The key problem of modern civilization is information psychological war devalue the significant events of the past, distorting the spiritual basis of society. For the Western world, especially the United States, a strategic object information and psychological impact is Russia. At the core of the communication strategy and policy of the West towards Russia (and the world in general) is based on two priorities: 1. Adoption of Western “civilization project.” For many years, the West provides a global geopolitical strategy: Rowan-translational liberal modernist project, based on the model of man, society and state. 2. Discrediting the image of Russia as the main rival for world influence and domination (and first of all - spiritual). The aggressive and purposeful information policy of the leading countries of the Western world is quite obviously pursue geopolitical objectives: to deform the image of Russia in the eyes of the world presenting it as an “enemy” of modern civilization. The main reason for the negative attitude of the West towards Russia - a game-conflict anthropological matrix underlying the Russian and European culture. It is mutually exclusive values of the dominant cultural systems that have led to misunderstandings of centuries Russia and the West. In the context of the ongoing global changes in information policy, a strategic goal is to enhance the status of Russia’s position in the world. The core image of Russia and its approval as a full subject of international relations should be “civilization project” minimizing and resolving global problems that the country can address the world. The basis of this project can make a variety of geopolitical and sociocultural modification of the “national idea” that can resonate with the concerns, hopes and aspirations of the peoples of the world.

In the article the use of ethnopsycholinguistic approach let the author to solve the problem of lacunarity in artistic communication. Ideas of ethnopsycholinguistic theory of lacunarity of Russian (Y.A. Sorokin, Y.I., Markovina, G.A. Antipov, A.N. Kryukov, E.N. Solovova, D.N. Makarova) and foreign (E. Grodzky, N. Schroeder, A. Ertelt-Feit, E. Denisova-Schmidt) scientists have contributed reveal the essence of a lacunarity as a synergistic beginning of culture as a system: connotative asymmetry, flexibility, variability and dynamic of the gap positioned as a manifestation of cultural diffusion mechanism which allows to install the transitional state to culture and identify adaptation practices in the artistic communication. The methods and mechanisms of lacunarity manifestations in artistic communication are revealed: the emotional-semantic ideological and imaginative fullness of the artistic communication and a dynamic picture of the world in the artistic communication. It is established that lacunarity is a spontaneously formed sistem having, on the one hand, the internal unevenness of semiosfers and on the other - a multimodal and multifunctional integrity, is in a stable disequilibrium with the environment and forms non-linear effects of evolution of communication. A modernization of the existing artistic communication algorithms on the basis of synthesis of a lacunarity theory, an adaptation theory by A. Pelipenko and system of aesthetic perception mechanisms by I.K. Arsenyev is proposed: the recipient’s productive strategy of meaning formation on the reflex and associative levels; an adaptation strategy with an altered state of consciousness at the social level; a routinization strategy on the empathic (projective) level.

Modern linguistics is developed under the framework of the anthropocentric paradigm that leads to the development of the new line of language research. The research object becomes the language as a means of reflection of human perception, his culture and worldview. In this regard, such scientific fields as cultural linguistics, cognitive linguistics, linguopersonology have appeared. Cultural linguistics considers language as an instrument whereby cultural codes of people who are members of national, social, political and other types of crops are fixed. Cognitive linguistics is interested in the relationship of psycho-physiological processes with the process of the emergence and implementation of the language. However, both these sciences have come to the conclusion that in human mind the language exists as a kind of the network that combines the different cells that include some information. Such elements are called a concept. The study of the concept leads to understanding and knowledge of the whole communicative processes. The realized in the language person is called a linguistic persona, which is engaged in the study of science linguopersonology. Communicative activities of the linguistic persona due to a number of extralinguistic factors: age, gender, social role and position in society, birthplace, place of residence and etc. The study of language material takes into account extra-linguistic features, allows to create a portrait of a linguistic persona. In such a way, it is possible to portray an individual and a collective linguistic persona. This article presents the results of research that is focused on studying the collective linguistic persona of the Novosibirsk State Theatre Institute student with the aim of testing methods for studying the collective linguistic persona using the conceptual analysis and interpretation as a method of linguistic research. The texts that were created as comments on the topic “Theatre is...” were researched using the interpretive review. As a result, it was revealed that for respondents from a conceptual point of view, the theatre is an art in all its forms and the type of activity, which over time is transformed from a hobby into a profession, a job. The subjective social, living, emotional experience influences the linguistic persona by the text creating. Age of the writing person reflects in the lexical peculiarities of the created text. Industry of words, more detailed statements, variation of forms appeared in the text.

