. Within modern Transcarpathian region found icons that were brought from Byzantium and dated VIII- XIV centuries. In particular, the collection of Uzhhorod Orthodox Cathedral Cathedral of Exaltation of the Cross is the image of all-seeing Eye , dating from the twelfth century. Now the image is on the restoration of the author of these lines. The article deals with the spiritual and mystical perspective on the process of creating icons.