The task to concretize manifestations of mental installations of perception of authorities and the value of life of the rural commoner is set. The attention to a subject is caused by need for studying of regional features of the country psychology defining the spiritual base of the Russian society. The task to concretize manifestations of mental system of perception of authorities and the value of life of the rural commoner is set. The attitude towards monarchs Lord’s anointed and existence of cases of a pseudo imposture are noted. For peasants, extraordinary meetings with representatives of the provincial authorities were presented. Concerning officials local (district, volost, factory) level already there were no naive ideas of high calling of servants of the tsar. Therefore at local stereotypic behavior on the basis of doublethinking was a product of the repeating severe lessons of a mismatch between an obligation and circumstances of its carrying out was considered as norm. Examples of the country revolt caused by manifestation of contradictions between the beginnings created in country psychology are given: “wordly” associated with will and “state” with fundamental for strengthening the Russian society, but curtailing the rights of national self-government. Valid conclusion about that at the moments of a hopelessness or fear “on life” accompanying the material and moral unsuccessful layer of the peasantry, superficially acquired elements of religious morals (in the absence of a habit to follow standards of the secular legislation) in consciousness of certain inhabitants under certain circumstances gave way to installation on self-preservation by the price of life of other person.

Cultural heritage, its preservation and transmission are the most important way of existence of culture. Everything created by humanity is the common heritage we must preserve and pass to next generations. This article describes spiritual values of Buryat people which are an informational source about origin and development of Buryat Soviet culture. Values are very important for the people’s identity. They are a contribution of people in national and world culture and civilization. To the beginning of the XX century, Buryat culture was a fusion of cultures of European and Asian people. Its formation and development related with foundations of social life of Transbaikalie. Despite of existence of secular schools network, the role of religion in formation of national consciousness in pre-revolutionary period was big enough. After the revolution, development of Buryat culture was not due by Russian imperial policy, but the concept of cultural policy of the Soviet state dictated the creation of “new” Soviet Buryat culture. Artists, musicians, writers participated in establishment and development of Buriat Soviet culture occupied a dominant position in spiritual life of the people. Buddhist art and folklore aesthetics were close, clear and accessible art form for new culture creators and consumers of cultural products. Initially, iconographers (O. Budaev, S. Sambuev, G. Erdeniin, etc.) took part in fine art genres development. Art section at the Buryat Scientific Committee has collected materials, including samples of Datsan art, tradition of early Buryat icon painting school, writing technique, sculptures manufacturing technologies. Rich diversity of Buryat folklore became a foundation of early Buryat Soviet music. Literature had a special place in formation of Buryat Soviet culture and used achievements of verbal creativity of pre-revolutionary period: fiction represented by classical Buddhist monuments in old Mongolian script (theological, medical, legal, historical, nature, etc.), the rich folklore (tales, legends, heroic epic, etc.).

The relevance of the article against ecological problems which amplify in the light of modern social, economic, political realities, reveals in the characteristics of the stress state of the system “nature-society.” The goal of the research is to reveal features and functions of ecological culture at the main historical stages of development. It’s necessary to solve the following problems for achievement of the purpose: to reveal mechanisms of ecological culture; to carry out the theoretical analysis of ecological tradition / innovation; understanding the ecological movement as ecological innovation in the context of the concept of innovation diffusion. The corresponding type of thinking, the prevailing tradition type, the world outlook principle, regulating the type of human relation in the system “nature-society,” are intended to be criteria for development of ecological culture. In total, it is possible to separate four stages in development of ecological culture: mythological, religious, anthropogenic and noospheric. On the basis of the concept of innovation diffusion, the authors have made an attempt to reveal the main stages of the ecological movement and its characteristic features. In the article, the theoretical and methodological principles in the analysis of tradition / innovation in development of ecological culture in the society are considered. The insight into culture as a specific way of human life and cultural tradition / innovation as an one of the most important mechanisms is the basis. Fixation, storage, transfer and transformation of sociocultural experience are carried out thanks to culture.

Stage performances can be considered as original culture texts. Semiotic approach of theatre study makes it possible to reveal new sides in the synthesis of stage expressive means, to reveal the problems of staging process, to determine the methods of their solution. Stage text, as any culture text, has its mechanism “of composition” and readings. Literary text is transformed and realizes into the theatrical performance through the producer and actor’s statements. Producer statement in the structure of the stage work is the artistic time-space solution of the separate scenes of play, concrete stagings inside the fragments, the artistic means of characters. Realization of the producer statement occurs by means of concrete art expressive means. They – are well-known things: music, decoration, speech, vocal, suits, choreography, free body plastic. Their quantity is completely determined, but the versions of their combinations and methods of the expression cannot be established. The attitude of author-producer toward the events of the play and its problems is personified in the producer statement also. This relation is manifested in the selection of expressive means, and realizes through the genre of performance. The correspondence of the content of the statement to its form is one of the problems in the study of theatrical statement and principles of its organization. The problem of the correspondence of artistic expressive means to author’s concept is one of the main problem in the conditions of stage reality. The importance of technological side of producer statement is considered on the basis of the plays of Kemerovo theater for the children and the young people. The perception of stage text and its understanding depends on the accuracy of the selection of expressive means and methods of their synthesizing to the author’s statement.

Polyphonic form, previously owned only by the music, most relevant to contemporary culture and can be seen in all types of art of the XX - beginning of XXI century. Nowadays polyphonic space holds a lot of, sometimes contradictory ideas, points of view, some systems, subsystems, certain tendencies, depending on the choice of the author, based on constructing a composition. The polyphonic nature of reality affects people’s thinking and is reflected in the artistic space of the XX - beginning of XXI century. Confirmation of these thoughts are not only the works themselves, and built on a polyphonic principle, but a polyphonic concept in the field of literary, film and other art forms that have emerged in the XX century. The most fundamental and developed system is a polyphonic dialogue of Mikhail Bakhtin and the concept of counterpoint and installation of Eisenstein, which remain relevant today, expanding from a fairly narrow field of study in the limitless field of contemporary culture. The article describes the structure of a polyphonic composition, its internal laws of interaction of elements and structural features of the polyphony; the author cites examples of art works of modern art, built on a polyphonic principle. Highly informative polyphonic compositions are related to the constructive feature of the structural change of dominants. The organization of the artistic text according to the laws of polyphony acts as a holistic system, in the space of which there is an integration of structural elements, their correlation values, finding the equivalence and the generalization applicable to a plurality of independent ideas. Finding this objectivity is the objective and goal for the author. These examples show that the polyphonic form, before the creator reveals new opportunities, is born at the intersection of many ideological lines and theirs at the same time playing all the wealth in the emerging meanings.

The article deals with the dichotomy of the CONVIVALITY and the ROUTINE considered in terms of “routinization” of the culture. Meaning the convivality concept as an important form of spiritual communication, the author focuses on blurring of the scope of festive communication in the current global media. The research topicality is directly related to the problem of contemporary decline of spiritual values, whilst one of the crucial catalysts of the consumeriszation is the “routinization” of cultural communicative space. The methodology of philosophical research is based on the apparatus of phenomenology, hermeneutics and axiological analysis. The key descriptive categories of the convivlity are the concepts of “idea,” “energy,” “freedom,” “feast.” Using historical, philosophical and etymological analysis of these notions the author outlines the framework of both feastive and routine communication. The article subsequently takes up the issues of typical characteristics of everyday and festivous communication, their objectivization form in the context of modern humanism and transhumanism conception, changes of communicative space under the influence of scientific and technical progress, and, as a result, changes in cultural valuables towards consuming human attitudes, which deprives culture of origin the festivous idea and exchanges it with inexertion. The symptoms of the “routinization” of the culture are being derived from the conceptual presuppositions of the modern “core” globalization values. The contemporary policies of globalization seen through the lens of the “routine-convivality” reference frame are presented as properties and mechanisms of the “routinization” in terms of human dimension, bearing the principles of transhumanism, multiculturalism, tolerance eliminating spiritual constancy of festive communication, whilst the technical rebooting of the social content induces obvious physical dissociation of people substituting the “meaningful interaction” by mere information exchange.

The objective of this study is to characterize the features of an individual author’s style of Moscow composer and pianist Tatyana Smirnova on the example of piano cycle-collection “Romantic messages and dedications.” The authors of this article turn to the facts of the composer’s biography, specifics of her performing, teaching and outreach activities, analyze the genre panorama of creativity and characteristics of musical language. The article is about the desire of Tatyana Georgievna Smirnova to synthetic thinking, merging the imagery of poetry, painting and music in her work. A separate page is devoted to the problem of Russian national beginning, which is placed in many works of Smirnova and her piano book for children from the “Russian school of piano playing.” This author’s collection includes one of the most important educational moments -- an introduction to the knowledge of the traditions of our people -- through a truly Russian musical intonation. The article summarizes the author’s dominant style of Tatyana Smirnova, which later is revealed during the analysis of piano collection “Romantic messages and dedications,” addressed to composers and poets of the past D. Scarlatti, F. Chopin, E. Grieg, A. Pushkin, A. Mickiewicz. Piano cycles of concentration represent the author’s style of Moscow composer and pianist T. Smirnova.

The article examines the characteristics of the methods of teaching singing famous Italian maestro Arturo Melocchi. The stories and commentaries about the technique of school Melocchi multiplied over the years. Melocchi became a sort of quasi-mythological figure, the grand master of the dramatic tenor secret, the inventor of a new way of singing that made tenors into veritable forces of nature.Mario Del Monaco and Franco Corelli are still very popular so we can say with confidence that many students will want to learn that technique of singing. The method “affondo” became part of the well known technical lingo in teaching circles. The basis for the study is based on recording of the great masters of the singing, as well as information from interviews and various literature sources of vocal art. In the study, the basic ideas of the method Melocchi and their similarities and differences with the traditions of the Italian art of singing. The analysis of recordings of outstanding singers - followers of “laryngeal” school of singing, the peculiarities of the construction of overtone voices that set them apart from the representatives of the “old” school. For a more accurate analysis were used modern computer programs with the possibility of plotting the spectrum, showing the overtone structure of the tone of voice. Spectrograms give visual confirmation of the fact of differences between the resonance strategy used by the singers who studied with Melocchi of singers-tenors of the early and mid XX century. The material presented in this article may be useful both for singers and vocal art for researchers.

Many liturgical traditions of the Siberian Old Belief are at the very initial stage of study. Meanwhile, this study gives us an opportunity to reveal the current state of the Old Belief culture, to determine forming the principles of culture variants depending on the foundations of exact Old Belief Hierarchy. This study, based on the analysis of Old Belief service, is put down by the author in different communities of Belokrinitsa Hierarchy (official name – Russian Orthodox Old-Rite Church) in Kemerovo region. Detailed decoding of services, including notation of all liturgical chants, allowed showing specific peculiarities of the communities’ religious life by the example of one Belokrinitsa community service in Novokuznetsk. Some of the peculiarities are inherent to the Hierarchy on the whole (e.g., reading kathismas at Matins), others have local character (skipping chants due to the lack of texts). Patronage of priests contributes to regular services. In the mean time, vast majority of communities does not have priests, that’s why some features of religious life of these communities are similar to the ones of Bezpopovtsy. That’s the reason, a chosen example was the service led by some leader (preacher or senior singer), but not a priest. Preservation of singing traditions depends primarily on singing skills of ordinary community members. Constant communication of the Old Believers with each other (attending larger parishes, improving singing skills in communities, where members have good singing skills) allowed to form some average standard of singing traditions, in which, on the whole, canonical forms of pronouncing the liturgical text is preserved. Thus, the Old Believers of Belokrinitsa Hierarchy manage to maintain stability of their singing culture.

Mongolian contemporary art contains quite active processes: new names, development original themes, search for new means of artistic expressiveness. Except this, works on art criticism are actively carried out there. However, these processes are not reflected in contemporary Russian art study. One of the brightest and original representatives of Mongolian contemporary fine arts is Zorigt Uyanga, a graphic artist. Z. Uyanga was trained at I.E. Repin Institute, and study left a definite mark on her creativity. This paper proposes a brief analysis of so-called “ballet” series of works by the artist. The theme of ballet is connected with biography of Z. Uyanga, this explains artist’s deep interest in the “dance” graphic. Z. Uyanga continues the tradition of ballet and dance theme in the world fine arts, as for the Mongolian art, she is a real innovator. Analysis of the ballet series was conducted from the point of flashbacks, as Z. Uyanga constantly returns to the subjects from the ballet world. In this regard, several works on same story (e.g. ballerina performing at the stage, or preparing to go on stage, etc.) belonging to different periods of artist’s creativity and made in different graphic techniques have been analyzed. It is noted that the artist in her creative searches approaches maximum expressivity of image consciously moving away from realism. In the early pastel works, desire to accurately convey the posture, facial expression, costume details is obvious. However in later monotypes, the artist tries to reflect movement and the expressive line became the main tool. From this point of view, Z. Uyanga is not only the successor of the ballet theme, but also the successor of the traditional Mongolian art, which uses the line as a leading means of artistic expression.

The article substantiates the relevance of the problems of adaptive management education development as an effective scientific approach in the conditions of Russian society, characterized by active transformation processes. The main place in the article is taken by a problem of terminological analysis of understanding the adaptive management education, as its further development in the conditions of transitive society has significant prospects, due to the fact that it has the means, adequate time permanent active change and are adapted to the account of environmental factors (internal and external). It offers a point of view, according to which, in complex transformation processes, accompanied by manifestations of uncertainty and risk taking place, for example in the modern Russian society, effective from the point of view, the management of education as a social system can be based on scientific concepts of the principles of flexibility, adaptability, variability and control plasticity. These principles are inherent in adaptive management and understanding it in terms of terminological analysis will contribute to the active development, as the adaptive control theory and practice. A brief analysis of the problem of terminological field of adaptive management based on detailed consideration of the object of adaptive control is social education. The key concepts of adaptive management of education as a social system is advisable to consider a little studied in the science of the terms “highly organized,” “self-developing,” “self-propelled,” “self-organizing” system. The article emphasizes the importance of the dialectical unity of self-directed adaptation of the bifurcation and self-managed development of the social system of education, and its unstable condition should be seen as an opportunity to transition from one qualitative state to another. It is also important to understand that the device of self-organizing systems to the changing conditions of a new social environment transitive society is both, the process and the result of its own self-organizing activity of the system, which is the social system of education. At the same time it should be noted that the adaptive development of the education system as a social system has the character of self-directed development and suggests control adequate to the process, adaptive control, as it has adaptive properties, aimed at increasing the adaptive capacities of man, the development of his creativity in a permanent transformation processes typical of the modern Russian society.

The welfare essence of creation of a cluster that their activity is based on the voluntary principles, as nobody has the right to force another to any actions or to deceive, extending obviously false information. Achievements of success at development of a tourist cluster is a joint problem of business and authorities of an appropriate level (federal, regional and municipal – depending on the scale of a cluster and the existing tasks of his development); only mutual understanding and readiness for cooperation between them guarantee receiving the positive results. Insufficient development of the public structures operating in the sphere of tourism, crisis of social and moral ideals, cultures in general, deep lag of all welfare sphere owing to long-term isolation of the country from broad contacts with many civilized countries, isolation from the “historical roots” are still characteristic of a modern sociocultural situation of society. Opportunities for realization of effective welfare policy in the field of the tourist and recreational field are considerably narrowed while the objective need for it sharply increases. In modern difficult conditions, the role of the tourist and recreational clusters which are historically vanguard of spiritual revival of the country, a basis of consolidation of its cultural forces raises. If to define a tourist cluster as a set of tourist and recreational special economic zones, only the territory of six zones specified in the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation from 10/14/2010 No. 833 to which the developer of the bill refers falls under it actually. If to take the definition of a cluster given in the Concept that, in our opinion more correctly as a basis, then tourist and recreational special economic zones fall under it along with other territories.

The article examines the phenomenon of cultural and leisure program as a cultural form determined by its place and role in the socio-cultural environment of society. Presenting the cultural and leisure program as an object of scientific research, the author focuses the attention on the disclosure of the content of the basic functions that it performs as a leisure activity in the structure of socio-cultural activities. The options are the translation of value of semantic ideological orientations conducive to consolidation and unification of society around the ideas of public interest; meeting the needs of an individual in a free and democratic communication and creative self-expression; revival, preservation and transmission of the basic foundations of the traditional folk culture; mainstreaming of socially significant events; and recreation of the population, according to the author, defining the cultural and leisure program as a significant and essential to the society of social and cultural forms. In scientific literature, there are three interrelated sides of the structure of communication: communicative (exchange of information), interactive (interaction), perceptual (perception, understanding, emotional attitude). All of these aspects of communication, find a direct and real reflection in the process of functioning of a cultural and leisure program, which allows them to qualify as a productive form of socio-cultural communication. Creating cultural programs is impossible without reliance on the basic foundation of folk arts and traditions. Along with proper organization of folklore programmes, the content of various other programs, including a secular level, directly or indirectly, include elements of folk traditions. The interactive nature of cultural and leisure activities and its most important component of the cultural and leisure program, it is reasonable to consider genetic ancestral property. A cultural and leisure program will not show as a repertory performance at the theater, it flows in time and space ”here“ and ”now“ and in the event of any socially significant event with the indispensable participation of the target audience – youth, teen, family, audience of the local population – which, along with the creators of the program, is the subject of the program, jointly organizing this leisure action.

Some methodical facilities for using project work were described in the article. It was generalized from facts scientific-methodical thesis for the project work: purpose, principles and stages of project work organization. These theses use was substantiated in foreign language teaching to build up by students the particular knowledge and skills. The author cited as an example of the project work use in professional oriented foreign language teaching a description of conforming tasks from the written by him study aid. The author proposed to make project works in themes concerning the future professional activity of students in three stages: immersion stage, preparation stage and defense stage. In the course of tasks accomplishment some knowledge and abilities of the students are formed which application is necessary at the subsequent stages. The aim of the immersion stage is to familiarize students with stages and forms of the work, to get knowledge necessary for the project preparation. The preparation stage presupposes an independent work on a project in accord with the aim. The defense stage means the project work estimation by stipulated criteria. The final stage runs its course in form of presentation using computer assisted teaching aids, role game and following discussion for determination of the best work. Task and defense performance of the project works were proposed by the author to be appreciated in the following criteria: accuracy of the drawn documents, presentation quality, speaking skills in a foreign language, abidance by rules of the interview procedure.
